The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They kept me informed regarding changes in my appointment. When the work was completed, I could tell the difference in the sound of my car. I highly recommend.

The guys who work at Monro are very nice, but I give this place 2.5 stars because they way overcharged me for parts back in December and it didn't fix the problem. I had to take my car to the dealer to get it fixed. I don't plan on taking my car back here.

We made an appointment online for 9-11, arrived at 11 and were told they could not help us anytime this week. We were told the online system doesn t work well. Very rude. Do not recommend.

This Brockport location just seems to have a good combination of experience guys working there, I have been coming there for a long time whenever I am in a real bind. And they always manage to work with me on getting my car in there and taking care of it for me cause some shops I m pretty sure need to make their quota but their shop seems more like they care about you and you re a car and getting your return service

Was on sawyer road in Kent when my left strut failed after a bump in the road while visiting the area for the weekend. They were able to get me right in on a Sunday, got my truck fixed and back on the road for a 250 mile trip to albany in half a day! Couldn t be more impressed with the customer service, communication and professionalism showed! Excellent work and made it home safe! Thank you again! You re a lifesaver!

A+++. I highly recommend this Monro location. Very nice people. They are willing to work with you to get the necessary work *you need* for your vehicle. They do not sell you extra services like other local shops. This is my new local repair shop going forward!

We have been bringing our car to Brockport for years- and have always had a wonderful experience.We needed brakes and oil change during this visit and as usual we left 100% satisfied! Gordon and Joe are knowledgeable, friendly and most of all HONEST! We highly recommend this Monroe Muffler location-you will not be disappointed. Thank you Gordon and Joe.

Silly me put metal valve stem caps on and couldn t get them off. All of them needed to be replaced. Repair cost was reasonable and the service was spot on. Gordon is one of a kind.

Brought my car for an alignment because my tires were wearing on the inside. Never got a before and after print out. Was told the alignment was not bad. Took to another tire shop and back driver side at -.85 passenger at -.65 with a print out. So I paid $167 for not doing the alignment.

Their company offers online appointment scheduling. However, when you arrive for your appointment that was confirmed, they will tell you they do not honor those appointments. Online scheduling is a "call center" that books things for them and apparently never tells them? What I take out of the situation is that no one from this location knows how to use the computer/scheduling system properly. They apparently don't know how to fill in appointments they've scheduled over the phone or how to accept appointments scheduled online.

They were very nice and got me in quickly to do an oil change. However, I didn't realize this oil change would be $102. The sign says starting at $39.99. A far, far cry from $39.99 ! So I was very confused that it came to $102, but at that point, it had already been done, and it was what it was. I think for future reference I will just stick to the dealership who charges me $49.99.

This shop made a great first impression. Gordon had me drop off my car as soon as I could when I had an emergency car issue. He was professional and I could tell he really cared about providing excellent customer service. The shop had my car fixed well before the end of the day. Highly recommend this location!

Generally I do not write reviews, good, bad, or otherwise. But I had a customer experience I think is worth sharing. I had made an appointment a week prior to get new tires installed and an alignment done on my pickup. At the time the lady who scheduled me stated there were no appointments booked yet so I had any slot available. I showed up a week later 10 minutes early to my appointment with my tires in the bed of the truck (found a deal on tires elsewhere). The lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. However, once I sat down and she handed the keys off to the mechanic, he started a rampage in the shop about how much he didnt want to do the job. He was the youngest of the three gentlemen there that day, dont know his name. He stated that "this guy (me) brought this (explicit language) truck in with 20 inch rims, his own tires, so we cant make any money on, and I have 8 other (explicit language) jobs to do today, Im not doing this." Yes, I heard all of it, the glass to the waiting room is paper thin. Out of fear my pickup would be messed up I did not confront him, so as to not make matters worse. After more ranting about it, he got my truck and started the job. An older gentlemen by the name of John seemed to have noticed I was the one he was ranting about and must have told him because things changed from there. I noticed the angry mechanic started to calm down, but was still complaining about the whole thing. After all of that, the job was done well, no damage or issues, and a fair price at checkout. I hate to write such a review, but this mechanic will not be trusted by me anymore.

Gave the real parent care to my van! Fixed the issue and gave me some great advice. I felt listened to and respected. They earned my trust by telling me how to avoid a problem in the future, which would have made them more money. Finding a place I can trust and that does great work, is awesome!

Former mechanic myself with the motto if you want it done right you gotta do it yourself, but life has become too busy. My experience here with Joe has been nothing but wholesome and pleasent with work beyond my expectations. I will definitely be back.

Staff at the Brockport location is always super friendly, informative, and doesn t try to over sell things. Been going there since we moved to Brockport and will continue to do so for everything they can handle with my truck

The work was done quickly and professionally. Asst. manager Samantha was courteous and a delight to deal with. Manager Gordon was knowable and helpful. The tech was quite though quick. A pleasure dealing with these Monroe employees.

Rip off. They want to charge me $882.53 for PARTS for one right front bearing. A bearing would cost $82.00 at auto zone. What is this bearing made of, titanium?The labor of $157 was fair but they way over price their parts.Do not send your young daughter in alone, they also use the scare tactic.

Their mechanics treat you with respect, not like I don't know what I'm talking about. The staff gives you a price, and for the most part they are right on the estimate.

Came here for the first time for a state inspection. They had it done in less than 15 minutes. Staff is very courteous. I'm glad I came here. Very pleased.

If I could give more than 5 stars for the Manager Gordon, and the Technition Todd I would. Very fast, friendly, and honest men. They went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was properly serviced. Very clean location also. I would recommend anyone to this location because of the Team that runs it. If you need to wait for your vehicle there is also a Bill Grays restaurant in the plaza to relax and have some food while your vehicle is serviced. They also have a very nice customer waiting area. Thankyou Gordon and Todd. You saved the day for me. True professionals .Paul
