I waited a half hr outside store for it to open.Guy tried to sell me a 250 dollar batery. Had me go out and measure my car, which was fine cus he needed the size. When all is said and done its been a half hr. Then he goes do u want it installed. I said yes. He said he cant.... yet the signs clearly said free instalation!!!! Left tried to go and batery wouldn't start I asked him to come out and jump my car.

Paid just over $60.00 for a part here. An auto shop wanted to charge me over $267.00 for the same part!! Great people there. Hats off to such helpful honest employees.

The employees are super helpful. Comfortable atmosphere. This is coming from a jackass who doesn't know a carburetor from a flux capacitor.However, they are (at least now) the type to close early, so that's a no-go for me.

Called to the store in Brockport for three days on and off for a muffler. Finally answered for a friend and put him on hold for twelve minutes only to vaguely explain we would have to wait to get one in for more money that your competition. NEED TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES! And be more professional when you do also.

the place across the street kept selling me parts for a different model of my car after replacing my calipers 3 times i came here. it may have cost a few extra bucks, but they askes the right questions to get me the correct parts and 25k miles later breaks are still great. ty everyone at the brockport store

I'm practically a regular, and the guys here are always gungho to help out. They even try to keep you as a loyal customer by matching prices and giving you the best customer service of any auto parts place in Brocport.
