Everyone here is polite and didn't try to push me into a purchase like some other dealers. Bought a truck at a great price. They went through it thoroughly to make sure it was in good shape before it left the lot. They even replaced the exhaust manifold gasket. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

We drove over an hour to look at the Yukon they had listed, they gave us a fair trade in value for our current vehicle and the rest was smooth and easy. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and made the trade seamless. Excellent service from start to finish! Highly recommend Tecforce!

We recently bought a 2022 Ram 2500 & it was the best vehicle experience my husband & I ever had. We made things more complicated by needing to register our vehicle in GA instead of NY, and Ryan was very helpful, and stayed in touch with us through the process. We had gone to a Chevy Dealer prior who told us we could absolutely not register a vehicle in another state, so we are very thankful to have met Ryan who worked with us.

Dealt with Ryan at tecforce. Being a business owner and having a tight schedule he was able to get the vehicle ready a day sooner than originally agreed upon. I will be back for more business in the future because Ryan did stand by what he said and was very upfront and honest. I would recommend anyone to buy here. It s nice to go to a dealership and feel comfortable all around. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Buying the truck I purchased was simple and easy they offer a bumper to bumper warranty bought the truck in June of last year and only have put less than 25k miles on it. The bumper to bumper warrenty I paid was $3800Fast forward to January of 24 truck looses all compression on driver side of the block call warrenty up fine print states doesn t cover loss of compression in valve train if rods bend so now I have a $30k truck that needs a $15k engine and it s a huge paper weight that I m still making payments on and can t even drive the vehicle.Bumper to bumper is false..

If I could give this business zero stars I would. After reading all of the negative reviews about the way they do business I am glad that my son did not get a truck from this company. As soon as he told me that they tried to charge him & his fiance an extra $3000 when they showed up to trade in their truck on their purchase, I knew something wasn't right. Note they had a mechanic go through their truck ... there is nothing wrong with the transmission. Do your homework people...

I had the pleasure of having Ryan help me through my first vehicle buying experience. He made the process extremely easy and he even got me a lower rate. He was very patient with me throughout the buying process and he was very informative and I was driving my truck home within an hour of arriving. I'd recommend Ryan and Tecforce Auto to anyone.

We worked with Ryan and had a great experience he worked with us and closed a deal over a holiday weekend. Will definitely buy from him again !Had some issues with the AC when I brought the truck home. Contacted Ben from service and he worked with me on getting a loaner vehicle and after the third time lol they were able to fix the issue and it's worked great since.

First time buying a used vehicle from a dealer. Worked with Ryan and he made the entire process a breeze. Everything I asked to be addressed was taken care of and then some. Had some questions over a month later about paperwork with the warranty; got back to me super fast and was incredibly thorough. Can t recommend this place enough and I will definitely be back in the future!!

Will never buy from a big name dealer again, Tecforce is the easiest, straightforward place to buy a vehicle and I actually enjoyed the experience..Ryan is so easy going..bought from him a few yrs ago, went to a Dodge dealer for my last truck..will never again, Tecforce is awesome!! I came all the way from Oklahoma to buy a car it was such a good deal! We planned a flight 2 weeks out but the day of our flight it was canceled and the airline could only get us into Rochester by the next day, our only other option being to get to syracuse 2 days later and I had already scheduled 3 non refundable hotel reservations for our 1,500 mile trip back to Oklahoma... TecForce didn't let us down, they offered to pick me up in a city 1.5 hrs away at the airport and personally deliver us to the dealership to pick up our new car! Talk about service! When we arrived the car was fully detailed and waiting for us... a couple of papers to sign and we were on our way. If you hate the standard dealership vibes then try this place out, top notch! Can't say enough about this place!

It was a wonderful, stress free process purchasing my vehicle from Tecforce. From the initial contact, the trade, the test drive etc. Nicole Tanner was so attentive and available to answer any questions I had. She was extremely patient with me! So, I ve never been to this place until just under a week ago. My father took me since my old car had 5 different lights come on the day prior. We both got there and I was nervous at first cause I haven t had great experiences at dealerships that use to take care of my car. I walked in behind my dad and notice one lady at her desk. Her name was Nicole. She greeted us with a smile and automatically made us feel cared about when we were made a priority. She had someone figure what was wrong with the car while listing all our options. I ended getting a new car. In just about a day she was able to cool our anxiousness, help us come to a decision and figure out a way to execute our plan. I had a feeling she had good intentions after she had a conversation and got to know me personally and why I chose what I did. Now I happily own a Nissan and have a place I can confidently bring it to that will tell me how it is and not just want to make money off me. Those guys made my first experience amazing.

Sold my grandson a used car and then forced an extended warranty on them stating that if they didn t buy the warranty that the bank would not approve the loan. This activity is 100% illegal. Beware of them and the finance department.

The dealership was amazing to work with and so was Ryan. Ryan listened to what I needed in a truck. Very easy process and now Iam in my new Ram and I love it. Definitely will be back for more cars. Mom loves my truck more then me lol

Smooth deal didn't feel pressured at all. Ryan was amazing got me lower rate and into the truck in wanted within HR or less. Traded in my old Dodge 1500 for a Ram Rebel. Great no pressure dealership. So far happy and would recommend buying from them

Didn't originally realize I gave them 3 stars. Ryan was a great person to deal with. Can not give them 5 as I didn't purchase from him, but it was not because of anything he did. Found a better truck, newer and closer to what we were looking for.

Bought a jeep from Ryan at Tecforce and it was a painless experience. Very good salesperson to deal with that is straight forward with you. Had everything ready when we went to pick it up. Very nice buying experience. Would definitely buy from again.

Not like the big dealerships on bridge St. that wouldn't even look @ our 07 Ford explorer Eddie Bauer for a trade...this vehicle for being the 2013 feels drives & has all the bells & whistles as A 2018...
