Roberto examined my 2006 BMW, gave me a detailed assessment of the problem I was having as well as list maintenance and cost breakdown.The work was I had done was complete when he quoted at the cost he quoted.I'm very pleased with the results and plan on bringing my car back to Li Bimmer.Thanks Roberto

Roberto did a great job servicing my X5. I had a couple of problems with it of late but Roberto was able to figure them all out. He explained everything in great detail and completed the work in a timely manner. I would have no problem referring anyone with a BMW to LI Bimmer Pros. Very clean shop and waiting area. Roberto is a great guy and cares about his customers and doing whatever it takes to make his customers happy. Been to his shop twice. One for a valve cleaning and second time for new turbos, oil pan gasket, water pump, etc. Prices are reasonable and is very responsive. Edit: 12/22/23. Last year I had to once again redo the valve cover gasket because it was leaking oil. I am a DIYer at heart so I did it myself. I was surprised to find that several valve cover screws were loose, the E box cover was not fastened correctly and the center strut bolt over the windshield cowl was loose. So now I m not that impressed with their work!First time using LI Bimmer Pros. Roberto took great care of my BMW and completed the work in a timely manner. HIs prices are fair especially when compared to the dealer. No excuses now not to keep up with needed maintenance. Do not create more problems by not fixing oil leaks immediately.

Today I picked up my car and have had Roberto work on my car a few times so far. After buying a BMW for the first time I wanted to find a mechanic I could trust that was also an expert. I read the reviews and thought that LI Bimmer Pros would be a great place to start.Roberto is professional and takes the time to get to know you. He is fair and honest. His communication is outstanding. He also worked with my warranty company for me to have repairs approved. While doing so he found many different gaskets and o rings that needed also be replaced. He made sure to have these done under the warranty for me.I'm not an expert so I need someone like Roberto to do my work for me. He has even helped me fix things I broke while trying to install aftermarket parts without any judgement about me using duct tape and zip ties to patch it together to drive it over to him.I will be going to LI Bimmer Pros for all my work and recommend the shop to anyone who needs an honest and fair mechanic. I was very pleased to find Roberto as I have had so many challenges over the years finding a competent trustworthy BMW mechanic after being completely mislead on so many occasions by BMW of Bay Shore. Roberto is very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent repair job on my 2012 X5, its like new, and he patiently explained everything to me. I had brought the car to another mechanic who told me I needed new rear brakes (I did not believe this to be true). Roberto told me it was just a bad sensor, brakes were fine! Roberto has always been extremely reasonable with his prices especially as a BMW focused shop, and the quality of his work has always been amazing. Wouldn t hesitate to recommend anyone here.

Roberto will take care of your BMW as well as if not better than anyone out there and at a cost that is perfectly reasonable. The service is top notch and I couldn't imagine myself using anyone else. Don't hesitate in using Roberto. He is the best!

Roberto is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to our 325xi needs. Very trustworthy mechanic which is hard to find nowadays. Clean shop and convenient location. Highly recommend go to LI Bimmer Pros for any BMW needs.

Roberto is the best thing if you are on the island and if you want a great knowledgeable mechanic. He takes time to teach you diff things that you can or should do for your car and doesn t try to upsell anything to you. Very attentive and responds well and quick.

Very honest mechanics with fair price and knowledgeable expertise. Have to arrange your own ride home after drop off or back to pick it up though. Will visit again for sure.
