Put a new battery in for me, great service, but then original associate left due to personal matters. Had to wait for over 10 minutes for someone to come finish with my questions.

Every time I go in there s a clueless girl behind the counter. She had to bring a customer behind the counter today so the customer could do her job because she didn t know how. Always asking customers what parts are, doesn t barely know how to use the computer, I bet she couldn t even tell me what color my car is. I thought it was because she s new, but she s been there a while now. Won t be going back here, at least until they have competent employees.Edit: decided to order a few more parts from this location, and of course the same girl forgot to order the parts I need. If ANYONE needs a job, this place will hire you if you can walk and speak.

Was on my home in the evening. Belt tension pulley seized up in front of this store and made it into the parking lot. They were quick to get me a belt, parts and loan tools to fix my '94 Blazer. Even being cold and windy, they offer me some help, got everything fixed and went on my way. These guys are GREAT!!!

I stopped at the AutoZone in Brockport NY with my engine light on. Joe assisted me in checking the code. I needed a new battery. Joe also checked to make sure my alternator and starter were working properly. After purchasing the new battery, Joe replaced it right then and there! Wonderful service this evening!! Thank you Joe!

Tried to get a battery. Said they could do it and had the battery. Batery spot is under the hood. Easy . Guy said they couldn't do it. Yet I took my car to Walmart and they did it with no problem right away. Thus isn't the first time I've had a problem with this place.

The staff are always so very helpful and so very kind. I will never go anywhere else for my car needs. They go out of their way to make the customer feel like their purchase matters. Keep doing what you do guys

Very helpful employees. I needed some screws to put licence plates on my new car, and the guy let me use his screwdriver. And not only did he help me select new windshield wipers for my car, but he installed them too! Great customer service here!

I just wanted to promote the great customer service that my girlfriend and I received at the Brockport store this afternoon. The battery in my girlfriends car died at home, Once we were able to get it jumped by AAA we stopped over to the store and looked into getting her a new battery. Sue took care of us right away, was able to get us the right battery for her car and even installed it for us not once but twice (the first replacement had a bad cell, which is not her fault at all, it happens) but Sue stuck by us and made sure we were taken care of and got back on the road in a timely fashion. I wish more people were like Sue, all while she was changing out the batteries She had both of us laughing and trying to make the best of a tough situation. I commend her attentiveness and the wiliness not to give up on the first try. We will definitely come back in the futureRob.

Nick, was a massive help to me. He was super nice and honest about the part that he did not have. I like that he did not lie about anything. This place almost always has what I need including oil and windshield wipers. They also have a ton of tools to work on your own car

Hands down the BEST customer service around! I m not talking just one time, every time I come in here and each person that helps me is GREAT!!!! I will drive miles out of my way just to deal with them again and again.

Terrible customer service from a very disinterested employee when attempting to have my battery tested. I went right across the street to the other auto parts store and had a great experience. I'm sure the staff at a whole are great at this location. I just happened to pick the wrong time to stop by. Spent over $200 across the street and was happy to do it considering the great service I received.

very friendly and helpful staff, their lend a tool program is very helpful, you can just fix it yourself if you're able, and they will do free diagnosis on your car. A good store with good values. Definitely recommend getting free readings before you go to the mechanic so you know what's wrong and don't get scammed!

I like AutoZone because their store is clean and professional looking, however it's a gamble getting a good experienced sales associate. I taken life time warranty parts back and they've exchanged them, no questions asked. Today's experience, I had to go back to the store because they sold me the wrong brake pads.

I purchased a duralast wheel bearing at this store and upon examining the bearing I noticed the bearing sat loose in the box and had been dropped at least six times , several of which the hub stud bolts broke through the box. When brought it to the attention of the clerk he responded that they all come like that, really? Does he know anything about bearings? Its possible that when the studs hit whatever surface they were dropped on that the bearing roller surfaces inside the bearing could have been damaged, maybe & maybe not. I wonder if any of these people ever installed a wheel bearing? Its not an easy job, no-one would disagree with that, so why sell products to customers that look like they went through a torture test and come up with a lame rational that they all come like that and its okay. Sure, because if something is wrong they are not the ones who would be doing the work all over again. And if the store sees this problem so much why don't they contact the supplier and bring it to their attention? The supervisor did offer to get me a new bearing later in the day but I had to get this job done and so it was installed. My second time to this store in ten years and both times I left feeling pretty negative about the sales people. The sad part is they seem to have some nice products that I wanted to look at but I'm not going back anytime soon. donald Ciccone

Being my first time there I encountered friendly service and asked if I could have someone point out where the motor oil was!! The store was set up perfect for any first timers to get what they needed without a hassle and they have plenty workers so that way service and help was immediate!!!

One of the managers is not very nice to deal with. But I believe it's only one. The other staff members are fine. Store is usually clean, and it's easy to find what you need

I have an AutoZone rewards card so I frequent this place. Looking to get power steering fluid I stopped here last week. I walked through the store all the way to the back, by the transmission and engine oil section. Unable to determine which trans fluid I needed to put in my car, I walked out to check my manual. When I walked back the nice lady behind the counter asked if I needed help. Knowing now what fluid I needed, I politely declined. I walked to the back and grabbed some Mobil 1 ATF. When I got to the register she quickly scanned my items. I asked how much it'll be, knowing the sum total needed to surpass $20 if I wanna get my rewards point. She looked me right in the eye and said, "I need about treefiddy" And that's when I realized she was a three story tall Loch Ness Monster from the Paleolithic Era. Suffice it to say my car now runs wonderfully.
