I can t say enough good things about this family business. I needed a tow on a Sunday night- two flat tires over my 150 mi AAAPlus limit. AAA couldn t get me a tow that night nor could i ride with the driver in the AM. Well ,at the recommendation of the Warsaw PD . Jim Barber towed my car to the local hotel- then took me to Walmart for some supplies then picked me up in the AM- took me to their shop discovered i needed a rim as well- took one off of THEIR OWN CAR and got my car in enough shape to safely drive home. It was almost like my Dad or brother I never had was taking care of me. Super great folks! Thanks so very muchService: Tires

When you need work on your car, go to Bliss Automotive in Bliss, NY. Going to Letchworth State Park? Stop at The Bliss Bar and Grill, also in Bliss NY. Drop your car off at Bliss Automotive and go to The Bliss Bar and Grill and have some delicious food and a tasty beverage.

As a woman heading up to a shop with a *baseline* knowledge of mechanics & alone, there's not enough good I can say about these Gentlemen. They're more than fair, take the time to explain & show you what they're fixing/why, & know what they're doing. I couldn't ask for a better shop to put my vehicle in. 80 years of experience speaks & 100% recommended.

The barbers are amazing. Jimmy and Johnny go out of their way to help you out. My husband and I live outside of town and they have helped us get our vehicles down to their shop and have given us rides home when our vehicle has broken down. They are willing to help you out. They will let you know straight up what is wrong with you vehicles. I'm so glad they have carried on their family business. It's hard to find someone who isn't just out for a buck. These guys are the best!! Just got my car towed because my transmission went. There is storm like winter conditions which made thw tow at hand more difficult as expected. Triple A was called and this company was sent to fulfill the request. When the truck arrived the driver got out, and in a arrogant tone said I had to move my car, and didn't even know if the car could be towed, even though we were told different on the phone. Then asked if i could ride to the shop considering that i had no vehicle. The driver just said you shouldn't have assumed, even though this wasn't the case previously for I had called Triple A before. The drivers tone continued to worsen and get more disgruntled as the job went on. Then he said "my boss overrides whatever Triple A says" in regards to taking it to the shop. The driver refused to state his name, and the whole experience was absolutely terrible, and overall appalling. I feel sorry for anyone who had to, or has to deal with this driver. I would definitely give zero stars if I could. The driver also said that he's "been out all night pulling stupid people out of ditches" as if it were my fault that he had to do what he gets paid for.

I cannot say enough nice about the gentleman at Barbers Automotive. We had a flat tire in the middle of no where on our way to Letchworth State Park and I had run flat tires on my car, but there was a 3 inch gash in it from hitting a pot hole. There was no way we were going to get a runflat tire where we were at. This gentleman went above and beyond to get a tire to fit my car. He had to do a lot of running around to get us back on the road and he didn't have to go to all this trouble. It is hard to find people like this that will go out of their way . We appreciate all he did for us more than we could ever express.

The tow truck arrived in a timely manner. The driver was very friendly and professsional. He was able to get our car out of a snowy ditch promptly and had us on our way in no time. I highly recommend them!

Thankful for the quick response and the fact they went above and beyond on our triple a call. Not only helped us but made sure we were safe to travel on the tire before they left us. Thank you again.
