I want to start by saying how absolutely incredible and friendly Mercy was from the very start of our journey to getting a new vehicle. She explained every step so well and in a way we understood and didn t feel stressed. We ve been through tons of sales people who dismissed us and didn t take the time with us and Mercy was a breath of fresh air. She worked hard and took her time and we left with the perfect vehicle for our family. Huge thank you to her and the West Herr Subaru of brockport team for all their hard work!

Walked in west herr Subaru with no intentions of even walking out with a new car, just wanted to know what my car was even worth & didn t even know what exactly kind of car I was looking for but knew what little features I wanted in a new car, My salesman Beau showed me a car with all the little features I was looking for and I loved it and then sat down talked numbers, I sat there knowing what I wanted to pay and what I didn t want to pay, same day ended up leaving happy with the car I wanted & has everything I wanted and more and left with the payment I wanted and needed because of the management team there Rob & Justin. Thanks Subaru & your team!! Left very happy with my service all around!

The salesman, Beau was very helpful. I told him what models I was interested in and what I could afford. Happy to say that I was able to drive home with a car that exceeded my expectations. It was a very positive experience!

I stopped by to change the oil and connect the tire pressure sensors (second set). Everything was laid out, great job. Carli is an excellent specialist, manager Paul is a very competent specialist and continues to help me with all issues with the car. 5* rating for the whole team!!!

On December 26th, 2023 my wife took her Crosstrek in for oil change and tire rotation. I always take it in with no issues, but was sick so didn t go with her this time ( and more than likely last). When I woke up in afternoon I saw service receipt on table. They put air filter in, she said they didn t ask her and just went ahead and put it in. Strike one. Any other dealers/service facilities I go to they come out and ask you if you want it done/ show you the filter. Not here. I can do that myself, don t need to be bent over any more than I have to. Then this past weekend I was checking car over(fluids/etc). Pulled the engine oil dipstick out.IT WAS ALMOST AN INCH OVER THE FULL MARK!!!! Thank god this isn t a turbo engine. The picture shows the level of oil COLD - my finger is pointing to the top mark(full) NOT HAPPY . What kind of incompetence can t add the correct amount of oil to the engine? Your supposed to be the Subaru experts guess not. I ll be doing oil changes myself from now on (at least I ll know it s done right) and rotations at a local shop. I truly believe they saw a female and decided to take advantage of it. Not paying for overpriced incompetence again .

Mercy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions, most before I could even ask the question. She worked with me for several hours looking at multiple different vehicles and punching numbers in to make sure I was getting the best deal I could get. She spent time going over features in my car before I drove off the lot even though it was past her time to go home. I would highly recommend Mercy and West Herr for their great customer service and knowledge. Mercy, it was a pleasure working with you and I look forward to working with you more.

I recently bought a new car at West Herr Subaru in Brockport. The last car buying experience I had was not great putting it simply but from the moment I walked into this dealership it was a great experience. One of the Managers, Lionel, saw me come in, greeted me and walked me over to a salesman, David (DJ). He sat me down got me set up with some coffee and a comfy seat and asked me what I was looking for. He was kind and thoughtful throughout the process and when I didn t like the first couple SUVs I test drove he didn t give up or get pushy, he connected with Lionel and figured out more options. I had a certain price range I wanted to stay in and they made it happen for me. I never once felt pressured or unsure and they both took time to make sure I left happy! And I LOVE my new to me used car!! I will go back there for my next purchase and will recommend my friends go there too whenever they re shopping for a vehicle. Thank you both for making my experience so great!!

My experience with Mercy and the team at West Herr was great. She was very helpful and made the process of buying my first Subaru seamless. She even made sure to have the car double checked after I was unfortunately bumper checked by another car less that 24 hours after my purchase was finalized, which made me feel very relieved and supported as a customer. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

I had such wonderful experience at West Herr Subaru in Brockport! Lengthy review incoming The idea of buying a new car has plagued me for a few months. After doing research and creating a list of what I was looking for, I made an appointment with Paul. Paul helped narrow down my options and matched me to exactly what I was looking for. I was able to test drive the vehicle on the spot, get pricing estimates, and didn t feel pressured to move forward until I was ready.After spending the weekend contemplating my options, I texted Paul Monday morning and the vehicle was ready that afternoon!Paul and Man were able to come up with a deal that worked for me, which worked with my budget. Man thoroughly went over my financing options, including any extras to be included, if I wanted. Man was receptive to my questions (and my indecision!). After finalizing my package, Beau walked me through contract process and even spent time with me to go over all of the vehicles features.I highly recommend this team of individuals to anyone who is shopping around for a new car or on the fence of where to shop!Thank you everyone!

Tanya is a great sales person. I had the title with me so we were able to complete the purchase in one afternoon. McKenzie followed on a 45 minute trip to my bank so as to get my check saving me a two way drive. I was surprised to learn that they put new tires on the car even though there was only 25k on the originals. New brake pads, changed the oil, inspection, cleaned the car, ready to go just like a new car.

One of the friendliest dealerships I've ever been to, and they aren't pushy over their vehicles. I went to spurr next door and no one greeted me. I was only browsing but I should have at least been acknowledged. They were open for another 40 minutes before closing. I went to westherr not knowing that it was not affiliated. Looked at a few cars. Instantly was welcomed by Tanya. Where she helped me find a wonderful family wagon. I went to Bob Johnson a month beforehand and they sold me a car that had already been sold a few days prior. I wasted my day there. And westherr had me in and out with a new vehicle. My kids and I are very happy with our crosstrek.

Michelle and everyone else at West Herr Brockport always goes above and beyond for myself and my family. The ease of access to service appts and loaner vehicles has been such a life saver these last few years. I totally trust the opinion of the techs and feel that my safety is always the number one priority. When discussing the financial aspects of car ownership, I can tell that the priority Is always what options will work best for my family and not just about profit. I'll be a customer for life.

I have had such an amazing experience at West Herr in BKPT. Bought my "new to me" Cadillac in September from Steven and it was the best experience buying a car that I've ever had. There was an issue with the lift gate and they fixed it with no cost to me and a free rental for the week.Fast forward to last week, a grinding noise in the front. Turns out the brakes and rotors in the front were bad. All I had to pay was my deductible for my warranty and the rest was paid for by West Herr.I will never buy a car from anyone else, they've got a customer for life.

Paul Switzer was great!!! So was Maryam in finance. The dealership truly works as a team and everyone was very helpful in getting me into a new car after mine was stolen and demolished. I feel very lucky to have gone to West Herr. My Subaru Forester Wildnerness is fantastic. Paul was so patient when I wanted to make sure my husband was ok with my purchase, telling me to drive it to his work to see. So I did! :) We just got married so it was important to me to have my husbands input. Paul showed me everything I needed to know about the car and made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. The customer service was stellar and unlike previous experiences. I can t say enough good things about this place!
