I only by my tires from this location. Carmine is the best! I always leave knowing that I got the best most honest service. I recommend the Lewis St Firestone to anyone that is looking for tires.

Carmine an all the crew at this Firestone are very helpful, professional and personable. It's always a great experience and I recommend this shop to everyone that asks me where to take their car for repairs, tires, alignments and such. Thank you Carmine and crew for always making it the best!

Fair price, guy at the counter was extremely nice and good conversation, they were quick. The store was also very comfortable while waiting was able to easily do work while waiting.

Rudest place I have ever gone for car inspection. Not welcoming at all and the boss Carmine tries his best for you to buy things you don t need for your car just for his benefit. He failed my inspection because he wants me to buy license plate light from them when mine was working fine. He claims mines isn t bright enough. Big scam bag.

tried to upsell me on an air filter ($125) and tried to upsell me on new tires too. wouldn t recommend for any young women to go here.

My daughter was on her way home from college this past weekend and found a screw in the tire. She went to Firestone to have it patched. Carmine would not repair the tire and would only sell her a new tire for 140.00. He advised that the repair is not within the acceptable repair range. My daughter texted me a photo which shows that it is within the allowable repair range. I spoke with Carmine to have him reconsider in patching the tire and he would not. All he wanted to do was to up sell and take advantage of two college kids heading home.I would stay clear of this Firestone business in Binghamton unless you want to pay for things you don't need. There are plenty of honest businesses out there.

My experience getting tires at this location was fine. Just BEWARE of the VISA gift card that is issued for your tire "refund". It will expire much sooner than you use it and customer service WILL NOT reissue you another card. One customer service rep told me Firestone has no time frame to use it, while another says the expiration date is firm. A company that can't reissue a $60 card on a $600+ purchase nor offer a credit for other services gets a thumbs down from me.Service: Tires

The absolute best! I have been coming here for well over 10 years now. I will not go anywhere else. The staff is amazing. They will make sure that you are safe and your vehicle is well taken care of. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field. The mechanics are on point and everyone is extremely respectful and considerate.

Scheduled to have tires put on my car 8 days in advance, and was told drop off at 8am pick up by noon. Once I arrived they were adamant that they told me drop off at 8 and be done by 6pm, and that I was speaking to the same person that scheduled me. If you overbooked that s fine but you don t have to tell me that I m a liar. Run a tighter schedule or don t flat out lie to your customers face.

Spent $1100 on new tires. I was originally told the alignment was free but after coming to the appointment to have it done I was told it would be an additional $100. It s been 8 months and now all four of my tires are worn out on the inside tread, the alignment was done incorrectly and all four tires are ruined completely. This shop will con and swindle you Go somewhere else.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Originally I really enjoyed going to them to get my car inspected because they don't overcharge (paid about $21) But they did some damage to my tints while changing out the inspection certificate and did not mention it to me at all. Not sure which employee did it

The customer service was phenomenal, the gentleman Carmine that assisted me went above and beyond to ensure that all of my vehicle needs were met. Even though Firestone could not provide everything that needed done with my vehicle Carmine went out of his way to find places that could possibly fix my aluminum wheel and ensured I left with all that he and Firestone could provide. I would recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service and good prices!!

I took my mom s jeep here for it s second oil change appointment yesterday. The first one was in April. Both times the gentleman at the front was professional and quick. Really patient and answers questions. Other mechanic I spoke to were super friendly too. I ve called in to make the appointment and they were able to look up my mom s info and book me in as soon as possible. I went to the gym while they had the car and they called as soon as it was done. If my car didn t need everything done at the dealership I d bring it here too! I m new in the area and I know one of the hardest things to find is a good mechanic shop. This should be your go-to if you want honest, non-pushy, service.

I went there to purchase the lifetime alignment for my truck, which I had just replaced the tires on. I drove over an hour to get here and when I did I learned that if anything is not stock, they won't perform the service. Now, I don't have a lift kit, or even a leveling kit, but the tires are 285/65/18 instead of the stock 265/65/18. Now, I'm not a mechanic, but it's hard to fathom how that affects your camber/caster or toe in/out but they said their machine can't do it. So, I left without getting the service done. Now, I know that they don't control their website, but perhaps a discaimer would be helpful. I wouldn't have wasted my time coming here. If your vehicle is 100% stock, I'd say go for it, it's a good deal. There in no where to park either, its actually a rather inconvient location. The tech was nice enough.

After spending money with this location, Anthony who is in charged there apparently don t know how to do his job and quote the price on simple tires they offer. Hang up the phone on me. I called back and he crying to me about how much customers he have waiting. Probably need proper management in there buddy. That s why I like HUNDA service and mavis tires. Smh rookie

The staff are nice, and I used to frequent the store when I needed something fixed. However, when a part was broken (the tire pressure sensor) when the staff was putting new tires on, I was told it was a coincidence and the battery must have gone out. I brought my car to another dealership that is well known, and I was told that it was definitely broken by Firestone. Even with showing them what the other shop found, they refused to take blame for the issue and then said they would fix it if I paid another $100+ for the part. I will no longer go there. They have people with little experience and I have had several issues come up with them.

Staff provided excellent service! They replaced my torn tires and put winter tires even though it was close to closing time. This allowed me and my girls to safely drive to Ontario through a snow storm!!! I love my new winter tires! They drive so smoothly!

I highly recommend this place. I'm here every month for oil changes, tires, alignments, etc. These guys have worked on my cars for years and have never once tried to sell me something I didn't need. I had a great experience with the work vehicles my agency provides. We took them to Firestone and were dealt with in a professional, corteous and timely manner. I chose to use Firestone again to address some issues with my own vehicle and I couldn't be happier.

I used to go to a local tire store for my tires but that store was bought out by a chain. When I purchased tires from the chain it ended up costing much more than I had expected. The next time I needed tires I researched prices and Firestone ended up being the cheapest. They also have an interactive website where you can get a full quote so there are no surprises when you get the bill. A big plus that the staff was very nice and helpful. This is my new "go to" place for tires.
