They had awful customer service, treated me with nothing but disrespect, and they didn t resolve the issues with my vehicle. A friend also told me how they made them pay over $100 to not tow their car.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a flat on 17 East. Jay, the tow truck driver was quick to get to me and efficient in hooking me up and getting me to Joe s. Joe himself was personable, business like and fun to deal with. Trash service they will tell you they are closed in order to keep your car longer and they will charge you illegal fees. Business should get investigated. Scumbags

Very professional, friendly , respectful and they don't have to call on someone else if you have questions on your vehicle. They will work with u if your vehicle is more than u expected.

My car had a sudden failure on the highway about 10 miles out of Binghamton. I called Joe's and they arrived 20 minutes later to tow my car back to town. I opted to hire them to make the engine repair. It only took a few days to schedule me in and get the part installed. I was pleasantly surprised how affordable the tow and engine repair was. STEER CLEAR. I knew I needed new brakes. I brought it to Joes garage. They said I needed new rotors and new pads and maybe a new front caliper on the right side. They also said I was going to need new back brake pads really soon. They said it would be $779 for the front pads rotors maybe a front caliper and labor. I knew this sounded way too high. A friend called his mechanic at a shop off main on Emma they quoted $350 for front brakes. I took it from Joes over there and it was $350. They said I didn't need a caliper and my back brake pads had 75% left. They charged me $175 to tell me I needed new brakes when it was obvious. Will never go back there and hope this can save someone else a lot of money and time. Got it done for less than half of what Joes was going to charge.

Joe treated me exceptionally well when he absolutely did not need to. He gained a customer whether he likes it or not. I do recommend giving his team antry

Overpriced, workers were very un-helpful, they made me wait outside for 2 hours when it was freezing, had to call well over 5 times to ask where the dude was. STAY AWAY, VERY UNCOOPERATIVE AND SHADY.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I dropped my car off on a Thursday morning, and they gave me a diagnosis fairly quickly. I gave them my decision around 2 in the afternoon, and they weren't sure they could have it done by the end of the day. Understandable.I told them that I was going out of town the next day, and asked if it could be done by 2 pm (Friday). They said it definitely would be. I showed up at 3 pm on Friday, not having received a call or update, and they hadn't even started on my car. I was told they had another car "stuck" on the lift.They called me around 5:30 to tell me my car was done. By that point, my girlfriend and I already had to take her car to go out of town and I wasn't able to get my car until Monday.They didn't offer a discount, future accommodations, or anything other than a seemingly hollow apology.After I got my car back, it seemed to have more problems than when I brought it in. One of the hydraulic arms that keeps the hood propped is broken, I now have a slow brake fluid leak, and the front brakes are grinding. All new since I dropped it at Joe's.In fairness, I drive an old car that's in pretty rough shape. It has multiple other issues that they informed me of, unrelated to their service. I'm not claiming that they created the brake issues, as it could be just a coincidence, but the timing makes me wonder. The hood prop arm definitely broke on their watch, and they said nothing about it.Given that it was my first time there and they have generally good reviews, I can't make any final conclusions. This instance was just not a good experience.

I broke down on Riverside drive, these guys took great care of me. They do AAA and got my car running in one day, which was very lucky because not everyone has the diagnostics tools to work on an old Benz (2000 model). The whole thing was a huge relief to me, I would definitely recommend them! Also very friendly.

We were flagged by DOT near Binghamton, NY. Joe's Garage came right out and towed us to their facility. The truck needed an obscure part which they worked hard to find. The part was overnighted and fixed the next day! The guys were great to deal with and charged a fair price. Recommend 100%!!!

Great experience every time I get work done. Fast, efficient, and the guys are down to earth and very good at what they do. They picked me up when my car broke down on my way home, brought me back to the garage, and fixed the car. I was back on the road in less than an hour.

I locked myself out of my running car rushing to work this morning and called Joe's. The man who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful, and even called me back a couple minutes later for an update. They were there within 20 minutes and I was on my way to work with hardly a delay!

Got new tires here and you think they would of caught not only one but two bad ball joints. Said everything was fine. It could of been bad if I did not catch it. Never go there again went down hill.

My car broke down in the City of Binghamton. I called Joe's because they were convenient. It was 9:23 pm when I placed my call. The dispatcher said a truck would be at my location within 25 minutes and sure enough they arrived in 20 minutes. The driver introduced himself, promptly assessed the situation, had my car on the flatbed within minutes and drove me to my home. The charge was a very reasonable $100 and the driver treated both me and my car (a 50 year old classic) with respect. I have never had the need for a tow, but found what could have been a very stressful (and costly) event to be very smooth and professional.

Extremely Shady. They took advantage of me. The day after they towed my car for me from an accident and it was sitting in my lot, they informed me they would charge me $75 per day for the privilege of storing my car while I tried to figure out how to get it fixed. This was on a Friday when I was not in a position to move it. I tried to get in and pick it up on Saturday, but they were closed for the weekend and had the car blocked in. I showed up Monday when they proceeded to tell me they were charging me $75 per day over the weekend when they were not even open! This is on top of inconveniencing me as it took me two more days to get my car. Extremely unethical! Do not do business with these people or you will regret it!

We had a breakdown I called Joe's Garage they sent a truck right away got us off the highway and home in just a short time the driver was excellent very friendly and new exactly what he was doing thank you for the great service

Great service,Got a flat on the road at 430 am , I called and I got an answer right away and ready to help, with a tow or put our spare on for us.Showed up and waited for they're main shop to open, and got our tire all patched up and back on the road in no time.

If you are looking for a garage that will take you for a ride and put garbage parts in your car, this is your place. I have never had a worse experience dealing with a garage before. This place is the reason that garages have and get a bad name. Stay away from them. This garage used to have a very good reputation. John Cole was a life saver, my kids were on there way to visit me in NJ and his exhaust fell off. I called no less than 25 places knowing a 3 pm on a Holiday Sunday my options were slim but John answered the pho ne and although they were closed he told me if my son could make it to him he would do whatever he could to get him back on the road. As much as you hear about all the negativity in the news today, he is proof that there are good people in the world, he could've just said we're closed and there is nothing he could do but he didn't and he has no idea how much it was appreciated. God blessed us by having you there when we needed you.

I am SO GRATEFUL for Joe's!! My daughter and I hit a deer last night and they came out to pick us up off the freeway, brought is is to a hotel, and gave us a great quote to get us running again. We're back on the road, headed for home. Thank you Joe's!!

Great service, even when busy seemed to somehow get a look at my car in a timely fashion. Gave me heads up for things to watch for on my vehicle and willing to give me a quote for them to fix it
