Horrible place, not friendly at all at the first conversation. They did the estimate for my car almost $1200 and when I called insurance company to ask them to cash me out because I will take my car somewhere else.This horrible repair place whatever is called, changed the amount and did submit to insurance company just a little over $1000 so that means that they are lying everybody for their estimates, lying insurance company. if I was gonna fix my car to their place I m pretty sure they will ask company $1200.

What could have been a bad experience, turned into a worthwhile experience with Stanton's Carstar. Staff blew away all my previous bad experiences with car repair services. From the first experience with office personnel to their servicing car rental, it was more than I could have asked for.

Stanton Carstar , is the best ,their service is A-one , they explain every detail, so that you will know exactly what they are going to do and how much your repair will cost. Stanton Carstar, makes you feel like your an important part of their family .

While the repair was done on the outside of my vehicle. The interior of my vehicle which did not need to be repaired was covered with dirt from someone shoe. I know that this from someone working on my vehicle. Very disappointing.

Good job of repairing my car, but had to take it back because of something they missed. They did take care of it and got the insurance company to pay for the missed work.

I ve used Stanton s Carstar in the past years ago and they were great then, still great now! They are very thorough with making sure you get updates as they re working on your car and they also prioritize you as a customer. When I went to pick up my finished car during my work lunch break, they made sure to get my in and out as quickly as possible so I could get back to work. Stanton s was amazing, my car was in their shop for a little over two months, they kept in constant contact and kept me updated weekly. I was rear ended and they had to replace the whole bottom back end, right rear light and hatch door of my SUV, the work was professional, clean and looks brand new, they kept in great communication with me and never left me wondering what s going on with my vehicle. I would recommend them highly, they made me feel very comfortable having my car for a long period of time due to manufacturing and shipping issues .very polite and personable, I would definitely recommend Stanton s collision. I brought my car in for some body work. Once the parts were in they scheduled the repairs and gave an estimate of 1 week to complete the job. It was completed on time and I received test messages with updates throughout the week. Very friendly and responsive staff. I found the employees at statons to be very professional and very kind to talk with after my accident. They gave me an estimate on the price and amount of time it would take to fix my car. They did an amazing job making my car look new again, and I got my car back 2 days earlier than what the estimated time was. My insurance made me use this body shop and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I initially began working with another manager who left and when new management took over that is when all the problems started. They were extremely unprofessional, claimed my car had body work done to it previously so now they won't back up work they did to my car due to the previous work done to my car. The whole ordeal was total nightmare. I took my car in the day they asked me to, it was still sitting where I parked it, never touched it the whole first day. When I was told they were painting my car on a Friday, they didn't in fact paint it til the following Tuesday. Basically they just lie, want your money and won't back up their work. I found Stantons car star to be very professional and thorough. I was given an immediate estimate and a date to start the work. The job was completed one day after the original estimate. My car was attacked by something in the grocery store parking lot, which left deep scratches on the passenger door and fender. I went out to Stanton's for a repair estimate. I was informed that it could be buffed out and it would take only a few minutes. When it was finished it look great. They did not charge me for this. So, today I was driving in a parking lot that had night lights on black poles. I drive an extended cab truck with an 8' box, 2500. Unfortunately, the poles that are connected on the lights are also connected to a large piece of concrete block. Since my truck is so high off the ground I did not see the concrete blocks and skimmed the side of my truck, which tore off a piece of my front bumper. Since I was right down the street from CARSTAR, and I had used them before when I hit a deer, I took the truck and the pieces over. They immediately saw I was having a bad day, and assisted me with my problem. The professional employee came out to look at the damage and we had a heart-to-heart about how this happens all the time. After we had talked about my options, he said he would fix my problem now with a few clips and if I wanted my bumper replaced to just call and let them know. He did such a wonderful job fixing the bumper one would never be able to tell it was damaged except for the missing fog light. So I came into CARSTAR with a sad face and distressed, and left happy and content knowing that not only my car was in good hands; but I was as well. Thank you CARSTAR.Service: Body & Trim
