This place is awesome. They actually complete the job at the estimated time, don't add hidden extra costs, are polite and friendly, and do an excellent job. I wish all establishments were like this!

I ve used Safelite Bridgehampton twice now, and each time the staff, care, efficiency, and quality were excellent. Julie sits at the desk and does a great job taking care of clients

They broke a part of my car and didn t bother to tell me. I didn t notice it when I picked up my car because I was in a hurry. Don t recommend this place

I had a very small crack in the lower part of my windshield and had Safelite, whom I used before, come to my home to repair the crack. The only thing from minute the rep saw the windshield was that they needed to replace the entire windshield as I had insurance. He then said crack was in a difficult spot and couldn't be repaired. So I took car to dealership, who repaired window as good as new. Do not use this company, as they are not trustworthy! Horrible experience. Will never go back to them again.

Took a little while to get an appointment but only because the piece of glass I needed was on backorder. They said my appointment was between 1:30-5:30 pm and the tech was here by 1:45. Very fast and efficient. I only use safelite for my auto glass.

Very satisfied with my experience. From the first contact to get a quote, through the 3 times I had to reschedule my appointment because of my schedule, I had top notch service. My windshield was replaced in a timely fashion, and my car was ready to be picked up when I showed up 1 hour later, as planned. Thumbs up to safelite!

Very disappointed. The windshield cracked 2 days later. The crack was small and they said it needed to be REPLACED and would have to pay $960 again. It definitely could have been repaired. The customer service from this establishment is pitiful!!! Set up an appointment they never showed. Called said they were still coming didn't happen. No one picks up the phone or returns calls. Rescheduled for 4 days later between 8 and 11. Guy shows up at 12:30 says he was lost (no phone call) I have 1 of the most popular windshields ever made. Guess what? He brings the wrong windshield and says no one on Long Island has the right one. After a week of screaming at these bumbling idiots I call a different glass guy who tells me to come right down, has the correct one and installs it in half an hour. Now that's how you do business. Don't deal with Bridgehampton Safelite!!!

I am so happy with Jen and the fella (not sure of his name) that installed my glass. They are a great team and so friendly. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a replacement windshield! Thanks guys......

Great staff. Appointment scheduled for next day and the repair took under an hour. Very clean and comfortable waiting area and super friendly staff.

I have been using them for many years and never had a problem I would not take my car anywhere else always A very clean job no mess for me to clean up After they are done

WOW!!!! My windshield got broken on my way to work today. I called at 10 am and they said they could help me today??? How??? Was fixed in the parking lot at work. I am leaving work now with a new windshield, a new appreciation for Safelite Bridgehampton, and their professionalism and customer service. The technician Eddy was very good and actually cared about me being taken care of ASAP. I AM BLOWN AWAY!!!!

Just got my windshield replaced payed 570$ and it cracked the same day. I called them the same day and I was waiting whole week for them to look at it.
