We had Chris C at the RV show in Syracuse who was a great help. Paige M was amazing. She was easy to reach and even helped after hours with my questions. Melissa P was awesome at explaining what we were signing. Louis L did our walk through and was very knowledgeable about everything in our camper. Would very much recommend Wilkins

Sales people like to play games and try to get you to buy new. Lured me in to look at a nice usedand it has a "deposit" on it.. Greg and Austin are crooks! Buyers beware!

Excellent customer service. Nice selection of options, great people to work with. Even stayed 2 hours late on a weekend just to make sure I was taken care of! This one was by far the best out of 5 other rv dealers in their area.

I'm very pleased with the service at WIlkins in Brewerton. The service manager worked me into the schedule quickly and when I dropped my RV off it was brought into the building immediately and work started! The tech was great and listened to what I wanted and was very helpful talking through my issues and letting me know what he was going to do. When I picked it up the check out was thorough and detailed. I did notice my ladder pins were missing and I mentioned that to the manager who told me he would have new ones sent to me. There is no telling if a customer took them or if they were removed and forgotten by a tech, either way Wilkins took responsibility and I appreciate that. Great service overall from drop off to pick up!

Zack was very patient, helpful, and honest. He showed us several new travel trailers. Then showed us a one year old Sundance that fulfilled 99% of our needs. Our buying process was smooth. Delivery was very professional. All of our questions were answered completely. We absolutely love our new RV. Service is also very good. We did have a leak in the shower and it was fixed within two days. We will definitely visit Wilkins first when in the market for another one.

My Husband and I bought our first Camper here this week. Carson was our rep and he was great to work with he made the whole experience a great one. We signed the paperwork yesterday and will be picking it up in two weeks. The staff we have met has been very pleasant here in Syracuse. It is great to see there are still places that have great customer service. Carson we thank you for everything and making this a fun experience. We can't wait to start our Adventure in our New Camper. Everyone at this location has been really wonderful. Thank you Carson and Staff at the Syracuse store.

Very helpful, professional, and courteous. They worked with our budget and replied quickly to our inquiries. I searched many RV stores and their price was the best by far. They also helped us find the best option to finance. The RV was clean and they spent time going over information with us and answered all of our questions in a professional matter. Best thing was they provided us with three free weeks of camping. Definitely recommend purchasing through them. Thanks for the great service.

I purchased a brand-new travel trailer which I had nothing but issues with before I even got it off the lot. It had a leak in the slide out which took months to get the parts to fix. I had made 2 almost 3 payments on it before I even had it in my possession. when I did get the trailer, I used it 2 times. One weekend of which I had no issues because it did not rain. The second weekend I used it the slide out that they fixed leaked all over like a siv. I had to bring it back to be repaired again, which took several weeks. There was damage to the facia piece that covers the slide out as well as a soft spot in the floor. I expressed to Wilkins several times that I was not satisfied and wanted to return the camper and get refunded. They refused to do so knowing full well that I had nothing but issues with it since day 1. I ended up selling it to RV Way and after paying the down payment of $2000.00, making payments of $220/mo. for a year, it cost me $5000.00 to be rid of it!! Not at all a good experience!! Most expensive 2 weekends of my life!!

We went to Wilkin's to look at the trailer we saw on line and were greeted by a salesperson who took us to many different trailers within our weight and financial specifications. She was informative and, if we had any questions, knowledgeable about the units. We came away with the unit we purchased and are very happy with it's functioning. We bought a Vintage Cruiser with no slides.

We had a good experience purchasing our camper at the RV show in Hershey. There were some delays on getting it but Wilkins was good with us when we did get to come pick it up in December. Now we are finally looking forward to using it.

Just purchased an RV from Wilkins and had a fantastic experience everyone was friendly and were able to answer all of our questions especially Steve who gave us a very detailed walk-through of our camper. We especially love the special touches that were done. For instance, when we walked in the sign was specialized with a congratulations to us on our purchase! Would definitely recommend!

Awesome folks to deal with at the Syracuse location. We just love our new roomier 2021 Trail Runner. Long story short, in April, 2020 we bought a 2020 Trail Runner, small and no slide. It just wasn't quite big enough, so August we traded it back to Wilkins for a bigger Trail Runner with a slide. They made this happen smoothly and we are very happy and excited with our new camper. Thank you so much to the staff at the Syracuse Wilkins, you all are great!!!

Very happy. This was our first service appt., since we bought our 2021 Grand Design 5th wheel in Sept from Wilkins in Bath, NY. We wanted an inspection and a few minor things taken care of. Ken, the service man was very friendly, and accommodating. Thank you for a terrific first experience.

Looking for a teardrop trailer. One had just come in. I stopped,talked to sales. Looked it over. Refrigerator was missing. They said they would try to find replacement. I said I would take a cooler to fit the space. They did order a cooler since the trailer was 7years old.At the time to winterize ,the service guy was very conscious and didn't have experience with the teardrop. He took the time to address and research the process. So far so good and everyone was professional.

I found Wilkins RV to be an extremely friendly place, very competitively priced and willing to deal. Sales staff ( Jerry ) very personable and knowledgeable. Upon delivery Brandon did an extremely, non rushed over view inside and out of the unit, he knows every nut and bolt, switch, etc... specifications and answered every question. I'm a new customer but have every bit of confidence and trust in the people of this Cicero Wilkins RV and hope to have a continued great relationship in the years ahead. Thank you all.

Contacted Wilkins RV this morning with a water leak in the ceiling of my camper we were getting ready to take out. Wilkins got me in right away and went above and beyond to get me fixed and able to make my reservations. We were super impressed with the sales experience, and even more impressed with the service end. Very professional and an example of exemplary customer service! Considering my New RV purchase took place during the pandemic I'm pleased overall with the delivery procedure. We purchased it at the Syracuse Show on March 5 but were unable to pick it up until April 28th due to the State Lockdown. Ray, who took the time to go over the RV and explain how everything works was very professional along with the rest of the staff. I'd give it 5 stars except I'm still waiting for my Extended Warranty information and License Plate along with the Registration. I wish they would communicate a little bit better. I would purchase from Wilkins RV again and recommend them to Family and Friend's. We are looking forward to our first trip in our New RV and meeting new friend's on our Adventures!

This dealership has been a nightmare for my mother.They do not return phone calls, let alone return them in a timely fashion.It's like pulling teeth when you do get someone on the phone.It's like no one knows what they are talking about.And it seems there is no communication within. Meaning,No one passes along information.Go elsewhere.

We were looking at a coach online at the Churchville location. We asked for a value on our trade and the offered us PENNIES on the dollar price on our coach. I know the value and they offered less then 1/3 of that for a coach in top shape. Well they lost a cash sale. Educate yourself before you go to these places they all ask high stupid prices and give you nothing in trade. Guess this is the new way of business for them .

The absolute best customer service we have ever experienced while shopping for an RV! No pressure salesman, Bill Kennedy helped us select our beautiful 5th wheel and we cannot wait to use it. Ron worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted. Justin and his team were outstanding showing us how to use the camper and helped us make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so wonderful and I would recommend this business to anyone looking for an RV.

Wow the experience of buying our retirement camper was pleasant dealing with Don Bornside at Wilkins RV in Syracuse. There are many RV Dealerships right in that area and we went to all of them and while we were there they all had their different ways of dealing. We had a couple of campers we were thinking about. What sealed the deal with going to Wilkins, was the fact that Don is the only one out of all the salesman that called and kept in touch with us. He was very cordial and accommadating. If anyone asks us about were to go, our answer would definitly be at Wilkins with Don Bornside. An additional bonus was also working with the best finance manager ever, Carson.

Bought my camper from Wilkins' Churchill location but needed it serviced in Syracuse. Entire staff was pleasant and extremely helpful! Service department manager took extra time to go through the issue with me and explain the work he performed that fixed the problem.

I would advise not to purchase from Wilkins RV.My husband and I have had nothing but problems from day one. We purchased a fifth wheel one year ago (without any financing) and we still do not have a title!We are promised returned phone calls and they never come. Our buying experience has been nothing short of a nightmare! It s impossible to get get an honest answer. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
