Had my inspection done recently. Appointment was easy to setup. Service was fast and courteous. Staff took the time to communicate with me and work out low cost solutions. Highly recommend and will have work done there again.

Honest pricing, quality work, and easy to communicate/schedule with. They've fit me in multiple times with emergencies and repairs to get me back on the road without extensive waits. Could not recommend any higher for any of your auto needs.

This place is the best for service and hospitality. We were driving through on our way to Ottawa from SC and our front bearings went. We walked in and Joe did all he could to get us in and out. We had 3 dogs, which was an additional challenge and they allowed them to wait with us. Gave them treats and water. All the workers went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. In no time they had us fixed and ready to be on safely our way. We definitely recommend for many reasons!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My daughter goes to BU up there. I m a worried father down here on Long Island Ny. Her car breaks down and they handled it and put me at ease about everything. They called me every step of the way. J&E has always treated me with respect and been timely with my vehicles. They are personal and will be straightforward if something needs to be fixed or not. Very personable staff and have never had a problem with any of their fixes. Having a discount for hospital workers as well as other specific professions is definitely a huge help.

I had an appointment for an inspection on Friday morning. They took me earlier then my appointment. Helps being early. They described what will be needed in the future. Really honest mechanic. Will be back when needed.

Never have any concerns when bringing a vehicle into J&E. Been using them for years and have complete confidence that the work is done correctly. Super honest, not big 'up sell' or pressure. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this garage. It took them a day and a half to do the job that was supposed to only take 6 hours.When they finally did complete the job they tell me my muffler got ripped off by accident on the lift and Instead of fixing it they barely wire it up with twin. It was very loud and scraped the road as I drove home. I had to go under the car and rewire it just so it would stop scraping the road.Conclusion - They did do the job I payed them to do but they created a new one for me by ripping off my muffler.Use this garage at YOUR OWN RISK!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Broke down on my way to work. Limped the car in. They called me the next day with the estimate and likely finish time. Both completely reasonable. Fixed the car and even a vacuum leak I was un aware of. No charge for the extra. I will be using their services again. Thanks guys.

Personable and fair. Honest. They know what they're doing and will fix your auto needs. Women can be perfectly comfortable coming to these guys - they stand by their work. Materials, parts, oils...have all gone up - their prices have gone up as well however slight. Keep that used car running well and visit here for repairs, oil changes and everything under the hood.

Place is great if you are looking for knowledgable and trustworthy guys. Went for an alignment, and they gave an overlook of the vehicle and found some issues. So instead of taking the money and allignmenting it , they advised me on the problems and to fix them if desired to get a proper alignment. Didn't try to hose me on pricing and product. Much appreciated.

These guys were amazing. Quick, knowledgeable, helpful and they didn't try to hose me - ladies, no need to bring a guy along! Prices were very fair. I will definitely go back in the future!

I can not say enough good things about J&E Auto. When it comes to car trouble there is nothing quite as frustrating however here they were nothing short of stress relieving. I have brought my car there multiple times and have never been disappointed. My car had to be towed there and eventually donated which was stressful enough as is but I was having difficulty recovering the title so a charity could get the car. Most auto shops do not let you leave your car there or charge you for using the land. This was not the case here, they were incredibly accommodating to what seemed to be my never ending struggle. They let me come grab my things and assured me that whenever the issue worked itself out, they would be there to help. I am truly grateful for the staff here at J&E, I would not bring my car anywhere else and would suggest the same for anyone else with car trouble, who knew you could leave an auto repair shop in a good mood!

Joe, Ed, and Sarah do a great job here.Grew up with Joe...been turning wrenches since we were kids. If he can't fix it, you probably didn't need it anyway.

Woke up to a flat tire, called J&E auto to see if they could plug or replace the flat. Dilemma being without a spare and not able to bring my car to their shop. One of the mechanics, Joe, came to my house and replaced the tire for a very reasonable price. Very friendly customer service from Sarah and prompt repair from Joe. I will definitely be a return costumer and I recommend this shop to anyone who needs something fixed on their vehicle.

Went for an inspection brought a paper print out from auto zone as to why check engine light was on shop unnecessarily charged me $65 to tell me what I already knew. I requested an engine reset and the shop complied I was aware it would take time to reset this was a Tuseday at wano point was I even provided a temp inspection sticker mind you it was pass due I came back and was told still not registering on a Friday I asked the shop if they were open Saturday I didn't want to keep riding with no inspection the shop owner lied and said he was not however came Saturday from desperation I googled shops that were open and they popped up when I came in I was turned away he said he was only open to finish "a job" the website is public info and the website stated open 8am to 1pm if your going to turn customers away so rudely than adjust the website. They are dishonest and I'm still confused what I was charged $65 for? Would not be a returning customer.

These Guys are The best in town, They are quick and accurate in their diagnosis and repairs, always a quality job. Down to earth and not pushy. and their prices are down to earth too. I love this shop .Again. The best in town.

Worst place to take your car to they get used or cheap parts to put on your car and charge you for new parts also got a battery with a warranty from them not even a year ago it went bad went to get another battery from them with the warranty and they said they had no record of selling me said battery so do yourself a favor and don t even bother with this unprofessional place go to Mavis on front st they ll take care of you ten times better than this placeServices: Steering & suspension repair, Battery

Great service, nice staff, they were very patient, even though I had a lot of troubles with my insurance. Even filled up my windshield fluid for free! Will be returning in the future.
