We got greeted by Merissa on a Sunday afternoon , not pushy at all , asked basic questions , and we did same . From then on we felt very comfortable with her and staff was very accommodating as well . Owner Bernie was a regular guy as well , not pushy at all , actually the opposite. We bought the boat and from paperwork to delivery was an enjoyable experience . I had and still have a few warranty issues but I m sure they will take care of all of them . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership for any boating needs

I was part of a bachelor party this past weekend on Schroon Lake. I found out about a week prior that 10 of us were supposed to be taking kayaks for a ride around the lake ..F that noise. I started frantically looking around at marinas and boat rental places when I found EZ marine and storage still had boats available. I immediately booked the largest pontoon boat they had and hoped for the best.Not only was EZ extremely easy to work with, kind, friendly, and helpful when telling me places I should go on the lake, the boat was FREAKING AMAZING. We had 10 grown men and 3 full coolers on a brand new, immaculate pontoon boat. And the 150 HP (which I thought was a misprint when I booked), was not only powerful, but was enough to still throw guys off the tube we rented, even when fully loaded. We had a great day not paddling kayaks.EZ, you guys saved our party. Thank you very much for everything!!

I recently purchased a used South Bay pontoon boat and bought it from a private party and not EZ Marine. When needing a part they responded to my online inquiry in record time and treated me as if I was the purchaser of ten new boats a year. Mike restored my faith in customer service and having owned a decent sized limousine business in Manhattan I know how hard it can be to have that kind of commitment. Kudos to EZ Marine.

I'm on Schroon Lake and I have been using EZ Marine to service and store my boats. Bernie and his team are fantastic to work with and provide awesome service. When I purchased my last boat from them in 2017 I was very impressed and decided to stick with them for service and storage. I have not been disappointed!For example, this spring my 22 foot Cobalt had fiberglass damage and an odd power steering issue. At first, it looked the the repairs would take some time. Bernie rallied his team and had arranged to have the boat taken to Lake George for expedited fiberglass repairs. They also diagnosed what looked like a significant power steering issue to find some loose hose clamps. Repairs were complete in a week after I asked if we could get everything expedited so I could get out on the lake.Thanks Bernie and Team!

I went to 4 other boat dealers before EZ. None of them could give me the deal I was looking for. Finally went and saw Josh from EZ, and he made it happen with the boat I wanted. The entire process was made easy, and I felt very comfortable dealing with them. Highly recommend!

Nothing but a pleasure dealing with EZ marine. This was my first time ever buying a boat. David and Josh made the process very seamless, helped with picking the right boat, getting the right price, getting financing, getting it registered and literally getting it in the water! Docks are coming up next with Bernie!It was very intimidating buying a boat for the first time. They were very kind and unassuming, gave me solid advice and answered all my questions. Most importantly they are still there now almost a year later for everything I need whether its a warranty issue or just simple know how for a new boater.I am confident that if anything comes up I have someone to turn to for help and support and advocate for me and that's worth more than the boat!

We recently bought our first boat from EZ Marine & Storage. Josh was awesome to deal with and took the time to answer all our questions without making us feel rushed, which made the whole ordering process and customization of our boat a pleasurable experience. When we went to pick up the boat Josh took the time to go over everything to make sure we were familiar with the operation and happy with what we were buying. There was an issue with one of the marker lights on the trailer and Josh took care of it promptly! Very satisfied with this company, we would definitely recommend!

Just bought my 3rd boat from EZ Marine. I must say both my wife and I are always very pleased with Bernie and Josh. No pressure, easy going folks who want to do the right thing. Always easy to deal with and pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend anyone to give them a chance.

First boat purchase. Bought it back in Feb and was delivered today. Overall experience was great. They were very helpful\upfront\informative... and so easy to work with. We worked mostly with Dave who is awesome, but everyone we met was the same. Even though we could not drive it much today due to weather, if your looking for a boat, they are worth a visit.

We purchased a pontoon boat from Ez Marine and have used them for service.We met Josh at one of their winter, in mall, demos and talked over various options. Then in spring attended one of their on lake demos and talked with him and Bernie. Throughout the sales process they were very information and helpful, without a lot of pressure.After the sales process, Josh was always helpful with questions that we had, as this was our first boat.He introduced us to Mike who has been very helpful with service and storage during the winter.Very happy with the team at Ez Marine & Storage.

I have rented a boat from EZ Marina for years and never had an issue. Last year I purchased a boat from EZ Marina and the service has been great to date. Our sales guy was friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend EZ Marina for all your boating needs.

I think they might have taken down their Facebook reviews so I'll leave this here. Exceptionally rude and terrible customer service. If you can avoid them, please do so. Bought a dock from them specifically because they offered seasonal installation and removal. They abruptly stopped offering this service this spring but not before cashing our check. Because they cashed our check, I assumed our dock was already installed and didn't rush to make other arrangements when they sent out a form notice about the change in service a month later. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to find out there was no dock installed. And now everyone who installs docks is booked until mid-June. When I got in touch to find out what happened, the woman I dealt with was rude and hostile. Her nephew is taking over the installation business and he was also unpleasant and unhelpful so I also can't recommend Tri-Lakes Docks either. Also be sure to check out their Yelp reviews!

I cannot say enough good things about renting a boat from here. Every employee we interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The boat was clean and well maintained. I was impressed with how well it appeared to be taken care of being it is a rental. Dropping the boat on the lake we were at and picking it up was a breeze. We were able to tube, wakeboard and waterski off it. Thanks for making our vacation even better!

Mike head man there is very nice and helpful went out of his way to order me a new lower unit for my boat which I very much needed and was very helpful with all his information they all there are very professional I would recommend them to anybody that wants to buy a boat or have one serviced thanks to them my charter boat Jeff's Lake George Charters will be in the water the second week of April!

this guy BERNIE is a crook. took my tiller and said it was broken. (he just disconnected it to sell me a new one) Also stole parts of my outboard and switched it out for another. Stay away from here.
