I got there at 8:01 only to be informed that he can t open the store. Because the other worker is not there. He then tells me. If she s not here soon the next person is scheduled to be there at 9. I m confused how an organization can still have such incompetence in this day and age. This is not a rant, or cry simply a plea for better.

I went here cause my check engine light was on. They immediately check what the problem was and explained that it was electrical. The guy also gave me a print out to bring to my mechanic.

I am so glad I didn't go to another AutoZone. I truly believe that I would not have received such awesome service as I did from everyone that works at this location if I went to a different AutoZone. The night before, my car showed me once again that it was time for a battery replacement. It was already dark and kind of late to do a battery change, but those on staff still tested my battery and told me exactly what was the best time to come back the following day to do the battery installation. From the cashier that assisted me with the sale, to the main two associates that did the battery installation (Armani and Toushae), they showed professionalism, perseverance, and true kindness in their work and care of their customers. Thank you for ending my weekend with a smile and the assurance that I received great customer service and care of my vehicle.

Can t speak to the actual car service here but called asking a couple of questions and got the rudest unprofessional ladies on the phone..Guess I will take my business elsewhere.

I asked for help Clark reply no while looking at the other side he didn't even heard what I was asking for was looking for a car vacuum went to a hardware store and get one the youngest dude at the store at around 3:00 Feb 13

Not one soul can offer any help in that building , literally asked for a tool and the woman brings me a tool I didnt ask for. Had to purchase in order to try it out, obviously didn't work. Come back inside and not to my suprise still no help in sight. Felt super unwelcomed in this building with little to no help. Not every location is the same but they need serious customer service skills !Location on central ave was great the other day! Got help when I didnt even ask for it and was out in 5 minutes!This is the tool she didn't know about working at autozone , thanks advanced auto parts

Service was great. I met 2 very helpful staff, one helped me change my batteries. Although his math threw me off a lil. He handle me, and the customer he had on the phone very well. He was very helpful. I forget his name-starts with CH though.

Would be 5 stars if not for the awful parking situation at this location. Store staff are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Clean isles are welcoming, and there is a decent range of items for a large range of vehicles. I went in for an engine air filter, cabin air filter, iridium spark plugs and some lubricant and was assisted, checked out and gone within 10 minutes. Honestly, if not for the horrible parking lot and physical location I would give 5 stars all day.

Personally I got what I needed but the lime moves a little slow. The reason for my 3 star review is there was a guy in front of me trying to return something which he paid for in cash. The lady said she couldn't make the return because she didn't have enough cash and told him to come back. He politely complained to her that he shouldn't have to give back but that lead to her moving his stuff aside calling the next customer and telling him rudely there wasn't anything she could do. He then rightfully got upset and she continued to be rude. I couldn't believe what went down.

For what it's worth, staff is super helpful, fun and engaging and they typically have what I'm looking for. But, their prices are generally fairly higher compared to just buying online. If you can wait for your item, buy online from a competitor, but if you're looking to get it immediately then this location is a great location.

Noel . P was one of the best employees I ve had help me with a piece for my car, he had great coustomer service he helped me and he was a very good listener ,I ve never been more impressed by a employee like this. if you go to a auto zone in dyre this is the employee you want to help you.

Not very happy with my experience .To begin with I was sold the wrong part for my car after being told that I had to wait in a long line to get the sales associate to look up my vehicle to match the part correctly.So i retuned to the store to get a sales associate to put the part on since no one else could figure it out .Not yet knowing that it was the wrong part.. I didn t see the young man who took care of me So I was served by Joshua who very unprofessionally said they couldn t help me because I didn t know where my receipt was at the time PERIOD .I later found my receipt After about an hour and running between this Boston Rd store and Gunhill I returned and staff was very helpful then in getting my parts installed Big thanks to the FEMALE SALE ASSOCIATES

To my surprise and for the first time at an Autozone encountered on Saturday September 25th at 6 10pm,a MANAGER that was very disrespectful to customers. Her choice of language was less of a manager. Regardless of how terrible the situation is, a manager should be mindful of how they interact with their customers.I will advise anyone visiting this branch to be mindful of the poor, unfriendly and unwelcome service.

High prices chain store with many parts on stock or they can order them for you. They try to be helpful but aren't really knowledgeable of the parts and diagnostics of the car. There is parking in the attached parking lot that is free. If you don't know what you want they aren't very helpful. Store is kept clean and orderly.

Hector has a port mouth why do I have to hear him on the phone cursing. Ask a question, he does not directly answer. Leave if you don't want to do your job. Insulted by him and his tall black friend talking about what she got for Xmas. Talk and let him deal with my money then y'all cal talk. Business first.

Ok so they printed out a form stating that we needed a calibrator I think its called...for sure knows that it will run us 2grand easily

This place needs some work and all them Jamaican in the parking lot walking up to harassing you asking you if you need them to fix your car no I need a real professional mechanic. This place is ridiculous it needs to clean up like how they cleaned up co-op City Mall from all them Jamaicans running taxi out there clean up better Business bureau come clean this s*** up this is nasty in the Bronx disgusting

Ordered items online. Took 24 hours to get pickup confirmation. Go to pick up items and I'm told that the items are lost. Then asked "So what do you want to do?" like it was my fault the items couldn't be found.
