A +++ definitely lives up to their name. Getting a new windshield is so easy with these guys, call give your details and get a price, make an appointment, show up get installed, pay and your on your way. Hunter was able to give me the lowest price possible and installers and very careful and neat. Highly recommended ask for Hunter when you call.. A++ service.

Hunter does very good work, very fair pricing. They are very busy though and they are often on the road. Call and make sure they are there first. When they get to your car, you will be happy with their work. Had my car broken into and my insurance referred me to this place. The service is by appointment. I was very pleased with the service; they took me before the appointment and finished quickly and cleaned out the mess the would be thieves made in my car. The mechanic gave good advice and was very courteous.

Called to get a windshield late Saturday evening. Hunter was helpful in answering all of my questions, giving a quote and scheduling the replacement. When I took it in on Tuesday, all of the guys were welcoming and helpful in getting the job done. They also did an oil change for me on short notice. Highly recommend.

Awesome service. I called them early at approximately 7 in the morning and asked them if they would be able to repair my windshield same day? They told me yes and to confirm at 2pm. I arrived and waited about 40 minutes for my car to be brought in. Once they took my car in, the work was completed in about an hour. Very professional worker and fair pricing. I almost wasted $260 with Safelite and these guys charged me $150. I would recommend this place over and over again and I would be bringing my business here in the future. Worse business ever and they sale defective products I got a rear windshield put in and the visibility out of it is horrible ..can t tell wats far and everything looks morphed and they are not taking responsibility

These guys were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. I ll go here for any car window needs from now on. My rear windshield was broken overnight while I was parked on the street and I didn t discover it until noon the next day. Two different places I spoke to (one of which is a major, well-known company) could not replace my windshield for two days, and the cost was high from both. I finally called A+ Plus at 2pm and not only did they say they could replace my windshield the same day (they were able to order the replacement windshield and get it within 2 hours!) but their cost was lower than all others. And they were nice to work with. Highly recommend.Service: Auto rear window replacement

The communication is pretty bad. I was told I had a 2pm appt and when I got there I had to wait about an hour. In the meantime I was told to wait for the mechanic to get there, because "he wasn't there yet". When he "allegedly" reached the shop nobody communicated with me that he was there until I just happened to call at 3pm as I was really annoyed with the wait as is. I was then told he saw me... I don't understand how the customer would even entertain coming to a shop that shows a bad impression like that, especially regarding the communication aspect of all of this. It was creepy and very impersonal. The only thing that kinda salvaged some satisfaction was the mechanic doing some work after my hour wait until the glass and space was available. These are how most car shops in the Bronx are. They don't care about you, just the money. Unfortunate you can't get great service nowadays.

I honestly love this place! They take very good care of you. They explain everything. Will work right in front of you, so you can see what They are doing. I will recommend to everybody!!! Cesar is an amazing worker!!! If you were to go ask for Cesar. Hunter is great as well.

Fixed my Mercedes c350 passenger side window, prestige job was done at a great price and everyone said I had to go to the dealership, don t let them fool you great work can be done without getting the parts from the dealership. Thanks again!

Worst place ever. Made an appointment at 12:00 got there at 11:50 and the guy was clueless. And rude, ended up leaving after an argument. There was other people complaining..what a fun. Joke. Please don't go business at this place...suckssssss

Went there on Thursday was told to come back Friday to replace side mirror still had the wrong part waited over an hour only to be told that the warehouse can t find the part that was originally promised to me. Waste of time!
