The guys working there greeted me with a smile the moment I walked in, I was taken care of very quickly. They took care of my car and got rid of all my concerns and even fixed things I hadn t even realized my car needed! I m very happy with the help I received and this place is definitely going to be my go-to tire shop from here on out. My car is driving so so much better!

Had a great experience at this location! My car was sounding like it had a flat tire after sitting for 3 months. When I brought it in, the guys at the store took my car out for a test drive, identified that the issue was the rusts on the wheel bearings and took them off. The store manager Justin explained the issue to me in clear manner, made a quick eval on the vehicle's condition and gave his insights on potential maintenance work that might be needed in the future. He's very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I really enjoyed the mini lecture and the pro-tips! I ended up only being charged for the oil change and everybody there was super nice and helpful. Will definitely come back again

Everyone there is great! Amazing service and speed with people who keep their word about their services and prices! DJ was awesome to help me out with services on such short notices, even getting me in and out for what was needed before my lunch break ended! Even helping me out with getting the right parts needed right while I was there when I brought in something wrong! I ll absolutely be coming in again for any services and will recommend them time and time again.

I had a great experience at Mavis Front Street this week. I had gone with my tire pressure light and D.J. helped me out by checking my air and then found a screw in my tire. I was thankful to get it fixed and not have to get new tires. I was very pleased with the service here. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a place to go!

Had an incredible experience in this location. I had an emergency with broken tire studs, traveling with family & had to tow my car to the Mavis service centre. It was late in the evening and during the holiday season. Cheston (the store manager, hope I have your spelling correct?!) at once attended to the repair personally. He also unmounted all the other tires and ensured everything was correct and safe to drive. He & his staff went out of the way, took for a test spin post the repair and made sure we were comfortable.AND the best part - he refused to take any money for the repair, noticing and acknowledging we were in a stressful situation with car breaking down mid-journey during the holidays. Cheston is a gem of a person and Mavis is lucky to have him. This is certainly an experience my family will remember that ended on a happy note.I would rate 10 stars if I could.God Bless & Hope you continue to spread good cheer.

Justin and DJ are the best. Great to work with, knowledgeable, customer service and quality work oriented. Not just tires either! My go to call whenever something needs checking. No appointment? They'll do what it takes to get you in.

Since the store on Front Street opened I have been coming to this location. I have been very happy with the service here since day 1. But over the last few years since Justin took over the shop the service has as been exceptional. I have 11 daughters all with cars and all come only to the Front Street location for all our service. Justin and his team are the best. Thank you.

I truly have had the best experience coming here for all of my car needs and repairs. The guys who work here truly care not only about fixing your car, but about making sure you re not left questioning everything by the end of it. I ve never been to a repair shop that has been so attentive and helpful with explaining everything before. Definitely will be coming back!

Justin and the guys got my vehicle fixed quickly, even though I didn't have an appointment. They are knowledgeable and were able to explain my vehicle's issues to me in a clear manner. Will definitely bring my vehicle back to them!

Professional and competent staff with a good customer-oriented approach. I was pleasantly surprised by how they served me. I needed to change the large wheels on my trailer. They did everything very professionally and also provided valuable advice. They care about what they do and how they do it.Another advantage is the large and convenient parking area and a comfortable waiting area.

I love this Mavis store! I always feel like a VIP - I'm recognized immediately I bring my business here so often! Justin and DJ are always at the top of their game - they keep me informed, educate me about my vehicle and never pressure me to make a sale that could otherwise wait. I stay loyal to this store because of the high quality customer service I experience every time I walk through their doors. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Justin deserves a raise. He's an absolute gem and as long as he's working here, I'll be coming back every time. It's hard to find a good garage with honest mechanics who genuinely care but anytime I've ever been here I feel like me and my car are in good hands.

These guys are the greatest usually as a woman when I go into a car shop they want to sell me everything that's not wrong with my car and not fix the part that is actually wrong with it no matter how much I beg for them to just fix what's wrong they are great they only sell me what I need and last night I came in with a flat tire I needed it put on a new tire put on the rim for me the waiting room was packed there's cars everywhere it was like hour and a half before they closed and the guy behind the counter was awesome he's like sure no problem I said you sure you have time it's like yeah absolutely or take us 10 minutes okay great thank you. In the meantime I went over to CVS to get cash back out of the machine I guess because no tellers were working and by the time I picked out some candy paid and went back over to Mavis my tires were sitting there waiting for me that was fast they're amazing great price I love those guys I won't go anywhere else ever again!! Thank you Mavis guys hey I'm single!!

These guys are the best. My truck was towed in on a Saturday night with a flat and flat spare. They had both fixed for me on Sunday morning within an hour. Great courteous, professional, helpful service. Thank you!

Justin and Chris were extremely helpful and so polite. This was by far the best experience I have EVER had in a car shop. They took the time to explain everything and even showed me things I didn't know about my car. The pricing beat every other shop I had called and then some. With many businesses not caring about customer service any longer along with the cost to the consumer that keep skyrocketing, Mavis Tire on Upper Front Street was an experience that everyone who needs tires and/or service on their car needs to have. Great job guys!

First time using Mavis. Found the people here to be very friendly. Tires were exactly what I was looking for at a decent price. I dealt mostly with Justin the store manager. He was very knowledgeable and directed me to my tire. There was no upselling.I will return for my other vehicles.

Got my vehicle worked on. Had all four tires changed. Excellent job. Got my vehicle in the time frame they gave me. Very happy with the work done and how polite everyone is and helpful.2/15/24 only place to take my vehicle who gets the work done in the estimated time frame and gets it right the first time.

Never had an issue at this mavis.Justin is always so helpful, explains things clearly and validates your concerns. Other car mechanics in the past often made me feel like I was getting ripped off, but he always makes you feel comfortable. Definitely ask for Justin and your car will be in good hands!!

Did a review earlier today about the great service at Vestal. Jon Merritt used the front street mavis... my mistake! They were a great bunch and did awesome work. Got him in on short notice fixed the issue and was out within 30 minutes. Thank you for the great repair job!

Came here to just get a couple things done after they took a deeper look I had some wiring issues.. two top dogs and a guy name Cody put their heads together to figure out what was wrong and fixed it.. either the holiday spirit or just a group of good guy either way best Mavis in town.

Justin, manager of Mavis Discount Tire is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and an overall great person. Justin was able to fit me in very quickly, and my vehicle was ready at least an hour early. Justin doesn t try to constantly upsell you, he d rather earn your business back with honesty and integrity, which speaks volumes to me. I will use Mavis Discount Tire for all of my needs that they can provide moving forward as I have for the last several years. I encourage anyone in the Binghamton area to use him as your trustee motor vehicle repair guy. Mavis Discount Tires does way more than just tires. Give them a chance and you ll be pleasantly surprised.

These guys saved me. I got a flat tire on a Sunday morning during a snowstorm. They took care of me as soon as i arrived. I was in and out quick. They were professional, nice, and reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

Chris at the mavis on upper front st Binghamton was Amazing. He got me in super fast for 2 tires to be mounted and balanced and was out of there within 15 min. Service from him was more than I could have had and appreciate how wonderful of an employee he was.

Super helpful, professional, and friendly team! They were able to squeeze me in the same day I called. Justin gave me some great tips and pointers too. 10/10 I recommend!
