The alternator went in my car. I reached out to several shops in our area, and they all had a 2-3 week wait time for service. I called J&A and I was able to get my car in the shop in less than 24 hours and have my alternator fixed. Adam was professional, accommodating and very easy to work with. I will recommend J&A auto to everyone I know.

My daughter s car battery went on her last week and since she s begun studying at Binghamton University, she hasn t had any car trouble so we didn t have an auto mechanic in the area until now. I called up J&A Auto Repair and spoke to a gentleman named Adam. I told him what was going on with her vehicle and that she would go to him some time in the next few days for a new battery. Adam reassured me that he would take care of her personally and, according to her, he did. My daughter called roadside assistance and made her way there. She called me afterward to say that he was very professional so I sincerely appreciate that if you re reading this, Adam. Thank you.

Love these guys, they do amazing works, honest, and never try to take advantage of people.
