Customer service sucks! Purchased a Husqvarna TS348XD from them in 2021. For $5000.00 Had mower deck issues, parts took a month. Made a suggestion and was laughed at! Might better buy a mower from Lowes, you would get the same satisfaction!

Happy Anniversary to me. 2 years waiting for warranty parts for my mower. I only spent around $4800 on Husqvarna equipment so I m not a big customer so I don t expect anything above what would be considered normal customer service . People are nice enough, but it s results you look for. I really try to support local businesses but in this case I don t think I can recommend Chenango Supply for anything. If you re buying Husqvarna you may want to consider Power and Paddle in Candor, I ve heard good things about them.

Customer relations is terrible. Had an agreed match price. Showed up for purchase and was told $110 over agreed match price. Was told to go spend my money elsewhere. I won't be going back. And someone else WILL get my $$$.

Great experience. The salesman Mike was knowledgeable and not pushy. Helped us find the best Bad Boy zero turn for our property. Plus they have a full shop in store for any warranty issues. Definitely recommend stopping in and seeing Mike.

Great business with helpful staff. I ran something over with my Husqvarna tractor and broke all kinds of stuff under the mower deck. I was expecting to go in and have them tell me they had to order all the parts. Low and behold, they had everything in stock. 10 minutes later I was out the door with everything I needed to get my tractor back up and running! Thank you.

Dropped off my Husqvarna garden tractor to these guys about a week ago for the full service package. They did an excellent job, fires up quicker than when it was brand new! Honest, polite, dependable, good communication. Totally worth my time and money. Thanks guys!

Great customer service. Went there looking for some new outdoor power equipment and they turned me on to their Husqvarna line - really great stuff. Felt comfortable buying from them knowing their repair shop was on site to handle any for warranty issues - so far, none.

The staff in repairs made every attempt to be helpful. I was buying a new bar & chain for my Husqvarna chainsaw. I thought I new exactly what I was after, but I was informed differently.Of course when I got home the bar wouldn't fit or tension properly. It would be premature to place the blame on the folks at CS. It my not be the correct sprocket cover for that saw. 2w

Small enough to listen, big enough to deliver! Stop in for any construction, contracting, and industrial supply needs. They also offer Husqvarna sales, parts, and service as well as many other brand name parts. Their knowledgeable staff go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. Mike and Dan in the repair shop are personable, and skilled small engine mechanics with over 40 years combined experience! This isn t your average construction supply shop! All of the big box store options at a fraction of the price! I highly recommend you stop in and see for yourself why anyone who knows shops Chenango Supply! You will be glad that you did!

Mike and staff were extremely helpful to resolve a critical situation for needed hardware. They were able to pull from stock ss carriage bolts, nuts & washers in order for us ship our product the same day. Having the product in stock and being so helpful made both our customer and us very pleased.. Kudos

These are great guys. Brought my Husgavarna chain saw here after I failed to fix it on my own. They made a few quick fixes and sent me on my way and didn t even charge me! Definitely will use them in the future. Lots of product selection there too to support your mowers, trimmers, saws etc. a hidden gem in downtown.

Awesome place to purchase parts.Needed a kill switch for my Husqvarna back pack leaf blower.Mike over there was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. With such great review a little surprised by my experience. Call at the beginning of the week regarding price for work which the representive was supposed to follow up with me. Several days later no call back. So I thought no big deal and went in on Saturday to find that they closed before the scheduled time.

Chenango Supply's team is amazing. Tamara was very professional helping me check out and Mike was able to make sure the part I ordered was correct. They service my weed trimmer and chain saws. Jeannie is wonderful at answering all my questions! Thank you for always being here for us!

This May of 2021 I purchased a Husqvarna Zero-Turn mower from these folks (Jake handled the transaction). Everything went very smoothly from shopping the store and getting info and then buying the mower. No pressure and just an easy-peasy transaction...with Free Delivery too (not expected). Anyway within the 1st 20 minutes of usage...I experienced an issue that was not really a fault of the mower nor related to anything CS had done...but an issue none the less. I had expected to have some minor conflict regarding the issue...BUT...MUCH TO MY SURPRISE...Jake resolved my issue 100% to my satisfaction! As a matter of fact...110% to MY SATISFACTION!!! Kudos to these folks!

From the first time I recently went upon the recommendation of my experienced contractor, Chenango Supply sales and repair team made excellent recommendations on my Craftsman chain saw. I ended up purchasing a high end Husqvarna Chainsaw as well as reasonably priced andProfessional grade.Unlike every other prior repair shop like Home Depot, Agway and others in Endwell I used before, they could NOT fix my Craftsman chainsaw or lawn mowers and wanted big bucks up front to just look at it. The Sears Craftsman is made by Husqvarna 25 years ago as well . Sears may ship their small appliances mowers leaf blowers to Syracuse but gave great service and repair. A lost Art now at most repair shops. Most said could not get parts which is not true. I returned a brand new gas leaf blower to Home Depot prior to learning about Chenango Supply and almost 8 weeks later not returned as of today.In fact, the Husqvarna Chainsaw comes with a 1year extended warranty But can extend the warranty on the chainsaw for free to 3 years if you buy a special grade of gas that has a two to three year shelf life and no gas added like 40;1 or 50:1 is needed.I strongly recommend Chenango Supply for all your small engine services as they have an experienced team of repair and sales people to get your equiptment back quickly and not the Tri Cities 5-6?week time that everyone else says.I am a licensed medical professional practicing since 1978 and know the changes that have been occurring in the above industries that are unfortunate

Great company with top-notch customer service. Their product knowledge is amazing. Trying to find a the right tool when not local is hard, but they really assured me I was getting exactly what I needed. (I was looking for an odd bit for my husband for Father's Day) and not only was I able to find it at Chenango, it was cheaper with shipping than the one place I could find locally.

Best place to go to buy Hardware. Every size nut or bolt you could need. They also sell tools chains protective and equipment. They had burgers and hot dogs there for all their customers when I went. Not sure what the occasion was but really appreciate the kind employees and customer appreciation.

I attended Chenango Supply's grand re-opening last month and was impressed with the number of items they now stock, especially the selection of lifting slings they had. It was a one stop shop for all the things I need for my construction business...will definitely be back. Thank you again to the staff for the great free lunch they provided!

I called about a new Husqvarna Trimmer to replace my old one that stopped working. They suggested it might be fixed at a reasonable price, and so I went in and dropped it off ( results to follow). While there, everyone was very helpful, especially Rob Craggan, and I ended up getting a nice sledge hammer for a great price. I would definitely recommend checking them out downtown on Susquehanna Street.

Highly recommend Chenango supply! Very fair pricing with a great in-stock selection of high quality products. Customer service is unmatched in the area because the guys down there always take their time to go over the product with you to make sure you are making the best purchase for your money.

Great place for anything small engine related. I buy all my chainsaw supplies here as well. One of the last of its kind of businesses left.

They are very knowledgeable about small engine repairs. I had a pull start rebuilt in less then a week and at a reasonable price. I will be a return customer for all my small engine needs.

I live pretty far away but saw a post about them and called looking for a pretty obscure piece of equipment. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Cost was so fair that Even with shipping I was thrilled. I highly recommend.

Chenango Supply has the greatest offering for commercial construction and industrial tools and products in the Binghamton area. Dave has grown his offering tremendously in recent years and now has a beautiful showroom. A One stop shop for contractors.
