Excellent dealership to work with. Purchased my first Kubota L6060 snow tractor from them this Fall. Zack was great to work with and got everything setup for snow removal. The rear remotes were leaking for the snow blower and they sent out Josh immediately and had the leaks taken care of. Not really their fault as the snow blower fittings caused damage to the o-rings. Highly recommend Bentley Bros!

Dave and I own a pumpkin farm in Hilton and we are so pleased to be able to depend on Colin and the crew at Bentley to keep our equipment up and running. To say we are not mechanically inclined is pretty accurate so fair, good service is clutch.

I have used the services of Bentley Brothers over the last few years for maintenance and service on my Gravely zero turn. Bentley Brothers have always been prompt in response, pick up, repair, and delivery. They also communicated the diagnosis before repairs began. I appreciate that. Bentley Brothers is a very knowledgeable and dependable place to do business.

Faith is always really helpful helping coordinate things. My tractor was not running correctly, turned out to have gotten water in the diesel. They picked it up, serviced it and dropped it back off rapidly-it's always returned clean and in better shape than it left in! I've also had loaners in the past If it's a prolonged repair or service They always work with you.

Having my Kubota L3901 serviced was simple through Lisa connecting via text. She was responsive and professional in her communications. She arranged to have the tractor picked up and returned.Nick, the driver, was very friendly and shared a few tips to improve on my tractor that he has done on his own. Great guy to have as the face of the company.The service went without a hitch. Kudos to service tech Cody, Bentley Bros and Kubota.Me little tractor has been a work horse in helping me prepare for and build a new home.

I recently. About 2 months ago I think. Ruined my snowblower on my tractor. Bentleys with the use of k-tac insurance. Got me back up and functioning. Without there help I would have had a repair of over $1,300.00 but because Bentleys went to back for me I was stuck with on l y paying $250.00 which I was more than happy to do. Anyway I have bought 3 tractors from them they have gone to bat many times for me. Sadly However , the winter has been nonexistent so basically I can't use it. I'm reasonably confident they are not able to fix that. But if they can I would appreciate about 12" of snow daily till April. I wanna use my snowblower goofy snowflakes .

Bentley Brothers service department not only completed our service work fully but went beyond to inspect my machine discovering a broken weld joint which they repaired free of charge!Bentley Brothers service department technicians Josh and Faith should be recognized for their work and careful attention to details. They are the local Ariens dealer. I needed a small part for my snowblower, which they did not have in stock. But they got it in in 2 days.

It was easy to communicate with Faith at Bentley Bros. She made sure I was informed of when I could get my tractor looked at and when it was being transported. Jim did an excellent job getting it working again. Colin was outstanding in making sure my needs where met and customer care was at the highest. Fantastic, thank you all!

I ve been doing business with Bently Brothers for over 20 years. Although some faces have changed, their customer service has not. They re prompt, honest and the job is done right the.first time. They currently provide the service and preventative maintenance on my ZD 1211 diesel zero turn mower, B7500 DT Tractor and 2022 gasoline Kubota RTV 520. All are running well thanks to Bently Brothers Service. Special shout out to Colin & Lisa for their assistance recently

I had a problem with a wheel coming loose and ruined the wheel. They came and picked up my mower and fixed my mower and delivered it back to me at no charge. Thank you

Dan finds parts that don't exist on the operator's schematics, the best around!... okay, the parts DO exist on the schematic, but not if I'm looking in the wrong place. It takes a true pro to not make me feel like an idiot, and solve my problem. Worth the drive, 5 stars across the board!

Purchasing my new Kubota zero turn here was a terrific and painless experience. The sales manager Darrell impressed me by taking his time to answer my questions, and even showed me how to drive one for the first time. Being a female purchaser, you may wonder how you might be treated at a tractor dealership but Darrell gave me the best price around right up front, and treated me with respect throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. Service and Parts have also been just as professional and helpful with my follow-up questions. Even the delivery gentleman was excellent. I m also entirely happy with my new Kubota and its quality and power. My mowing time has now been cut down by almost half, which is meaningful when you have a lot of acreage (even though it is fun to drive!) I wanted to support a local business with my purchase, and so I m so glad I chose Bentley Brothers. They ve earned a new loyal customer in me for sure and I recommend them!

They are awesome, I rent equipment from them all the time durning the summer great prices and customer service. Just bought a commercial zero turn and nothing but great words about the staff here!Update I now have 5 zero turns and a tractor from them still love them theu are awesome.

Bentley Brothers have always been a very accommodating company to work with.. We have bought a zero turn 60 inch lawn mower 5 years ago and a 30 inch snow blower and both have been exactly what we needed. Daryl our sales person has always made sure that we buy the proper size equipment for the job with no pressure sales! This year we will be looking into a weed trimmer and a chain saw.It is also good to know that if parts or service are needed they will have the part and be able to fix it.

Bently Brothers is wonderful!!! They are so accommodating, helpful, respectful and understanding!!! I worked with Bill and he helped me so much when I was trying to get my mothers old mower working for 1 more year. Had my heart set on a Deere. But after I spoke with Bentley Brothers to compare with Kubota, I realized their customer service was notches above. This was even enough to persuade me into purchasing my brand new Kubota Bx! Thanks again Joe!

Needed to measure a specific Kubota Tractor for a implement we're building for a customer in Utah. Darrell was most generous in welcoming me to measure the Tractor he had on the lot. He even pulled the Tractor under a "carport" so I wouldn't get wet that rainy day. Bentley Bros. treated me like a special customer even though there was no profit to be made. They get high marks from me !

I was looking for a used Kubota and the location in Albion knew the location in Brockport may soon take in a trade that matched my needs. One phone call to Brockport and it was held for me once it came in. Held it for me just as they promised and the machine was prestine and cheaper than any private sale could have been. No delays in delivery, entire process was smooth, easy and everything that was said they do, they did! Be patient and they'll take care of you. There's a reason they're busy.

Retired military and civilian, be aware of Manager Darrell. He is not a man of his word and will screw you in a second if he can get away with it. You re better off going to Albion to see Laura Bentley. She fixed all my problems the manager in Brockport caused me. Let s just say that the second time around he sent me a tractor with a loose steering wheel. Very vindictive man. It s not the dealer it s the manager that needs to be replaced. Bentley Bros. Has always had a great reputation. Stay away from Darrell unless you want your personal information on his personal phone and sell you a product with worn parts and wrong parts. Albion is a lot better to deal with the owner Laura has a heart and honest.

We have been working with Daryl and his team for over 8 years at the Brockport Location. They go above and beyond every time!!! There service is top notch. There's been several occasions where they came out to the job, to keep us up and running.We highly recommend them.
