Very happy, got solid deal on a car. Dealer honest and did business with integrity. He found something $$$ wrong with vehicle while he was prepping it for us and he fixed it no additional charge. We have the car 2+ months now, no regrets! A&R handled dmv too. Some free advice in general, when buying new car go in knowing what car you want and if you don t have knowledge/experience in buying a used car, swallow your pride and take that friend/acquaintance/uncle who knows about cars so you get the best outcome :). We would recommend A & R.

My husband had his a/c compressor repaired there after the belt snapped, and he barely made it to the shop. They did the repair while he waited, and he was able to get home. Highly recommended! You won t go wrong. Paulie, Sal and their mechanic are the best!

I basically paid $570 for nothing. And they were still expecting me to pay extra $70 for fixing what they messed up the first time.I used to bring my car to this place because the owners and the front desk are very friendly and helpful, I have no complains whatsoever with this. However, recently i had an issue with my car, they told me it was due to the lower arm control, which was an expansive "repair". When they gave me my car back, it was worst than when i left it there. I brough my car two more times, and they said that the only issue they could find was unalignment. I trusted them with this due to the good relationship i thought i had with them, They did the alignment, and told me the noise should be gone "it wasnt" but that i had to pay them $70 more for that job on top of the $570 that i had already paid.i tested the car and the noise was still there, and the car just like before i brought it with them.I truly believe it is not the owners fault, as they have been very friendly with me in the past, but the mechanic they assigned to my vehicle seemed very sketchy. And I hope they fix this...Until then i'd rather bring my business to another place where they will not try to play me like this again.

Very nice service people .I made an appointment for my 2014 red Ford Focus in 2020, 2021, and 2022 vehicle Inspection and the staff was friendly and inspection was fast. I will always use this service station for inspection and repairs. Joe Leogrande

They re scammers!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. My father bought a Toyota Highlander 2018 and it was $29,000 car from there and it was faulty. After 8 months he got a check in light and went to the Toyota dealer just for them to tell him that the car had had sugar in the gas pump and that they just fixed a few things to make it look in good conditions but they just sabotaged the light. They knew this and still sold the car like that. My father is an honest man and for someone to do this, is not right. Now to repair this he has to pay another $5,000. We went back there and they said that they couldn t help us. IF THEY DID THIS TO US, THEY RE GONNA KEEP DOING IT. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD.

Financed a car from them a few months ago, honest people and good service. Recommended them for a family member who also purchased a car from them and they were well taken care of. I recently brought my work truck there to get some new tires put on and they were fast and fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone! Ask for Eve, she knows what she s talking about!

I Called to ask What time they close? and if I can bring my car in? Very rudely the owner replied and asked me if I knew what time it was with a bad attitude, very unprofessional and poor customer service. Scroll down to the reviews. They reviewed themselves, and who knows what other family members and friends have left this unpleasant business fake good reviews.. STAY AWAY! You ve been warned...

Called yesterday to make an appointment for an inspection. Got one for 10:30. Based the rest of my day around this appointment and when I showed up, I wasn t written down in the books. Guy told me it d be 1 to 2 hours until he could fit me in.

Very rude I asked someone if they can remove a nail and put a plug and asked them if they was very busy I don't know if it was the owner but with a very bad attitude he said yeah drop it off and come back
