Dan the shop manager was a one man show the day I went in, and had like four people in line to get their vehicles serviced! He did a great job tending to everyone cars! His multitasking skills were very good and really good time management skills! He assures you what is wrong with your vehicle even if it wasn t what you came in for! He did a great job for being the only worker there that day!

Third or Fourth time I have been here for service of one kind or another on my vehicles.The crew here are consistently polite, easy to work with, and do a good job.When the time comes, I will be back.

I truly do not understand how this place has a four star rating considering all the reviews would rate this place one star or less. I went there to get my tire fixed, and the gentleman at the front was completely stoned out of his mind. I understand marijuana is legal, but so is beer and you don t do that on the clock or at the workplace. Went in the back and three guys stood around wondering what to do with one guy holding the deck. I asked the guy what was he waiting for? He said instructions I said don t need instructions to jack the car up. I said jack the car up take the tire off look what it needs to be done and we will go from there. The man who was stoned out of his mind continue to make her marks under his breath and acting obscene. I left My Husband to deal with the matter and called to speak with the manager to find out my husband then who is a veteran was treated was such utter disrespect , they plugged the tire so poorly that it did not take and the tire still is flat. They simply told My Husband we are putting your car together and you re on your way. No communication nothing.From our experience and much others on this reviews of this company, I highly strongly suggest you stay away from this company unless you want your vehicle damaged, not taken care of or simply being disrespected.And the upmost importance, they never tightened Our lug nuts!

Changed appointment time last minute, then told me it would be 1.5 hours for a pre-mounted tire balance and swap. Failed to mark tire location for removed tires. Failed to notify me of serious improper tire wear caused by front end issue. A different customer left without service after waiting 1..5 hours for appointment oil change. Don't go here.

These guys are great! I am visiting from Florida. I had picked up a nail. Made an appointment, and as soon a I drove up, they came out to repair tire and checked all my other tires! Highly recommend!

I ve been here 4 years and mad I just found out about this place. Great people from front end to back. Got my car in and out for about 30 mins for an oil change. They technically took me in as a walk in and have never been attended faster. Definitely come here if you need an oil change.

Guys here really don't know what they're doing. Charged $70 for a wrong diagnosis and told to go to a dealership - they were also offended when I mentioned that 3 other mechanics at different shops had disagreed that what they were saying was even possible. Monro here in Brockport had it fixed in half a day and charged me a very fair rate.

Do not bring your vehicle here, I made An appointment with the store manager. After waiting two weeks. when I arrived an employee Informed me, I didn t have an appointment. I told him I made an appointment with the manager Two weeks ago . The employee then stated nothing I can do. We are very busy. (With no vehicles in the shop or outside Besides, my Vehicle ) We can make another appointment if you want. I said, I can t wait another two weeks, then he stated, did you make your appointment in the morning or in the Afternoon? because if it was in the afternoon that s when the manager starts Drinking

If I could leave no stars I would. I came in today looking to have a plug put in my tire. The guy which I didn t catch the name of was smelling profusely of marijuana. My wife left to go across the street. I stayed and waited for my vehicle to be finished. They never let the glue dry on the plug in my tire. When they pulled my vehicle out the man who smelled of marijuana pulled it out of the shop after just stating to me he was no longer on the clock. As a Veteran I feel like I ve been betrayed and let down by this company.

I had a flat tire going into work. I called Mr Tire to get me in. I dropped off my car to get an oil change and two new tires. I dropped it off at about 1p. I asked if I could come and pick it up at 4p. They assured me that it would be done way before 4p. I called at 3p they just were pulling in my vehicle. They told me it would still be done at 4. So I took my lunch break a little after 4p. I arrived at 4:10p and my car was not done. The tech said he d be done in a few minutes. I said okay. At 4:40p my lunch was over and I still didn t have any car to get back to work. At almost 5p I got my car back and was late back to work. I wish the tech gave me better timing, I would have gone right back to work and came back later. To top it off I had to drive all the way back there because they forgot to put my spare back in my trunk. I get it we get busy and so on. But after being told it would be done way before 4 and it actually getting done at 5, while on a lunch break, with no communication is bad customer service.

Honestly if I could give a zero star review I would. 10/10 do not recommend ever taking your car here for an alignment unless your rich and can afford new tires every 2 months. I originally brought my car there with 4- BRAND NEW tires to get an alignment. Everything went smooth (so I thought) my car was not chewing up tires this bad until I brought my car here. 2 months go by we get our first bad snow fall and I nearly crash my AWD car. Hm, something is not right I have new tires. I check and my back tires are BALD.. I call mr tire tell them I would like my car Realigned and I want them to pay for 2 new tires and I want them mounted and balanced. They said come in this weekend we will see what we can do . I clearly don t trust them so I bought my own tires elsewhere and brought them with the car. They realigned my car and told me I had to PAY for my tires to be mounted and balanced AND the only way I was getting money back for the tires was if I returned the ones I bought bought tires from them they would give me a discount we asked for the owner/mangers number and have called 3 times with NOTHING in return. Now here I am a month later and now my front tires are doing the same exact thing so in 4 months I have bought 8 tires. I have been sure to tell everyone I know not to support this business because they are inconsiderate, do not value their customers and clearly cannot hire people who are qualified.

Do not go to the Brockport Mr. Tire, they smoke in the shop so your car smells like smoke plus I had yo upgrade the tires cause they didn't have the ones I wanted, but never did the alignment or offer me riad hazard. Took a trip and my car shook so much that I had to go to another Mr.Tire in NC to get it fixed.

What started out as a horrendous experience definitely did not end as one. The new store manager, Stewart, is exactly what that company needed. The previous store manager was an absolute joke and charged me over $2300 for new brakes and tires and to say I was less than pleased is an understatement. None of the other work I had talked to them about was done but they made it seem like everything was done. Well, let me tell you it wasn t. After a couple of back and forth trips and a lot of frustration, I got to meet Stewart. He is one of the most kind, nicest, and truthful people I have ever met. This man, without question, answered every request I had no matter how big or small it was. He s very attentive to his customers and is desperately trying to fix the mistakes of the previous manager and in my opinion he is doing absolutely amazing! I will keep going to this location as they made everything right for me. Unfortunately, I had to pay a little more just because of the damage from the previous team and the new parts I had to get but Stewart made sure to give me the best deals possible and did the work in what felt like record time. All I have to say, if you wanna see a hardworking man with a nice smile and cute charm. Go see Stewart at Mr Tire. You won t be disappointed!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole process took less that 5 minutes, for which I was grateful because I was on my way to work. The manager went out and put new wiper blades on my car to make the process even faster. I would recommend Mr Tire and will return with future service needs.

Very poor customer service the store manager was very unprofessional lied about almost bring done with my vehicle the front desk area and MY VEHICLE SMELLED LIKE THEY WERE SMOKING WEED. I will not return and don't suggest anyone going there I also called customer service number and didn't receive a call back

Hunter and Tom were lifesavers with my tire issues! Both got me in right away and had my tire in stock! I was done in less than 30 minutes. They were very nice and reasonable price-wise too!

Made appt weeks ago for inspection, they informed me when I showed up for my appt (couldn't bother to call) that they didn't have the parts needed from NYS to perform inspections. Last week, I scheduled an appt for today for an inspection and oil change and even called to confirm my appt this morning. Guy said to keep my appt even though they wouldn't be able to do both. Hours say open till 5. Appt was for 2:30 and the doors are locked, sign is off.... Now not only has my time been wasted, money spent on a babysitter so I could come get this done has been wasted... With not even a phone call or email letting me know. I used to go here for every inspection because I trusted their knowledge and expertise. Sucks they went downhill and treat customers like this.

Most awful service I ve ever had. Walked in and it smelled strongly of weed and one of the techs was so stoned his conversations didn t even make sense. My appointment was at 12pm and I didn t leave until 2:15pm they told me it would take an hour. When I came back an hour later my truck didn t have a single tire off. I understand big tires take time to balance and change but over 2hrs is ridiculous when you have an appointment. To top it off when I left they didn t put any of my valve stem caps back on and my tire pressure was 30psi soft. (35psi when it should have been 65psi). Time I spent waiting at the facility I watched them take multiple smoke breaks, and playing flashlight tag with each other. No apology or anything the desk guy just said idk what to tell you man they re big tires and charged me $115.00 for tire swap and balance.

Tom and the crew are really good people. I'm a mechanic myself so I only use a garage when it's a job I don't have the proper tools and equipment for at home. I trust the crew at Mr. Tire in Brockport, NY. Last garage I went to marked the part up 300% and three months later the brand new line they put in blew. I ended up doing the job myself. Because of this I am very particular with whom I trust to work on my vehicle.

Overall I have to say that I had a very poor experience at this location. It was a long story but in short I had to bring in my car several times get the repairs that were done wrong corrected. The 1st repair the part was bad and they had to order and reinstall a new one. The other repair for a different part was not done correctly and I had to bring it back to get it fixed. Now several months down the line the same initial repair is having issues and I need to bring it to the dealer to get this finally resolved. People need to know truth. Don't bring your car here, please...

I would give them a A 0 star if I could. The service there was astonishingly terrible. They don't even have a store manager at the moment because they walked out 2 days prior to my appointment. They didn't even have my appointment in the system when I went in so I had to give them everything again no big deal except that they then failed my car inspection because of tint on my car. I bought the vehicle with the tinted windows and mind you they inspected the exact same vehicle the year prior with no issues. This is ridiculous Mr. Tire shouldn't even be in business anymore with the amount of vehicles they have completely destroyed on my friends. I went there as a last resort and it I shouldn't have even bothered. Good job Mr tire no wonder you don't have any employees

I gave three stars because the first time I went the service was fast and helpful. I needed an inspection and have been told the machine is down, nobody does it there on any of the days that I've returned. Terrible.

Anthony did wonders getting my vehicle back on the road. Dealt with fleet company and got the work approved after they hesitated. I've been here before and now I'm two for two here. Definitely would recommend.
