Great people, its hard to find a trustworthy and honest shop now a days but Tallmadge is one of those!

I think the management of this place is great, they seem to be customer facing. But the people they employ dont care. I brought my truck in and had tires mounted and balanced, got it back and the tires were not close to balanced. My wife brought it back and they claimed to have fixed it. I am going to get into it and I see that the wheel has been gouged, and to cover it up it looks like they colored my rim with a permanent marker. I am at a loss....

Finally ! 3axle alignment for my semi done right !! Installed ,steers,shocks,centramatics and repaired air line leak. Prompt courteous service done in time for scheduled pickup.O/Op support your local businesses!

So I have two massive complaints about this shop. First, they did a horrible job on my tires. Not only was my car returned with a fairly rapid leak, they forgot to reinstall tire pressure monitors (which Im not even sure why they were reinstalled) but they also claimed to be totally not at fault for either. I let it go because they were fairly courteous leading up to then and just had my tires redone at Wrench s garage in Greene. The second complaint I have comes from multiple people, who all of them have experienced their terrible driving on the roads around Binghamton. They ve almost caused accidents, been seen swerving around the road, speeding into the 90s, and generally being a nuisance to the road. I actually experienced it for the first time not long ago where the same car they did a poor job on almost got rear ended because of their negligence. I cannot recommend enough that you find another business to give your money to. Depending on where you are, I guarantee there will be someone who will do it better for less.

Very good customer service . I came up here to visit my family and was unlucky on the highway when a bolt Went through my tire . I have 37/13.50r22 off road tires on my f150 .. So searching on Google maps I found this location on a Sunday . I got a hold of the emergency assistance guy names Zach which very knowledgeable and very helpful .. And informed me they will be open up tomorrow to be able to patch the tire from the inside... next morning I arrive to the shop Very good service when I came to the location And they were able to get me back on the road on my long journey back to Philadelphia Thank you you guys And made it Safely with no issues

The head one is very kind and treats the help good. I know this because my Grandson works there and put on my winter tires. He is happy working there!

My husband took our horse trailer down to have new valve stems put in 2 tires. The service was ok but the price was completely ridulous. $54 for 2 valve stems and an oh well attitude. Beware.

They were closed and stayed open 20 min for me you can count on em for a tire emergency done in less than 5 mins super nice people clean bathrooms all of em were very polite charged me very reasonably.
