I had a fantastic sales person. Rudy is the man! My purchase was easier than expected. There was no games with the sales portion. I was surprised on how much I got on my trade in. I ended up spending less than anticipated. Thanks to my sales rep and staff I have a car that I love. I'm a Subaru gal, but I now have an outback & loving every moment of it. When I went to pick up the car, they had balloons on it and beautifuly detail. Very nice service touch. The only thing stopping me from 5 start is the finance staff is quite manipulative. Always and upsell & lots of games. As long as you get a great sales person, just have your head in the game when filling out paperwork and ask to see everything in writing.

They know what they are talking about. VERY thorough. Cliff and Mike were extremely nice and co-operative. Gave us a very good deal. I would recommend Spurr Auto, on Ridge Rd. West 100% to anyone who would like to buy a car. You cannot find a dealership better than this one.

I have enjoyed working with Andrea. She s very efficient, courteous and does her job very well. I was very impressed with her when I leased my 1st Buick Encore. I just leased the Buick Encore GX. Andrea makes the process easy and she is a delight to work with. I have leased other cars and my experience wasn t as pleasant. She really knows her stuff. She deserves many accolades. And is an exceptional salesperson for Spurr/Bob Johnson Auto Sales.

We brought our vehicle in for recall and inspection. We asked to also have the oil changed. Left car over night. Picked up next day and they never changed the oil.

Sonny Mangini got me a great deal on my truck, and has fallowed through on everything he said he would do for me! I've only had the truck for a month so far but it's been a great experience so far.

Have had problems multiple times, and have vowed to never come back. My car was given back to me after "being test driven" after a repair with a shattered transmission mount. Very loud and impossible to miss if it were actually test driven. And this is not the only problem we have had with this place. Very very dissatisfied.

Bought an Outback from these guys 6 months ago. I was having issues with the Mirrorlink and called for help. Their tech said "Good luck Mirrorlink is a pain and I dont know how to figure it out."However you better believe it was a selling point, after I bought it though it became "a pain" and I get to deal with it

My husband and I went to Spurr Subaru in brockport to test drive cars to see what we would like. We want to check a Subaru to see if we would like it. Joe Rodrigues was our sales consultant and he was very patient with us and our questions. We bought a car!!! We will be picking it up on Thursday, I'll let you know if everything goes as planned

Their turn over is high in sales. So one person in the billing will tell you yes the warrant covers that but the next person says no. Mike in service great.

I've been going to spurr for several years now first with my old Forrester,and now with my 2014 Forrester .the Subaru dealership and machanic's shop all go over and above to making sure they've done all they can to help.Jeremy does a great job..thanks spurr for your commitment to customer service!!!

TWICE!! Twice, I went to the dealer looking to buy a used vehicle. Monday morning I was there, the salesman offered this one car that ended up being SOLD as we were writing up the paperwork. Next, he found a 2014 Nissan Sentra with a little over 19,000 miles on it. I submitted all necessary documents to my Social Security Office to have the money release. It's now Friday of the same week. I called the salesman up today, asking to test drive the vehicle again. He searched the lot for a half hour just to come back to me and say that it was SOLD this morning!!!!

Friendly with a comfortable waiting area with snacks and beverages, comfortable chairs and Wi-Fi. Good work on my car and average prices for car repair at a dealership.

The oil change and tire rotation went very well I was certainly very disappointed when I was sitting in a waiting room for 45 minutes watching nothing but GM commercials as it was explained to me that that's what GM wants them to show I don't think I'll be showing my face around there very often
