Needed a coil pack for my Infiniti. Was $125 for a denso at AutoZone, I walked out of here with a new denso coil and a $13 iradium spark plug for $75.found my new part store

This is the place to go for whatever you need for your vehicles. The people who work there are very efficient and knowledgeable...everyone involved with the process of getting your order together are awesome! ( good prices as well)

Absolutely first rate company. Starting with the store manager Bob, and continuing with Chris and Vinny, I could not have found more knowledgeable and helpful people behind the counter. Everything they did was to please the customer.I highly recommend using them for all your automotive needs.

Very large inventory of car parts foreign and domestic. Prices are reasonable and if they don't have what you are looking for they can most likely get it the same day. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

I go on line research what I need (part #) call for availability. SIMPLEThey have been friendly and help full. I don't understand some of the bad reviews - I guess some people just like to snivel. Use the internet!

BMW parts: people say this is the place for oem parts at super cheap price but not really. 3 strikes out. I had a cranks sensor i tried to price match oem and they tried to give me chinese part . So i paid extra for oem no pricematch for 3 websites. Next two type of parts i ask if they price match and show them 3 other sellers with exact same parts and they say they cant do it. They will only price match if its a few dollars off. Better off ordering from FCPEURO. COM (LIFRTIMEWARRANTY) or ECSTUNING . Com because they told me twice it was oem and i asked to see the part and it was made in china (not oem, the oem was in hungary part#1 and germany part#2, i know my parts)

The "show room" looks like an abandoned warehouse with a bunch of boxes piled up. It looked unhealthy and filthy, too. I am starting to see why everyone buys parts online now.

Bad pricing no respect for customers. Part would cost $40 on internet but then go to them and it's $150 smh never again going to them
