This shop was recommended by a friend of mine, I gave them a call and spoke to the owner Brian. Told him the problems I was having and asked if he had a spot open to see me on short notice. He was booked but still told me to stop by and we can go for a quick test drive.During the test drive he was giving me tons of information as to what could cause the issues I was having. When we got back to the shop he ended up doing a Road Force wheel balance and found that all my wheels were off balance. They were able to do that while I waited. From my IUnderstanding not everyone has a Road Force machine due to how expensive it is. Before getting the wheels balanced I was experiencing a lot of vibration at different speeds. After the balance the vibrations were gone. I think I hit the jackpot and will be returning in the future for all my repairs. Brian and the guys at Autoworks know their stuff. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again!

This place is the real deal. So i bought a 2018 f150 from a auction as i was driving it back the engine started knocking and the check engine light came on, i thought nothing of it,and brought it to a mechanic close to my job . The mechanic told me i needed a new timing chain and it would cost me about 2400 dollars. I was skeptical because the truck only has 82 k on it ... I went for a second opinion and was told to come back later through the week because they needed their specialist mechanic. Now im like super scared and a friend of mine said try this place Autoworks as soon as i got their i was greeted by Brian Jr and he said to ask Brian and tell him the issue as soon as i told him the codes he immediately told me the problem and said no way i needed a timing chain. He ended up changing 2 oil actuators ,told me to drive it and come back in a few days truck rides great no check engine light . This place is a honest shop and its a team of car surgeons. I wanna Thank Brian and Jr for great customer service, support and quality of work .

My family and friends have been coming to Autoworks for inspections for many years. I needed repairs and some friends requested I look to them for help with wear and tear throughout my car. Brian Jr and Sr are awesome. I paid BMW for a virtual Inspection and they gave me a list of repairs my car needed. Autoworks did their own inspections and took care of everything they found wrong some of which were minor repairs unlike the report I received. Their prices seem to be decent and my car feels like new. I highly recommend.

Absolutely the best experience I ve had with mechanics ever. My car had several issues; I came in and they helped me resolve everything within a reasonable time period. The price was great, much less than I expected to spend and on top of it all they gave me a discount. By the end of the process I felt as though I already knew Brian & Brian Jr. personally and he was just helping an old friend out. I will never go anywhere else to have my car fixed, even if I move and have to tow my car an hour just to get there. If you re reading this and wondering if this is a good place to take your car, go for it. It ll be in great hands.

These guys are the absolute real deal. I ve brought my 2017 Mercedes cla 250 here on two separate occasions. One was an emissions issue that other mechanics could not figure out. They solved the problem in 2 hours.Brought her back for an oil leak. They found it. Swapped the part out and I had my car back in the morning. They even went above and beyond and checked my engine for a weird sound. They fixed the issue for me free of charge. Thank you to Brian sr. Brian Jr. and Andrew!!

These guys are AMAZING! I was scared to be ripped off when my OG mechanic retired. Lucky for me I found Auto Works!! They ve done amazing work at a reasonable price. I use autoworks and they are always friendly, fast, and have fair pricing. There usually isn't a long wait, I think the longest I ever waited was around 20ish minutes. Parking is hard in the front of the business but you can park around the corner and wait.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

My Mini Cooper S 2011 had a misfire with engine light on. Brain and his family and staff welcomed me the moment I walked in. Shop is clean and is well organized. Labor cost reasonable especially compared to dealer cost. I recommend this shop, pros work at Autoworks.

Quality work & professional service. You won't feel like you just got ripped off. Brian won't sell you anything you don't need. The prices are not cheap, but neither is the service. I have never have to come back for something that was fix. Brian gets it done the right the first time. It's the team here super friendly, the answer is no. Are they straight forward, professional & polite the answer it's yes. Came to Autoworks a few years back have not gone anywhere else since. Junior is the most approachable team member here.

Very good work. Honest people. I do a lot of my own work but i take it here when i need something done since i got to know them. Leave your car here and be peaceful. Very fair pricing. Brian and Joon are great!

I had my car inspected here. The service is quick, they check your car while you wait.I was out in 10 mins. The guy who inspected my car was very nice. They might need to make a little room for you to sit while waiting. But other than that its fine! :-)

These guys are very responsible, honest and truthful. Most of all they guarantee and do excellent work. Brian is a stand-up guy and his main mechanic June (Joon) is an angel in disguise. They're highly recommended and loved by all.

Brian and his team are the most trusted and professional mechanics in the Bronx! Experts in diagnostics, Autoworks has a state of the art facility with high tech equipment for all mechanical needs. They perform Advanced Wheel Alignments with a tire machine that doesn't damage rims! Anything and everything is completed to new car dealer standards with upper end fluids and lubricants.My family has been using Autoworks for over 15 years for all types of technical luxury cars and would definitely recommend them as your first and only stop to have your issues addressed RIGHT the FIRST TIME!

I drive a BMW x5 and I had a problem with my truck. Whenever I powered it too much the check engine light would come on after multiple trips to the dealer and couple thousand dollars I was still having the problem. So I went to see Brian at auto works. I told him what my problem was & he said just leave it with me and the next day I was called to pick my truck up.so I asked what was the problem that the dealer couldn't fix & you could. It was the turbo charger sensor that was the problem & Brian took a day to figure out & fix & the dealer couldn't find that simple problem. He's good at what he does. Thanks Brian

Brian and staff are straight forward REAL BUSINESS, NO NONSENSE type mechanics that do great work for a respectable price on a variety of repairs. You'll leave there feeling confident that you DID NOT get jerked around and took your vehicle to the RIGHT place.

These guys do great work at good prices. They're honest mechanics, and I never have to worry about them ripping me off. This is my go-to shop for major repairs, and anything I can't do myself with some hand tools.

Went in for a quick simple service, done by an older man and he was one of the rudest people I've met, I received horrible customer service .No matter how hard I tried to continue to be the friendlist person that I can be, he continued with his attitude. Unbelievable. Too bad this happened, because out of the 5 years I've visited and have recommended people to this shop, Ive usually dealt with a younger gentlemen who is super friendly. Guess tis the season for scrooch.
