I've been taking my bikes there for years. They are always upfront and honest. Staff is friendly, and they have a top notch service department with years of experience and knowledge.

From beginning to end, Jason and the team were highly professional and accommodating. There was so much work that needed to be completed in order to get my old Rebel back on the road, and it left the shop running like new - with one exception, a faulty new tire! After experiencing some wobbling, Jason told me I could come back for a replacement, at no charge. I would recommend this place to any fellow Honda rider in the area. I m never going anywhere else but here for my riding needs.

Would highly recommend bingmaton honda for all your repair needs. They restored my 1973 honda cb350f and got it back road worthy. I was always kept in the know and was always asked how I wanted to continue to the next step. I will definitely be going back to future service and purchases. Thanks!

First phone call was decent and professional, was told part would be in the next day and he would call, I had to call two different times the next day to even find out if the part was in or not which is wasn't, following day the same exact thing happened I had to call to find out if part came in.

Gave 2 stars for at least they got my yz running again but took almost a year to do a top end and then they told me I ran it out of oil after I told them there was a leak. They did not believe me or apparently even look for the leak because after the nice large bill it's still leaking oil but at least it runs.

Stopped in to check out the shop and see what they had in stock. Ended up buying a new Grom. Price was good and they are super easy to work with. Being a newb I was worried I might feel out-of-place. On the contrary, they made me feel real comfortable and fielded any questions I sent their way. They even taught me how to strap my new bike to my trailer. I will certainly return for any future purchases and service. Rob and his team are legit! Be confident to give them your business.

What a great shop! I am on my way to Central America and was having a problem with my fuel system. I showed up at store opening and met Jason! He listened to me! Took the bike in. Worked on it and got it running well. He was knowledgeable and shared what he was doing to the bike. Here's the deal though...I'm riding a BMW! He was really busy but took the time out to get me back on the road.My next bike may very well be a Honda due to this experience!Great job Jason and Binghamton Honda!

Jason in service was great. I was traveling and needed to re-up my tkc80's on my final leg of my back country discovery route. I called around and no one could really help me. I called Jason at Binghamton Honda and he was very knowledgeable and was confident he could get my tires next day. He also scheduled me to get them installed. I went ahead and ordered them and crossed my fingers. Next day Jason called me and told me my tires were in. The process was professional, fast and friendly. I couldn't believe it. Great job.

They are very friendly and upfront with their customers. The mechanics they have are very knowledgeable and willing to help out. I've taken a couple scooters down to have work done on them and they have always been upfront and honest with me. If you're looking for an honest and upfront shop to get your bike fixed or buy a new one, check out Binghamton Honda. You won't be disappointed.

I walked in to see what they had in stock and to inquire about a repair. I walked in and majority of the lights were off or dim. They had a variety of bikes for sale as well as helmets and gear.A helmet caught my attention, but couldn't find a price tag. I roamed around some more in hopes to see a staff member, but one was helping someone. Another staff member I could hear on the phone was out of sight though.The place is a bit dated and not that inviting.I will stop back in hopes to find some accessories with some assistance next time

These gentleman saved us today!! We blew a tire on the interstate about two miles from this shop. 95 degree temps. Almost 6 hours away from home. We got a tow to this shop and they got us right in and had the tire changed in under an hour! I cannot tell you how grateful we were!!

As I peered out my window, mesmerized by the fluffy white stuff appearing to float ever so gently as not to harm the ground I began longing for ride. A full drain of the charge. Appearing as a silent snow blower. Clearing the walks of the Bing sigh.But my tire has gone flat. And my MTB tools are not the proper tools. Hmmm Binghamton Honda? Could not ask for a better store to shop from or service with. Staff always take the time to make sure you get everything you're looking for and greet with a smile. The owners have been hands down the best buying experience I have ever had with any auto purchase. Parts will find you a part you're looking for even if it means digging to find one that will fit. And service always gets the work done quickly, correctly, and well priced.Only negative about the place is that it's so popular you have to wait sometimes. But I guess that's a trade-off for great service, everybody gets it, even the guy in line before you; and I've never visited the store without some customer already inside or right behind me.

I bring my Honda NM4 here religiously. The service shop is the most on the level, friendly, and knowledgeable crew Ive ever met in any shop. They are a gift to Binghamton. Highly recommend, and how often can you say THAT about a repair shop?

Not sure who the young man at the counter was but he went above and beyond to help me find a part for a fourwheeler! And very polite on the phone! Its awfully sad but you dont experience the kind of top quality customer service every where you do business.He definitely has what it takes and ive been on all sides of the counter his name was not bob .

Great Service!!Very good guys down there.Jason in the service dept. is an honest guy!!They'll get you taken care of, without taking you for a ride. (pun intended!)If you need ANY service done on your bike or ATV; take it here!I've been to Conklin Cycle, SSR, and Southern Tier H&D. These guys are the best!They really helped me out of a jam and could've stuck it to me, but they didn't.The owner was there hanging out (in the show room on a Saturday) and we had a really nice chat while I was waiting for my inspection about the different types of bikes in the showroom, my riding style, what type of surfaces I like to ride. Asked me some great questions, and had some good info without feeling pressured.You definitely have a customer for life after today guys....looking forward to my next purchase coming from you.

Went in searching for a helmet. The two people there were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find what I needed and the price was very fair. I'm glad I stopped in! Highly recommend this Honda Dealership

It's a fine place if you can be there when no one else is browsing or needing assistance. If that is not the case you realize they have a very limited staff attempting to manage to many customers

great store all around, one of few places I trust to bring any of my machines to.. The Mechanics Jason and Josh are great and know what they are doing if you have a question don't be a afraid to ask them very helpful people. and don't let the Honda scare you away I bring my Suzuki there also. any brand they know what they are doing. For the front of the store yeah yea yeah sometimes you have to wait a min in the not air conditioned store and sweat your ass off, but there is usually two people up front helping and if you don't wanna wait look around the store is packed full of beautiful bikes and tons of gear helmets boots you name it they got it! Binghamton Honda best motorcycle shop in broom county for sure...

Very poor costomer service. I recently bought a motorcycle from Binghamton Honda and had the following experiences on the day I picked it up. No one in the shop knew anything about the features of the cycle and could not even explain to me how the key fob worked. I was never thanked for purchasing the motorcycle there before I left. The guys that strapped the cycle in my vehicle did such a poor job that it tipped over before even leaving their parking lot. They didn't seem to care if they sold me a motorcycle or not. On a positive note... once they found the paperwork, the registration and title paperwork were ready to go.

Great service staff. Very helpful. Got my parts ordered and in my hand in less than 4 days. I would definitely recommend for a powersports dealer.
