When I walked in I had 4-5 people look at me; however, I wasn't greeted by anybody. That's the perfect way to welcome a costumer. I'm assuming it was because the way I was dressed. Finally an lady greeted me with a smile and was attentive. ( she sets the example for great costumers service ) .. I was looking for parts for my A7 Audi and was looking for information about factory ordering a Volkswagen Atlas. After being disrespect/not greeted I just wanted to get out of there.
