When my normal location couldn't get me in in a timely manner I came out to the Brockport location and they were able to take me right in and had my flat repair completed. From the start Devin at reception was courteous, accommodating, and professional. The rest of the crew were also very friendly and professional. This will definitely be my location for my seasonal tire changes and other tire needs! Well done Devin and the whole crew!

I was impressed the whole tire buying process at Dunn Tire. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone went out of his way to explain the difference in tires & treads so I could make an informed decision. On install day, I didn t have to wait, they took my car right back and got all 4 new tires installed. The shop was clean and efficient.

Everyone I delt with was very nice amf informative. They squeezed me in and repaired my tire quick. I appreciate their honesty too. They could've easily taken advantage of me, something I've had issues with in the past at other garages but they didn't. I would definitely recommend them.

I didn t have an appointment and needed 4 tires before my son borrowed my for the weekend. I was told if I could leave my car for the day, they would work me in. Thank you very much for fitting me in and keeping myself and son safe.

Very respectful staff. I booked my appointment online because it was easier for me to review the prices and consumer reviews of each tire (I tend to take my time making those decisions). When I showed up, the staff were very kind, and kept me informed of the things I would need in the future (I had an inspection and the brakes passed, but would need changing in the near future). The provided prices for the work I would need as well. Because their customer service was so good, I will definitely return with my other vehicles.

They recently replaced my emergency brake system and it wasn't cheap but they did a good job.And don't get your tires at Walmart.. just don't.

Been coming to the Brockport location for over a decade. Always friendly service and never feel like I ve been raked over the coals. If you re on the fence about whether to try them I highly recommend them.

We ordered tires online from the website and showed up for our installation appointment at the brockport store. They took the car in right away and had the tires changed in no time. Employees were very professional and store was clean. They even were able to do a NYS inspection which was due during the visit saving us another trip

They were super nice and have quick service. I went to get my tires rotated but my treads were too low on the front so they gave me all the information I needed to know to get new ones and they have them in stock so I was able to make an appointment right away to get them replaced. The only thing I would ve liked better is if they physically showed me the tire and why I needed new ones. I ended up going somewhere else for a second opinion just in case and there they were able to show me the tread line marker showing why I needed new tires.

Purchased 4 tires, 6 weeks later had a flat from a screw driven into a tire, about 4 weeks later had another screw driven in on another tire, (yes, I believe someone intentionally did it as I have taken the same roads for 15 years), and both times they repaired them no hassle. I even stopped in near closing and they took care of my care. Very knowledgeable and service oriented.

After being let down by two other tire companies in the area, Brendan at Dunn took me right away and I was out within 30 minutes. Amazing what a little good service will do for day. Prompt service at reasonable price. you ve got my busy!

I was given a total price over the phone for 4 tires ($778.92) with everything included (a man named Ed). When we got to the appointment 2 days later they added on an extra road Hazzard fee that was $80.00, which we declined, then there was a charge for valve stems for each tire. We ended up paying $811.27 that is $30.00 more than what I was told over the phone, I asked for a total price for everything so that we were not surprised when we got there. Out the door pricing is what you say but not what I received.

Excellent customer service, welcoming, patient, explained everything. Waited for my tires to be replaced in waiting area, which was clean, comfortable and had coffee and water. Service was done quickly and professionally. Would recommend to all- go toDunn Tire in Brockport!
