People are nice, but they spent 4 hours changing one tire when I've been told it would take 30mns, all because the guy didn't wanna work on another truck. It was a nightmare as I failed to pick up my amazon load bcz of them

My experience today was great. Got truck issues taken care of and breakfast was well prepared. Dreu (the mechanic) is good as they come. Thank you all for your curtesy and professionalism.

The TA is cool but the Country Pride restaurant is trash. The cook was eating and scratching her face and ear while cooking. The food was awful but I was desperate, so desperate I paid the $18.89. My advice is DON T get to desperate here. I ll still couldn t eat the broccoli. It was that bad

Shame on this TA service. Worst ever. I was here last March for a battery change. They stated that there is a one year warranty on parts. If anything goes bad with the part they ll take care of it. Now it s November, means 8 Months ago. My batteries smell like rotten eggs. I went there so they can change them for me. They said sorry it s out of warranty. I was like why since it s been only 8 months. They re doing their best to find a stupid excuse so they won t cover their mess. They said you were doing something wrong that made the batteries go bad. How this even make any sense? I only have a small fridge and a microwave in the truck. I will never do any kind of truck service in TA.

Lucinda in service department was beyond helpful on an issue we were having. She took her time look up information and confirm some additional info I needed. Definitely went out of her way for a customer.

*** nice & professional TRUCK SERVICE workers (fast & professional)*** not enough truck pump station*** small store, but clean & well maintained facilities are on 2nd floor.

Enjoyed my visit. The building is worn but clean. Store personnel are professional and friendly. Ate at Country Pride it was good. Got a spot about 21:00 on a Friday night. Was still a few left. Old school feel and crowd. Way less chaotic than the Love s around the corner. Shower pressure like a fire hose

I ARRIVED AT 2150 AND 5 PAY PARKING WAS AVAILABLE. I DID NOT GET FUEL HERE. THE PRICE FOR IT SKYROCKET MONEY RIGHT OUT OF THE BANK FOR THOSE WHO DO. SHOWER ARE EXTREMELY HOMEY. THEY HAVE A HEAT LIGHT THAT'S ON A TIMER. THANK TA FOR THE SERVICES AND HOSPITALITY.

I had a bunch of work, including tires and breaks, get done, and Drew really knew his stuff. He showed initiative, and interest in getting my grab bags of problems taken care of, and I have confidence that my truck will get back to making me money without issue for a while.

went here to get my brake chamber replaced got there at 3pm the guy and the service counter told me there were a few trucks ahead of me so the earliest they would work on my truck was 9pm,i told him i will wait since i didn't want to be stopped by dot. As soon as I finished checking in the service manager Nick Fitzpatrick told me to bring my truck infront of bay 2 since the brake chamber wont take long to replace, Aaron was the Mechanic who did the work and within an hour i was done. Thank you so much you guys you made my day!

Eat here a few times a week and Always Excellent experience, clean, fast, food is terrific, fresh brewed sweet tea, Amy, Christina and Tiffany make this the best restaurant for 200 miles, Everything omelet is my favorite. Visit, and see for yourself.

Truck service agent Rell is amazing at his job. And Aaron is fantastic and fast at his job as well. However the gas station is very small and has terrible overnight staff. Jacinda is rude and doesn t seem happy with her job, was told several times to go to loves if I didn t like her or her service. I waited ten minutes just for her to notice I was inside because she was outside smoking marajuana in her van. Lot lizards are big here as well. Hard to rest with someone knocking on your truck. I told Jacinda and she didn t care or do much about it. Definitely need better staff.

Nice enough stop. Didn t ever feel crowded. The store was really small but had all the prerequisite items including beer.The big attraction for me was Beer Thirty in the strip mall next door. Great food and service there.

Little restaurant within walking distance, Beer Thirty, has good fried pickles and fried green tomatoes. Older truck stop, but well taken care of, and friendly staff!

I've had one problem with the service department, I told them the company wanted an oil change and the inspection. I only got one of them done. I haven't ordered the food here, but if it's like any other country pride, it's not bad as long as the server listens. The store employees are great. Always greeting me coming in and leaving, they're courteous. Great bunch. My biggest issue is with the showers. I know there's quite a few light fixtures in the showers. It still seems so dark. Plus the shower head is placed so we have the smallest amount of room to move. And I know I'm not the biggest driver, nor the smallest, but I use the toilet, I'm sitting on top of the toilet paper dispenser. That is so irritating. I know men stand but even they need to sit. I don't know where the designers come up with the spacing measurements. Oh, and the parking lot needs to be repaved.

This place is pretty awesome. Something about it I really like. The workers are all friendly and will chat with you. I got a few pizza recommendations from the night shift guy that I can't wait to try on my way through next time. It's always clean. The store part is kinda small but they have the basics.The restroom is upstairs. So if you are handicap keep that in mind.Speed test for Verizon when I was parking overnight.

I always stop to fuel at Pilot or Flying J because my Company requires it. But if I want to get something to eat it's only Flying J or TA because I also scale at TA. Lucky I'm regional/local driver and don't have to stop to often, except emergency, for repairs at truck stops. I need to jump start my reefer, one mechanic was absent and another was busy, luckily Pat at costumer desk offer me battery pack to jump start my reefer, I appreciate that he tried to help the driver, it was nice of him to offer help as much as he can, unfortunately he can't help everyone all the time if they short mechanics. Great people but shorthanded can't do great job.

Small, old, and dirty. Got a shower, and the toilet seat still has urine on it. I wouldn't be mad if it was free, but it's not. Thats disgusting Edit: Today, 6/14/23 at 5:22pm, I came to get a shower again. I forgot I left a review here. I was about to post a review and photo and realized that I already did not that long ago. Anyway, here is the photo of today's visit compared to the last visit. Cmon man

Had a plastic coolant hose leak on a dd13 that goes from the coolant module all the way to the air compressor leaking at the fuel filter module, had them bypass the fuel filter module to plug the broken t fitting, truck made it to Ontario without any issues, great guys to deal with over the phone, saved a tow, much appreciated

Ted, Nick, and Xavier provided an outstanding level of service. Had issues with a transmission fluid leak. They jumped right on it, topped me off, and got me back on the road. Very pleased.

The lady ( but looks like its a Man ) at the cashier, she is very angry and sho don t wanna listen me and I can t finish my question . She is very bad in gas station business and can t work with people .. angry people and people who have problems with the brain must be in hospital . Never come back to this location and tell all my friends

Have to say we were pleasantly surprised here. Parking lot wasn't tight, plenty of room. Had to use service - got right in with no waiting and done in less than an hour. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. And here's something unusual for a truck stop...4 washers and 4 dryers, all working!

I found the kindest and the Most helpful employees here! The restaurant was great. The store areas were well stocked with many different things. The restrooms are very clean.

Defiantly of the worst places to stop and get work done on your rig. Heard one woman yelling at a guy that clearly didn t speak fluent English. The guy was literally agreeing with her about something and she was blatantly being disrespectful and disgusting towards him. Even the gentleman told the woman there was no reason for her to be mean and yelling. She literally threw his receipt at him and told him to leave. I was so disgusted at how that woman treated that gentleman that I ended up leaving and going over to loves. I don t know how a company can allow people to be like that towards customers. It s disgusting and inhumane. We all have problems and obviously if we re in the shop then we re probably having a rough day too. Just overall disgusting and I hope if you don t speak fluent English or even if you speak perfect English that you refuse to stop here cause you will obviously be treated like garbage by that woman that was there that morning.
