Only shop I trusted with my car for over 2 years however the most recent incident has left me questioning whether I will continue doing business there. They broke my wheel lock key less than a month ago (never told me), I brought it back to share my concern, owner told me he would take care of it. He removed the wheel locks and replaced with regular wheels lugs and then charged me for them. It s not about the price but about doing the right thing. I wouldn t have been in this predicament if they had not broke my key. Disappointed.

Excellent service but a little pricey and they charge fee for credit card and since its no affordable and add fee for credit it hurts. Not affordable repairs. Did a good job had breaks done and inspection and fast.

This place is amazing , they care about your vehicle, just like their own vehicle. the owner at the front desk( I think he is owner) is awesome, you just can't find anybody like him here at long island ,the price is great , the worker there is all time excellent .I will always choose this place Eastern Wheel alignment.

These guys are always professional, they know what they are doing and i only trust them with my car. They go through anything the car may need to assure im fully aware. If you have a European car, i suggest you only come here

I took my vehicle to Eastern to be fixed. Just to find out that they returned my car with no starting system in my vehicle. I went back to Eastern and spoke to Joe the owner. I explained my situation to Joe about how I had taken my car there for one thing and walked out with no starter system to my car and I asked Joe what was the next step, expecting that I would get my money back. Joe clearly told me in my face that he threw my starter system out because he felt that he could do that. mind you my starter system was not even a year old, it was brand new . Joe absolutely disregarded my concern about my brand new starter for my car. He went along telling me to leave his shop, that he refused to carry on this conversation with me and that if I want to get a lawyer to get a lawyer, because he doesn't care, so I'm here to tell you guys the shop is crooked they steal parts from your car and they disregard you as if they did nothing wrong. Please don't take your car to this shop anymore. I will be passing down the word to every person I know in Brentwood. They are robbing you guys of your money. I paid a lot of money for my system and they refused to pay me back somebody will be hearing from my lawyer!

If you are looking for a place that you can trust, this is the place you are looking for. For years I was looking for a place like this to take my vehicles to. I tried different shops, but after I found Eastern, my search came to an end.Paul runs this shop with discipline, honesty and high efficiency. The mechanics have years of experience, they are professionals at what they do.One of main things with this shop in general is that they don't lie to you. They will tell you the truth no matter the situation with you vehicle. If for some reason they can't fix it, they will recommend someone at the same level of professionalism.This shop gets busy and is really strict about appointments. Make sure to be there on time.They respect all customer's precious time.I highly recommend this place.

Very unhappy with my experience I asked to to look at my car down the block to see if they would take it before I get it towed and he said yea then turned around and said have it towed and they would look at it . I told them it didn t start before I even had it towed then called me to tell me they can t get it into the shop because it don t start. I Spent all day trying to get it towed barely looked at it and guy said no and never told me what he might think is the problem. He didn t wanna marry the car. So much money and time spent

They are honest and fair. They analyzed what the issue was. And It was not good. They delivered the bad news in a way I could understand and gave recommendations that did not put money in their pocket. Hard to find a business like that. These are the guys to go to.

Extremely unprofessional staff excluding the guy at the reception desk. You can hear the criticisms and rudeness from the waiting area and I subsequently experienced it myself from one of the mechanics. Good thing the guy was working on my car or else he would've gotten an equal response. I will never go this place again and I will recommend others avoid. How can you try to make money and then openly disrespect the ones giving it to you? Such a joke.

Still A+++It's rare that you find a mechanic that you truly trust to do right by you. Eastern always does the right thing and will not sell you what you do not need! Friendly and courteous. Recommend highly!!

Consider yourself very lucky if you should run into this shop today to have repair done... The boss Walter is an extremely honest hard working man, his estimates are right on point... no surprises AND best of all the job is done right the first time.. As I said consider yourself lucky you just found the mechanic that you'll stay with for the rest of your life!

The owner calmed me down after my axial broke in his care when one of his crew took it test driving and must've hut something. I went off but he remained calmed and when my father arrived explained it was on the house and was very sweet which made me feel worse for yelling at him but ya know, money..cars it happens. Either way, waiting for my car hopefully i can come back here with good news..but the very least the owner is a good man

I would trust these guys over ANYONE else. I first went to them 20 years ago when I bought a used Bronco and they treated it like a brand new car and me as though I was a VIP (I was 19 yrs old and the first time at their shop). Since then I ve brought every vehicle Me and my wife owned and my in-laws will only go to them. Even though I ve moved out of state, when we come to visit I would only go to them for a quick oil change or anything else needed. I still trust them and their work to this day! Paul, his sons, and grandson are awesome!

They should take the "& brakes" off of their name. They don't service breaks apparently. Take note that half of their ratings don't even have customer testimonials as to why they gave them a 5 star rating or say generic stuff like "great customer service." My guess is they probably have their staff/associates give them 5 star ratings. Don't be fooled.

They were so amazingly helpful and eager to help! They came back from lunch early just to try to help me sooner. I can t thank them enough! As someone who actually lives 3 hrs away and was in a tough spot , They really came through for me and my four children today.

Very unprofessional, And racist. I got asked for my phone number incase something went wrong with what they had to fix on my car and I never received a call thinking my car will be all ready when I went to pick it and I m standing there the guy scream at an Asian man who didn t understand him well due to his screaming. After I m standing for a while without receiving no information I asked very nicely About my car and he proceeds to scream at me to calm down and threw the keys at me and told me to never return I nearly exchanged any words with the receptionist. I just believe if you are working in a place like Brentwood where most of the population is ethnic, you better learn how to treat people with respect no matter how you are feeling. Very disappointed.

After getting my car messed up by this time shop call HC TIRE in Bayshore, I went to them and the was perfect!! I was in and out quickly the owner is very nice and the staffs!! Go there they good pple

I've been going to Paul for years. Ever since I've got my Drivers license. He is the most honest human beings around. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

After 40 years dealing with Eastern Auto I wouldn't even think of changing mechanics. Two generations of the Rubens have been faithful to Eastern. There is no better than Paul Beck in analyzing and solving auto problems. Good luck to them in their new establishment.

theses guys know what they are doing ! they helped me basically restore my 1988 Toyota Camry I went elsewhere when I first got the car they didn't know how to help me ( oh it's such a old car) but this spot gets it done love it here my forever spot

I highly recommend that if you need your car or truck serviced for anything do yourself a favor and take it to Eastern . They are very honest people that own this shop and do great work in a timely manner and at a very fair price .

Dropped my car off at 10am to get my alternator replaced. So around 3pm I decided to call them to see how it was going. So he tells me they replaced the alternator and now your car doesn't want to start we don't know why and don't know when we can get it started. Whatever you do stay far away from this place.
