My son bought a vehicle from this place less than a year ago for $6000 cash. It's a piece of junk!!! Buyers beware. He got ripped off!! Will never go there again and I've been telling others not to go. Salesman made 6k and we got screwed!!

Chris, the owner of East Coast is likely the most reliable and honest car dealer out there. I am a nervous buyer as I've had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships. Every concern and question I had about the car was answered and ended up purchasing a car. On my drive home I noticed there was a chip in the windshield which Chris addressed and fixed with no hesitation. Then after a few days of having the car a bunch of scary lights came on which totally freaked me out. Chris, again with no hesitation, offered to send a tow truck to pick up the car and take it to his shop (mind you I live an hour from the dealership). Chris himself arrived a few hours later to pick the car up from my work and had the car back to me a day later. Even the mechanic who inspected my car said it was in great shape and was blown away by the effort Chris put in to make sure I was happy. I love my car and I will probably never buy a car from anyone else.

Chris and the other salesmen were very easy to talk to and helpful. They gave us a great deal and worked hard to get us our van quickly and with very little work from us. There were a few issues with the van when it was inspected between purchase and pick up, they told the mechanic to fix them with no hesitation. They even checked in a few days after to make sure everything was running good and that we were happy with our purchase. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend East Coast Motors. Will definitely be looking here first when we buy our next vehicle!

I just bought a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek they have very good customer service and very nice vehicles I would recommend this place to anybody and I give them 10 thumbs up

Wasn't sure at first, I didn't have anyone I trusted who bought from them. The staff went above and beyond. I thought I was going to be an easy sale, but I ended up being pretty high maintenance. The truck I was interested had some mechanical issues/sounds that made me look elsewhere, but they fixed the issue and I came back. After the purchase was finalized I brought it back in to check out a sound and it was nothing. After many months everything is great and I highly recommend them. They can't predict every mechanical failure but their honesty and quality of vehicles is way above average.

Chris was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions promptly and explained things when needed. I got an even better deal than I thought possible! All of the staff were kind and personable and my new car is clean & has low mileage! Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new car!

I had been looking for a used Subaru Ascent in a price range I could afford, with the interior and exterior color I wanted for quite a while. I found one online at East Coast Motors. When I first emailed them asking about the vehicle, they responded promptly to my inquiry. When I went there, I was greeted in a friendly, professional, NO PRESSURE manner, which I appreciated. The salesman, Brent, just opened the car for me and let me look it over. He answered all my questions and addressed a couple of concerns I had with no hassle. They gave me a fair trade on the vehicle I was driving, took care of a factory recall before I picked up the Subaru, and worked with my preferred bank for financing. I felt like I was buying the car instead of someone selling it to me. It was probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I would not hesitate to shop with them again.

Bought a vehicle ..transmission went after 2 weeks.they decided to put a band aid on it ..year later need complete $6000 transmission..come to find out there was extended warranty on it that would of covered new transmission..I tried to call several times he doesn't respond or return calls ..warning do not buy anything there .

I went on a Wednesday to test drive a vehicle and I told Brent what I was hoping to get for a trade in on my car so I could keep my payments in a specific price range. He was able to accommodate me for that. I ended up picking up the vehicle on that Friday. So far so good.

The staff of East Coast Motors were very pleasant and professional. The Subaru I purchased had a slight burning oil smell and they were quick to get it taken care of. It was a very minor issue, but they were kind and helpful. The cars they sell are as good as they say they are! I was very nervous going through an online service but it was a highly positive experience.

Chris and his team provided a a very professional car buying experience. From the test drive to the purchase I found them friendly and customer oriented. Even when we discovered a couple of issue with the vehicle after purchase. There was no hesitation or hassle in making the repairs and making it right again. I would like to Express my gratitude to East Coast Motors. My salesperson Brent is a fantastic , down to earth individual. I bought a 2013 Subaru Impreza, Brent told me if there are any problems with the car dont hesitate to call him. There were a few issues I wanted looked at after driving it a week or so. I messaged Brent and he responded to me within a couple of hours. I took the car into East Coast Motors and they had the car repaired within 6 hours time. This was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealetship and it has been a very positive experience. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from East Coast Motors. I would like to give a special shoutout to the owner Chris for trusting in me and making it possible for me to purchase my Subaru Impreza, thank you Chris. I give 5 stars to East Coast Motors. I worked with Brent and he was wonderful! He was very responsive via email with my initial questions on the car, in person when I drove it and then very accessible via phone/text after. He had the perfect balance of follow-up without being pushy. I was also very impressed they cleaned the car again for me in the week between the test drive and when I purchased.They went out of their way to help me when I forgot to bring information needed the day I bought the car. I couldn't have asked for anything more with the quality of the car, the price or the service. If they have a car you are interested in, you can't go wrong.

My wife and I had a very nice experience with Brent in the purchase of a vehicle from East Coast Motors. After the purchase and in the course of a few days we noticed a few minor issues that we didn t detect while test driving the vehicle. I contacted Brent advising him of the issues and he promptly proceeded to schedule the repairs. The issues have been resolved with complete satisfaction and in a timely matter. We are pleased with our experience at East Coast Motors.

East Coast Motors got me approved for a loan in less then an hour and had me in a truck that I wanted quickly. After I picked up the truck I had a few issues, I called them up and they ordered the parts right away and made an appointment for it to be fixed. Best group of people to work while looking for a vehicle. I definitely will be going back for other vehicles.They are amazing to work with.

Honesty is best policyHonest place - will sell you a vehicle in good working shape. You WONT end up with any lemons hereThe car goes through thorough inspection and they make sure everything works before it leaves.I travelled 2 hours from Long Island to visit this place and it wasn't a wasted tripThey were friendly very reasonably price, Not pushy and extremely patient. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've purchased 3 cars from East Coast Motors now. Good selection of cars, reasonable prices, non pushy, informative & friendly staff, many financing options. I had one issue with one of the vehicles I purchased and they fixed it immediately. This is where we will continue to buy our cars.
