Had a great experience purchasing the vehicle I was looking for from Eddie. Easy to work with and Steve took care of any issues / problems in a very timely manner. Will definitely continue doing business with cars r us in the future and have recommended them to family/friends.

Eddie was so considerate asking me about my car needs. When you think stereotypical car salesmen, Eddie couldn t be further from that. He was super consultative and took time to understand what i was looking for rather than just selling me something fast off the lot. If anyone in the Binghamton area is looking for a used vehicle or service on an existing vehicle, look no further than CARS R Us. Thank you Eddie!

Bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler. Eddy and Linda are amazing people to work with. There mechanic is extremely knowledgeable and his work is phenomenal. They also did a full detail on this Jeep for me and when they were done it looked better than a new car. I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks for being AWESOME!!

My sister purchased a used vehicle from Mr. Rouhana, following a sad accident where her previous car was totaled. Our intent to purchase a used car from Mr. Rouhana was because we had heard good things about him. Sadly, what has ensued in the prevailing months has been nothing short of a disaster. We were told that the car being purchased was in mint condition. The dealer said he knew this because the car was brought to his shop for repairs. And yet, since then, we have spent over 4,000 USD in repairs. The car persists to have issues. The issues that the vehicle has (continuous issues with brake pads, oil leaks, coolant issues, tire issues, engine problems, struts, spring issues), threaten the well being and safety of my sister. She already went through the trauma of an accident once, and it is hard for us, as a family, to know that that the continuous issues this vehicle faces could harm her again. She is a student, who has daily commutes because of her classes and work. This is the last thing a young student should worry about. Unfortunately, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer or individual.

This dealer was great! We bought our Honda Odyssey from him a year ago. He did everything he said he'd do: detailing, new battery, oil change, and radio code. He was super personable and honest. And our van is FANTASTIC!

Eddie is awesome! Any car you want! Always a fair price! And he won't leave ya hanging after the sale. I strongly recommend this place. Especially if your looking for a luxury car, and don't wanna buy new!

Bought 2004 Toyota Land Cruiser from Eddie. We live in Williamsport, PA. Cannot say enough about Eddie, the man is as honest as it gets. He takes care of business, stands behind his cars and makes things right. I've probably bought 50/60 vehicle's in my life time and have never been taken care of this well by a car dealer with No BS envolved. Definitely go back a 2nd time.

Eddie is one the best dealership owners in the county. What ever you're looking for, he'll get it...whatever he guarantees, he not only stands by it...he personally sees it through. All of my wife n my cars n trucks,came from Eddie's lot. We shop no wheres else

Mr. Rouhana is a very honest, sincere, humble, and trustworthy person. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from him in the last 3 years. Without exception they have all been extremely reliable and great looking SUV's. More importantly, he stands behind every sale with the best service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Eddie Rouhana at Carsrus in Binghamton !!!

Eddie went above and beyond for me to get a vehicle. He gave me a loaner until I could get financing .he believed in me when nobody else did. Would rrecommen him to anyone . He is awesome

We were sold a complete lemon of a car that won t even pass our state inspection. In fact the garage where we took it said the cost of repairs exceed the value of the vehicle. Eddie is a friendly guy, but dishonest and does not stand behind what he sells. This has been the most stressful purchase my husband and I have ever made, and we are now forced to file a lemon law report with the state of NY to try to get our money back. I would steer clear of buying from Cars R Us!Here is a picture of the hole in the frame. Not to mention gas leaking everywhere the first time we filled the tank up with fuel, a coolant leak, the rocker panels need to be replaced, fog lights don t work just to name a few. Looks great from the outside, but there are major issues we couldn t see until further inspection.

Worse experience ever..bought a car from him for 6200 car had more problems than anything,he even called cops on me because I ask him for the car title after I already pay him fully..cops had to tell him it s my car since I bought it..he wrote on the dmv paper I paid 5800 ..he a thief wouldn t tell anyone to buy from him..

has great cars with good prices and is very honest, if u want a BMW, Mercedes, or Lexus he can put you in a good one for 10,000 or less iv bought 3 BMWs over 7 years and paid a grand total of 15,000, they all still run well
