My 2019 F-150 was parked, and trapped, by a large fire in the Adirondacks about two weeks ago. As a result, the truck was covered in black ash and soot that wouldn't simply wash off. At the recommendation of my insurance agent, I stopped by Ken's Auto Detailing and set up an appointment about a month out because of how much work had already been scheduled for them. An hour after I got home, I received a call from Ken telling me that he created a hole in his calendar to accommodate me much sooner because he was concerned about the ash sitting on the truck for a long period of time. When I picked up the truck at the end of the day of the service, I couldn't believe what I was looking at. The truck was cleaner and more polished than the day I purchased it almost four years ago. Tyler did an amazing job of removing the ash and putting life back into the truck's finish. I can't thank him enough for the effort he put into the truck, and to Ken for allowing me to come in much sooner than our original scheduled date and time. Ken's Auto Detailing is a class act. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a quality detail on your vehicle. Reasonably priced, and quality, professional work.Services: Clay bar treatment, Car waxing

Made my appointment online. Very easy, no hassles. Drop off the night before, left keys in key box. Picked up the following afternoon. I have had our vehicle detailed in numerous places. This by far was better then any other place I have gone. Will definitely take my vehicles there to detail in the future. Great job! Thanks Ken.

I was referred to Ken s Auto Detailing when I was looking for ceramic coating for my pick up and motorcycle. Reached out and left a voicemail, he called me back and text me same day.. very helpful and knowledgeable booked appointment and he did an excellent job!! Would give 6 stars if I could

Ken's auto detailing did a awesome job on my 2014 Silverado some how I got a lot of over spray on my truck I took it to them and it came out perfect but two days later when the sun hit the side of the truck the swirl marks from buffing were horrible I mean there were some on there before I was hoping by them buffing it it would take them out but it came out ten times worse and I don't know what they used on the rims to clean them but it turned the lug nuts a grayish color what a waste of 80$ I was going to call them but I didn't want to deal with the hassle of dropping off the truck and finding a ride to and from work bummer

Extremely happy with my recent visit! Did the complete package and my car looks awesome. Staff is incredibly friendly. I appreciate the online booking feature. Will definitely be going to them for all future detailing!

I was considering taking my vehicle to Ken's for a full detail. I have left 3 telephone messages over the last 3 weeks. To this day, April 23rd I have received no call back. Therefore, I will not take my vehicle there. Nor will I recommend this business to anyone. Ken's was referred to me by a friend. Whose opinion matters to me. But this is unacceptable. It takes just a few moments to respond to a phone call. No excuses. Sorry, not sorry for what I've written.

Got my car detailed here and got it back with the seats and floors soaking wet. It took 3+ days to dry my car out. Do not recommend!

I normally do my own detailing but my husband got me a gift certificate and WOW, they did a great job. Not only was the work amazing but Ken went above and beyond by fixing a flat tire I had from a screw being in the tire for quite some time. Kenny does an awesome job for a great price! Needed my car spiffy'd up.. Great job as always! Thanks Guys!BTW.. In case you didn't know, Ken's also does motorcycles and even the occasional boat! Thought I'd mention that, after all SPRING is coming!

Thought they did a great job until I found left over wax on almost everything especially the black plastic parts on my truck. They were kind enough to get the bugs they didn't remove the first time off while I was in the parking lot!
