I was involved in a small accident and a good friend of mine recommended Bella Collision. Will did such an amazing job.Awesome customer service. He kept me updated at all times. They even handled all communications with the insurance company. I m extremely happy with the outcome.

Stress Free:I was rear ended a few weeks back and was recommended by a close friend to take the car to Bella Collision. She was so impressed not just by the quality of the work but the attention to detail when it came to customer service. Here is where I was sold. I ve been to places where as a woman you are treated like you don t know anything. Not the case here! The owner explained and kept me informed throughout the entire process! Not only did they follow up with me with updates but they also handled communication with the insurance company and helped advocate for things insurance did not disclose. TALK ABOUT GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND! Will definitely continue to recommend this progressive company and send everyone their way! Seamless + profesional through and through. Thank you.

So grateful for Bella Collision, they took care of fixing my car when it was involved in an accident while parked. Will was so helpful and answer any questions or concerns I had. Very friendly employees as well! My car looks like nothing ever happened to it, the quality of my car looks so amazing. I m truly thankful for this body shop, best in the Bronx. Will definitely recommend them!

I have had several experiences with service at this shop, all of which have been superb. Alexis, who heads the body shop has been super responsive and flexible to meet my needs when my car has needed repair. In particular when the car was involved in a major accident he made sure everything was done correctly and followed up communicating with me every step of the way. The people who work at the shop are all very respectful and cheerful with clients. I remember Ian, who was diligent and thoughtful also. The work is excellent quality and I always walk away satisfied. I highly recommend the shop for all around great service. I will be going back when my car needs anything in the future.

Honestly I am grateful for this wonderful experience , I had no coverage for rental and they gave methere escalade. My car was almost total but 3 weeks later it came out just like when I got it from the dealer! Very content will recommend anyone to come to bellas

The service and quality were the best. Will and his guys really made sure the job was done fast and left my car in the best condition. In every step of the way Will was cordial, respectful, and always kept me up to date with what was going on. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

It's so hard these days to find a business, especially in NYC, where you can feel at ease and trust that they will take care of you and that they won't rip you off. I am SO GRATEFUL to have found Bella Collision; they answered all my questions, explained the process step by step, especially dealing with insurance, and also were on point with keeping me updated, and doing their due dilligence. Customer service is excellent, and the owner had a lot of patience in answering ALL my questions and walking me through the next steps; I like to be a loyal customer and so can 100% say that will be using Bella Collission for all future needs and will reffer them to all my friends. Thanks again for all the help and excellent service.
