I have patronized this Mavis location a few times already and each time I have had a good experience. They have always been able to accommodate me on short notice. Even though during each of my visits there were different workers, all of them worked to ensure good customer service. I would recommend this location

Exceptional service and very professional staff. My husband s car was disabled in an accident and towed to this location overnight. Their check-in process while they were closed was seamless. We got a call promptly the next day with details and an estimate and picked up the car later that evening (again after closing) without any issues. They also did an excellent job on the repair. We dealt with Steve who could not have been more professional or caring. Thank you and give stars!

Went to Mavis in Brewster for my regular oil change. Steve really took care of me. Explained and demonstrated what I needed and what was good with my care. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Needed a nail pulled and patched. Without even looking they said they couldn t do it. Said the tire was dry rotted. Took my car to the next closest Mavis and got it patched without any problems. I went back to the Brewster Mavis to talk to with a manager. He took a quick look and was like nope it s dry rotted. He also states they can t legally patch snow tires. I believe they either didn t feel like doing it or wanted me to buy a new tire. Tires on my car are fine with lots of tread.Anyways. Long story short. I got my tire fixed from a different Mavis and everything s good. I ve seen dry rotted tires. My tires aren t dry rotted.

I cannot say enough about the courteous professional work provided.There was no wait time, and the work was completed in a timely manner.I felt no pressure to purchase additional services, but also felt that they reviewed my car and made appropriate recommendations.They even put my registration sticker on for me :-)

Steve, Larry and Andrew put in the work on short notice.I was coming up from Virginia and saw a flat on my car. They gave me and honest diagnosis of my tire and gave me the reality of the problem.They gave me good and honest solutions with the highest degree of professionality and care.They helped me out and got me on my way within an hour without an appointment.Thanks for the helps boys!

I had to visit Mavis Tire today because there was a screw in my son s tire that I wanted repaired before he had to drive home to New Jersey. From the moment we arrived Larry was attentive and thorough. Larry had provided an excellent experience as well as a thorough explanation of why the tire could not be plugged and had to be replaced. Larry had incredible knowledge about Tesla vehicles and handled the tire replacement efficiently and with care. Between Larry and Brody they showed their expertise in handling Tesla s was evident, which put my mind at ease knowing they understood the specifics of these cars.Service was prompt, and they made sure to replace the tire with the same one already on the car. The entire team at Mavis was courteous and professional throughout, making for the overall experience. I would highly recommend Mavis Tire in Brewster for any car owner or anyone that owns a Tesla and is in need of any tire repair. Thank you to Larry and his team for their exceptional Service!

I came in to get tires done and it was amazing/friendly staff here. Larry was excellent to work with he showed me my breaks were getting low and gave me honest thoughts on it. They were a great group of guys to work with and would highly recommend.

Ran over a nail on our way out of town to FL for spring break late on a Sunday afternoon... Thankfully the shop was open and was able to patch the leak and we were on the road within 20 minutes. Kind and courteous staff that saved the start of vacation!

If you have time to waste, then this is your place. Scheduled an appointment for tire replacement, was told it would be an hour and a half. I came back two hours later, and they hadn't even moved the car into the garage. They told me they needed another two hours. The funny thing is they called me to make sure I would be on time for the appointment. If they couldn't meet the schedule, they should be calling to tell me so. And if they can't be honest and remotely accurate with appointments and schedule, I can't use them. If you have time to burn, then absolutely this is your place.

This is the best Mavis and tire store period. I am extremely happy with the service and staff is very nice. Five stars especially to Craig who took my car in for NYS inspection just before closing time.

Had an appointment for 8am to get my car inspected. Steve greeted me promptly and wrote me up. My vehicle went in shortly thereafter. After inspecting my car, Larry made some recommendations for my vehicle. As a true professional he did it show and tell style. He brought me out to my vehicle to show me what he was recommending and then told me why it s important to get the work done. Quick, professional and friendly. Thank you Steve and Larry.

So once again, I have only good things to say about the Mavis in Brewster, NY! There was a mix-up with my tires, but everyone was so proactive with fixing the situation. All the staff is friendly, patient, and explain things so you can understand. I would definitely recommend this Mavis for anything with your car! I've been coming here for years and am satisfied every single time.

Amazing! Danny and his team were something I have never seen before. They didn t try to sell you something you didn t need, they were honest. I was in and out in a timely manner and their customer service was incredible! I would go back without a doubt! Thank you all, you truly were wonderful!

Made an appointment for a car inspection. Was told that it s just a place in line not a time to be seen. Told that a car inspection would take 3-3.5 hours, and that I couldn t even come back then. Had to sit there for 3.5 hours. Would never use this business again

Stopped by at 4pm to have a bald tire looked at. They had my size in stock at a very fair price so I had all 4 done with an alignment and home by 6 pm. Very friendly and courteous ,will continue to give them business.

Ordered a tire on Amazon and got it installed here. Larry was great. What I really appreciated was how Larry explained to the worker putting the tire on how best to do it, putting the new tire on the back and moving the old ones to the front. Also, they said it would take about an hour since I was going to wait in the shop, but it only took about 25 minutes and I was on the road. I really appreciate how they over deliver what they say they are going to do. Really impressed with this shop. I will be back!

Stopped by Brewster Mavis with a tire issue in a rush. I didn t have an appointment but Larry and Gene took my car in right away and got me back on the road! They were so helpful and kind give these guys a raise!
