Update: I did get my refund for tire rotation that was charged but not done. They commented on review and acknowledged they were in the wrong on some instances.Thank you for reaching out.I went there for my 99,xxx mile service. Nick P. was my service advisor. There is a recommended itemized list from Chevrolet on what services should be preformed. I should not of had to ask for each item on check list, but it wasn t offered. He only mentioned tire rotation and oil change and top off fluids. So after I texted my husband he said to request the recommendations from Chevy. They never checked cabin filter which I most definitely requested. They charged me for tire rotation which was NOT done. He even mentioned the tires again when picking up and stating what was done. Spark plugs not checked. All fluids were to be changed and instead took it upon themselves to flush and fill my transmission. A flush is quite different than a change; should have only been drained and new filter and fresh fluid. I called Nick P. to report the tire rotation charge when they didn t complete that task. I wasn t offered a refund only that I had to return to have it done. Why would I go back to a place that charged for services not done and did services other than requested?*On a positive note the receptionists are some of the most pleasant ones I ve ever spoken to at a business.

I had such a wonderful experience I had to share it. We drove from Syracuse to Botnick to purchase our new truck. I knew what I wanted, found it there, and got upfront pricing with no games and gimmicks. Our salesperson Amanda Reynolds was amazing! She came in on her day off so we could test drive the teuck and then came in on her week off so that we could get it purchased and bring it home 2 days later. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed and ready to go. What a great experience and I would make the drive all over again! Having bought 3 new cars in the last year, this was the best experience by far. So nice not to have to play games and show up to a dealership to hear-" we sold the one you wanted, but let's look at something else". Everyone could not have been nicer, and just wanted to make sure we were happy. What a different experience with Botnick. Thank you again, Amanda!

I just recently lost my husband and Botnick-Kathy Pope took care of me in getting a new car and trading in my husband's vehicle. They have always been professional and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this dealership as my husband and I have been buying cars there for many years.

Great service dept! Good communication in a world where this skill is hard to find. I was getting ready for a trip and in a bind. As a DIY guy, they could have told me to make an apt and prioritized their regular customers. Instead, I left the vehicle with them and they were able to squeeze me into a busy schedule and get me back on the road. I can't say enough good things about this experience.

My first time here and Iam a very picky person when it comes to my vehicle I can a honestly say the customer service was amazing better than any other place I have taken my car. I came for an oil change and tire sensor and the wonderful man before he started working on my car he explained the prices to me which gave me the option if I wanted to go further or not and I can honestly say I will be bringing my car back here for more oil changes and what ever issue I come across they have my business. I would recommend this place to everyone the staff is nice the customers are nice they say hello. Thank you guys

My appointment took a little longer than usual as I had my breaks checked and a door molding replaced. Friendly as usual and took time to explain the work that was done and what needed to be done in the near future. I plan on scheduling my needed work to be done soon as I shouldn't wait too long for service. Great place to take a vehicle for repairs and service. I have recommended them many times in the past.

Went in for a reading of service all wheel drive. Whoever worked in my car never even tried to place the car in 4WD to see the problem. They just hooked it to the computer and decided since it didn t tell them anything I must be wrong. The readout appears every 100 miles and the 4WD does not work. I told the person I dealt with this and he didn t seem to care.

If I could give them even more stars I would. The guys at Botnick Chevrolet are the best! I recommend Carl for sales and Jason for the financial part. Both of them together have made it possible for me to get my last 2 vehicles at affordable prices. I tell everyone go to Botnick Chevrolet!!!!

World class customer service as always by Mr. Chris O'Brien (Service Consultant) & the crew. I took my car in recently to check for a tire leak as, my tire pressure was super low after putting air in one tire for two consecutive days. I was able to get a same day afternoon appointment. The amazing service team discovered I had a nail in the rear tire & repaired it perfectly. It's been almost 2 weeks & my car (nicknamed: The Holy Spirit) drives like a champ! Also, they washed my vehicle before cashing me out at the service desk. The customer waiting area is very clean & smells nice. Thanks for being so amazing Botnick!!!

Pretty displeased with the dealership. I was in the process of purchasing a 24k mile truck from Botnick Chevy. I'm about 3 and a half hours away from them, so I wanted to know everything about the truck inside and out before I drove up there. I was told the truck was very clean, which it did appear to be in the pictures. I asked about the underside of the truck as I was concerned about any unusual rust or corrosion since it's a northeast truck. The salesman told me the truck is just as clean underneath as it is everything else on the truck and the gentleman who owned it took extreme care of it. So everything seemed great until now. I got a call from the finance guy since I needed a sales invoice for the truck to get my check from the bank. They were trying to push me into uncertifying the truck and purchasing an extended warranty. I politely refused and told them I wasn't interested at this time and that I needed to have the truck certified for me to want it. Again, they kept trying to push and push the extended warranty plan. Finally they took no for an answer. The following day (today), I email the salesman and ask him to send me pictures of the undercarriage of the truck because I was planning on making the trip to pick the truck up the next day. The pictures I received are what has left a sour taste in my mouth about this dealership. I understand the truck with have surface rust as it isn't new, but a 24k mile truck should not look like this. The brake calipers are rusted pretty badly. Looks like something that may be typically seen on a 70k mile truck. When I responded to the salesman that I didn't want the truck because it looked pretty bad underneath, he told me "even new trucks sitting on a lot have rust but maybe you'd be better off with a new truck." Why would I be better off with a new truck? Because I want a rust free used truck? I'm more disappointed they wasted my time rather than being up front with me. Just an absolute disgrace.

I had a Poor DEF warning on my diesel truck when I was on I-81in Binghampton New York and I was able to make to Botnick Chevrolet on Front Street. This was on a Friday morning at 10:26 and Brendon S was able to squeeze me in and the diesel mechanic solved my the problem and I was back on the road by 2:30PM.Brendon and the rest of the staff at the dealership were very Pleasant , FRIENDLY and helpful, so if you have any issues with your GM vehicle I highly suggest taking your automobile there..

Botnick did such a great job with our vehicle. We've had some real struggles with a recent used car purchase from another (roadside) dealer who really screwed us over. Botnick saw our car for the most recent parts failure that we just wanted fixed right the first time, and they got it solved ASAP for a completely reasonable price. Nice guys to work with, prompt, and helpful.

My Chevy Equinox would not start on one of the first cold weather Fall mornings we just experienced. With the help of Brian in the service department of Botnick Chevrolet, I arranged for towing, and Brian squeezed me in for a service appointment that same day. It turned out that I needed a new battery is all. He replaced it and I was able to pick up my vehicle that very same day. This is outstanding service in my book. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful customer service! We were traveling in the area and had what we believed to be a sensor or thermostat issue. They were fully booked but put our car on the diagnostic equipment, charged us nothing and gave us a sense of security about our future travels.

The service & the folks in the service department are excellent! Attentive, polite, efficient On this particular service date it was pouring rain so they chauffeured me over to downtown Binghamton AND picked me up when my car was ready! I m so impressed.

Had some short delays getting in the replacement bolts for the job being done. Service dept covered me with a rental car so I could get back and forth to work. Service has always been exceptional. Would highly recommend!

This place is amazing! We were on a road trip from Florida and had a strange error on the car. They squeezed us in to run diagnostics and cleared the codes and all is well now. Provided us with a copy of the report I. Case the issue pops up again. We are at peace now since we were afraid of a major problem.just want to note that we had tried 2 other dealers along our route that refused to help. Elm Chevrolet was one of those. If I lived in the area, Botnick would be my dealer. Thank you guys!
