Do not trust them to pay off your trade. Still waiting 3 weeks later for the payment they mailed to an address not listed on my banks payoff instructions to post. Forcing me to make another payment on my car that they already have listed for sale on their lot so my credit is not hit. They blame their payment company for forgetting to mail out my payoff. Also, be prepared to be yelled at when you call to inquire about your payoff not being paid.

This place has awesome service. Went in just to look found one I liked. Todd helped me with my finances. Got my car with in 3 days. He got everything done in minutes.

I've been going to Dependable for service for a few years now, and have always been happy with them. Usually pretty quick to get an appointment, and pricing is very fair.They even helped me get some tiny little tires that I was having a hard time finding, and gave me a great price on top of it.Can't really say anything about the sales side of the business, but next time I'm buying a vehicle, I will definitely at least take a look at what they've got, and have a chat with them.

Words cannot even express how impressed I was with all of the staff at Dependable. I went with my son to get his first car with a payment and they spent such a long time with him finding the perfect car that fit into his price range and was going to last. They also helped explained the sales process to him and what he can do in the future when he's ready to trade it in. I can tell you that we have never had an experience like this with any other dealership we've dealt with. You've definitely got a loyal family in us. Thank you so much for helping to make sure that my son is in a safe reliable almost new car that he can afford.

I love Dependable Auto. I got my vehicle there in March 2018 and the staff was friendly. I have since gotten all of my oil changes and my tire rotation through their Service Center. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I pay a little more for my oil changes than I see advertised elsewhere, but they do more than their competitors and they do it right the first time.

I have been a customer at Dependable Auto for over 13 years. I have always had excellent service. With buying, trading in and the Service Department. The Sales Staff listens to what you want . They give you upfront and honest answers. The Service staff has gone above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is running as it should. Their prices are fair and I know that if I have any issues it will be taken care of. Thank you Dependable. For being their for me and my family!

I ve been going to Dependable for service for over 10 yrs. They look to identify the problem and not replace something that doesn t require it. I have yet to purchase a vehicle from them, however, the vehicle detailing will draw you in. They started detailing again after a few years removed. Prices have increased with Covid, but prior to covid, prices were fair. Service is 5 star.

I bought my first car from Dependable Auto in 2011. Pat was my sales man. I was so pleased with my experience, he let me take the car to my dad's garage and inspect it before I made the purchase and they fixed anything we said it needed prior to the sale. My 2010 Chevy Impala I bought was a sturdy and very dependable car. It lived up to their name. Pat made me feel comfortable and being only a 22 year old young lady at the time, I never felt as though I was being taken advantage of. They are laid back there and not pushy at all! After 5 years with my Impala I have decided it is time to trade her in. My fiance has purchased 2 vehicles from them and Steve took good care of him. I have returned to Pat and am purchasing a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. I asked him to put new brakes and tires on it before I buy it and he said no problem! They gave me a more than reasonable price on my trade in and Helped me get financing even with my damaged credit. To top it all off I told him I couldn't get out there to make the trade due to my busy schedule at my own family business and so Pat offered to bring the car to me and make the swap and sign the papers. I couldn't be happier with a dealership as I am with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nice experience while buying a used car!!!Melissa AveryAvery Auto Service

I have purchased over 20 vehicles from Dependable Auto Sales and Service and have always had my vehicles serviced there after the sale. If ever I have had a problem, Rick and his team have always been there to assist in my every need. It is nice to walk into Dependable and be greeted by name every time, and to know that when I need something they will be there! I will buy my next 20 cars from Dependable, and I would recommend them to all friends and family.

My car was totaled and I needed a car asap with little funds. I purchased a 2004 sonata with 48k for under $5k. just a few days latter I blew out the donut and they fixed it at no charge and gave me a free oil change. I have had my car for over a year and have had no trouble with beyond regular maintenance. When I am ready for a new car, I will definitely be making another another trip there. I was treated with respect and never felt like I was being robbed like I have felt at other car lots.

There is mostly great reviews about this place and that tells you a lot about the business. I ve been here and visited and found them to be a friendly and welcoming staff. It is somewhere that I would consider getting a vehicle.

awful place to buy a car from. bought a car from here recently and it has been back 7 times in the month I've owned it. they do not fix anything they make up excuses and if they do fix it they rig it together. not even a month after I bought it the tire pressure sensors died and they wouldn't replace them. I didn't even own it a month. buyer beware this is the kind of dealer to stay away from.

I have done business here for well over 20 years, I find the competency of their mechanics in fixing all of my trucks are second to no one, timely affordable and professional thank you very much dependable, I am now on my sixth truck from them service is very important to me and they always achieve it once again thank you dependable Auto team

Bought 2010 Ford Fusion on 7-5-13 with less than 40,000 miles. Before the second payment was due the rear breaks and rotors had to be replaced. Six days after the second payment the car wouldn't move and needed the throttle body replaced. First off how did this car pass the inspection if the brakes were that bad. This car 95% driven on highways and barely driven in the city. This is just not acceptable and should not be happening.
