The people here are wonderful and have kept me updated on everything I needed or asked for. It s hard to work with the public and this team made it look easy every time I needed them.

I'm from out of town, 300 miles from home. Bike started making a noise that was not good.......called them up to see if they could have a look see... The reply was no problem c'mon in....they looked at it almost immediately after I arrived.....Sadly it's a problem Deeper than I was willing to dive into right now away and will try to limp her home but they were willing to at the shop.I'd recommend them to anyone, nice shop, everyone was friendly and the manager/mechanic dude was super cool and knew his business....and lastly they were very reasonable with what they charged me to have a look.

Bought my new to me 2019 street glide last year and brought it back for her schedule tune up at the end of the season. I been very happy with my purchase and service. And please take into account that they are almost 3 hours away and squeezed me in on my day off so I could ride down for the day. So if your looking for a new or used Harley give them a shout. FYI Henry Bentley was awesome! I will be having most of my services done here weather permiting of course.

I ve been trying to do business with them for a couple years now and it seems like all the bad people are gone. I purchased new bars and cables from them today and I couldn t have been more impressed great customer service very polite and also noticed more options with clothing,gloves and helmets. I will definitely be going to them more often

Recently purchased a 2023 Road Glide CVO Anniversary Edition and could not be happier with the bike and the service/treatment by Southern Tier Harley Davidson. I highly recommend them, even if you are a distance away it is well worth checking with them when considering a purchase. The team will go out of their way to try and meet your needs.

I'm a terrible influence on my boyfriend! He went in for a cam upgrade & I got him the 131 crate engine that they had on the floor. Thanks to the parts guys for helping me get the financing. Gonna be a great riding season!

We rode 260 miles only to arrive about 30 minutes before they opened for business. Matt, the GM, opened the door for us, showed us his store, set us up with poker chips, talked about motorcycles and life, and took a picture with me for the HOG Dealership Check-in Challenge. We had a 5 star visit and all before the store opened. What a great dealership. We can only imagine how nice it would be to buy a motorcycle from here.

During our road trip we were passing to this HD dealer and we met the owner Larry - very nice person and funny! He made sure my Freewheeler was seen quick. The mechanic (did magic) 3 seconds later my bike was fixed (a reset button to push - I didn't know, it was never explained to me) All the other employees we met were very nice. A place to go for shopping lots of stocks in store.

My husband and I are on a trip far from home and he hears a rattle in his bike. He calls at ten am, they said come on over and we'll get you checked out. Awesome service, Great staff, very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Took my bike there to get an estimate for damage or loss and will not work in it at all . They said it wi not go in the doors .

A great local owned business. Knowledgeable sales staff and great deals on both new and used bikes. I've purchased multiple bikes and have always been treated fairly. I have all my service work done by STHD and they go over and above my expectations. Parts counter folks are friendly and helpful in getting what accessories I need. Motor clothes folks friendly and helpful even ordering anything I need when they don't have it in stock.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A great shop, hands down. I was passing through and blew my belt on 81. They stayed open late to get me checked in, and went way, way out of their way to get me back on the road ASAP. The nicest people, professional, and the wrenches really know their stuff. Lots of nice new bikes, and good used ones, too. I would go out of my way to get servicing done here. Thanks again!

Took the MSF coarse here in early September. Bikes provided were Honda Rebel 250s. Little tougher for me being a bigger guy but I made it work. Instructor was awesome and walked us through everything and did an example run of each drill.Definitely worth it. Originally just took to get my license. Had ~850 - 1000 miles of experience on my own bike but this coarse taught me some skills and gave me some confidence for sure. I recommend 100%

Dropped my scoot off for service, all the service staff where super friendly and extremely helpful. My bike was done pretty quick, it was nice getting a phone call saying so. Some places haven't bothered letting me know when things where completed, but they where on top of things here. I will definitely be returning.

Stopped in today 9-1-22 to look at what was in the shop. Very impressed with the inventory that they had . Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Possible purchase in the near future

If your looking for a fair price with great customer service, no hassle or BS sales gimmicks and knowledgeable fair staff/ this is the place to go in the Northeast. My recommendation is to set up a appointment with the sales staff for one on one service since its popularity keeps the staff running at 110%. Joe S and Jason know their s*it. I'm an*l about researching and testing the knowledge base of whom i buy from. I spent a week in person and on the phone with numerous dealerships and this one got my business including repeat business even if they are so far away.Disclaimer in my dealings with numerous Harley dealers I did not find one to complain about. Southern Tier Harley was simply the BEST.

I was traveling with a friend on the 2020 Labor Day weekend from Massachusetts. At the end of 1st day in New York my friend's bike dies for an unknown reason. We were able to get it running to get to hotel. We called Southern Tier Harley 10 minutes before closing, and they told us to bring it in Saturday morning and they would run it through the computer to get trouble codes.Saturday morning no codes were found, it was low on oil. They put the oil in. No charge for the service. We were very grateful.We was on our way to Watkins Glen, but my shifter broke more than halfway there. I immediately called the closet dealer in Watkins Glen, but they were closed. I then called Southern Tier, they were prepared to send someone right away to pick me up, and I thought I could save money with AAA. AAA ended being way too much work, so I called Southern Tier back. They had me picked up in short order, and fixed just as quick. The cost was very reasonable considering we was from out of town, and in in a emergency situation.Thank you Marcus and Trevor. These two guys helped us the most, but it was obvious that everyone at the shop was there to help. Actually the New Yorker that lived in the area we broke down in invited us to park in his driveway, invited us to use his bathroom, and offered us water.A very positive, and memorable trip.Phil A.

I purchase a new bike every 2 to 3 years from STHD and each experience has been outstanding. Local ownership with an outstanding helpful and friendly staff. They foster a very welcoming atmosphere and will go the extra mile to insure you leave satisfied from service to a T-Shirt or a $40,000 bike sale. I Highly recommend Southern Tier Harley Davidson!

Nice people. Way overpriced service. Highest price in CNY for a routine 1k-50k miles. Asked for installation price on a HD product and I got the answer of I don't know it is what it comes out to be after install. Wonderful... Sign me up.

16SEP22 My nephew Russ and I were in Binghamton on our cross states journey from Maine. The hot light and engine light came on Russ's 2014 Harley Davidson and we didn't know what to do, we were out of towners passing through. A good samaritan volunteered to lead us to the HD facility. He was very familiar with the HD place and had a long history with them. The Southern Tier HD quickly looked at Russ's bike and helped us resolve our issue. In no time we were on the road again. Thank you again Southern Tier HD for your help and service in this matter.

I was recently shopping for a bike and made an inquiry on line as I live 2 hours from the shop. Henry answered my inquiry promptly and spent a lot of time answering my questions. While I ultimately did not make a purchase at this time, when I am ready to, I will definitely be going to STHD as I feel it will be worth the drive!

good people work at this place !! we were passing through and needed somebody to look at one of the Harleys with Power Commander problems , they got us in right away , fixed the problem , and we were on the way. I Love The Way The Showroom is connected to the shop , very good selection of new and used motorcycles. thank you for the help when we needed it.

Looking at purchasing first Harley. Henry couldn't be more accommodating. Explains the difference in bikes very well. Offered up a test drive. Couldn't do it right then but said bike would be ready at agreed upon time. No pressure about buying. Made for a great experience.

The Staff is great. Bikes are incredible. The woman at the motor clothes area was very nice and took care of us. We've attended many events here. Always a good time.

Great dealer, good service.Rode in for inspection today, shop was closing in 10 minutes , they said "no problem", got inspection, rode away happy...this is real customer service!!

First day at the motorcycle class they offer today. Very informative looking forward to tomorrow and getting my motorcycle license! Will follow up tomorrow if my opinion changes but as of now I highly recommend it.
