Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful for this shop to be in business for 37 years. Like previous reviews very nice conversation until you try to explain yourself and they don t want to heard it. You can t said anything to them at all. No compassion for others at this business for being open all this years. But may god protect them because everything is until one day. Don t recommend this place at all. I do recommend both owners to go to take classes on how to treat their customers.

Professional grade A+ service so far. I recently dropped off my vehicle recommended through insurance, and this shop has been in constant communication with me since. The drop-off was informative, detailed, and not pressured or rushed at all. I'm excited to see the end result. I will update

Lesline was a phenomenal person to talk to. I ended up not getting repairs done because it was totalled, but the customer service was fantastic!If you are ever feeling down just call Motorworks and Lesline will brighten your day!

This is my second time using them. They are very efficient and communicative. When other places tell me weeks to even start the work, Motorworks is right on the job. I referred my sister there as well as she had the same great experience

Completely unprofessional. First I dropped off my vehicle and they stated I dropped it off 4 days later. Was told that the insurance company gives them 10 days to make the necessary repairs while it states on the estimate 7 days. Never given any update on part delays. I went down there to get an update they stated it would be done by Thursday then get a call stating that it would be done by Friday. Was told I was lucky because they just got a part yesterday. While not letting me know that the part was delayed when I voiced my frustration the woman is talking about another car with someone else in the background. Car has been with them for 16 days from the day that the car was dropped off. I recommend going somewhere else.And in response to the pickup date of 3/3. When I dropped off the vehicle on 2/15 was it would be 7 business days from date of drop off. I was told it they would inspect next day 2/16 to receive documentation from my insurance company that nothing was inspected until Monday 2/20. And I had no issue with paying the 20% so you might need to recall the correct customer. The issue was the rental was about to expire, why? Because motor works collision was exceeding the repair time set by the insurance company. Like I stated completely unprofessional not giving updates on any so called delays because once I came down after many phone calls being brushed off the parts magically came the next day. And when I would pick up the vehicle I had already arraigned with enterprise they would pick up the rental from your shop. Just to be rudely told no by you where you yourself called enterprise and they said they were already on their way to pick up the rental. Accountability is the name of the game and clearly motor works collision doesn t have any.

Each time I go there it seems that the lady behind the counter doesn t really want to be helpful. They only want to deal with insurance sponsored repairs. They don t want to deal with a walk in customer. The owner was helpful once, but I do agree that one of the repairs they did on my car was poorly done on the paint touch up. Good luck if your a walk in customer. Not a lot of help there.

I recommend you do your research with the Long Island Business News from this place and owner he was caught With Sales Tax Fraud.. failing to pay state sales tax,"He Pleaded Guilty" I should have listen to a previous customer but I wanted to give it a try. But they didn't do a good job at all the paint of my car was drooling with paint.. not professional at all. I was very unsatisfied! It doesn't even deserve a star. The lady had an attitude,no way to treat customer!

Leslie & Mike are helpful & very professional. Leslie was a great first contact, making an appointment for that same day & arranging for a rental car when we dropped off my car. The repairs were completed within one week & the car looks & runs great.

Sweet at first but wait till you find an issue with how they repaired or give you back your car. I went back cause one of my doors was not closing, The mechanic did not want to hear or deal with it basically tried to Shoo me away telling me to go to the dealership meanwhile the cars brand new and it s guaranteed to be returned in working conditions. The owner or receptionist came out just to be nasty as well. Very poor customer service. A very unpleasant encounter and would rather look elsewhere.

This place was a pleasure to work with. I had an 2018 Audi A5 repaired by Motorworks and the car looks as if I just purchased the vehicle from the showroom. Mike was very honest from the beginning of our conversations and Leslie kept me up to date with the status of the vehicle. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone considering quality work from genuine people. Thanks again

This place is one of the most unprofessional places I ve been to. The so called receptionist gave me such an attitude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I went to go get a written estimate and she refused to give me one because it was drizzling outside. On top of that she made me wear a mask. NYS states I don t have to wear a mask if I m vaccinated, which I am. On top of that she wasn t wearing a mask herself. She had such an attitude, I went over to Newton s Collision and now I m happily doing business with them.

Just picked up my car and it looks amazing.Someone hit the front left fender of my car. It was the first time I went to Motorworks Collision. The staff was professional, helpful and quick. Hopefully no one hits my car again but if they do, I will be coming back again.Service: Body & Trim

They did fantastic work on our car! They were very fair and helpful from the moment we made contact. Not only was the finished product perfect but THEY VACUUMED MY CAR!!!! 10/10 recommend

Came to get a picture inspection for my insurance, I couldn't get a word in, very rude. I understand it was raining but in 2 mins made never want to come back. Poor costumer care. We have 4 cars and 3 vans. Lost a good client.

very good customer service. I went when someother car hit my parked car. They will take care of everything from contacting your car insurance and setting up the car rental. Will recommend to anyone that needs collision work done.

This place wanted to see an estimate from another auto body shop I told him no ,I assume he was the owner ,he told me he does not want my business. I am glad I left ,this request seems very unprofessional.
