I want to say thank you AutoZone so much for putting my windshield wipers on I really appreciate it.... they were quite pricey but at least I know I'm safe now with them and thank you it was late night quick stop they were closing and still help ..Again thank you

Needed some new wipers on my car. Andy helped me find the proper ones and even helped me put them on. Awesome service, such a nice person. Will definitely be coming back for future needs.

I had my car battery exchanged by Johnette she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and diligent. She had me in and out extremely quickly on a Sunday. I will continue to be a customer for this location because of her customer service. I recommend visiting this location for all your auto needs.

Extremely helpful! Came in to test the car's battery, starter and initial startup up functions which they did promptly at no cost! Was in and out in 5 minutes, and everyone I spoke to was friendly, courteous and helpful! If they don't have the part or tool you're looking for they will order it for you. Their pricing is reasonable as well.

Went into Auto Zone yesterday with a car battery issue on my Honda. Jeff, the manager went above and beyond. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just made the whole experience a 5 star rating. I highly recommend this store because of Jeff's expertise!! Thanks for your help on the Honda!!

Very friendly. I actually fell in their parking lot. At 72, i was having a hard time getting up. Two employee and a customer came out and helped me up. I was very grateful. Only reason i didnt give a 5 star, is because they didnt have what I needed.

I needed a battery because the cold sucked the life out of it. The windshield wiper snap from the cold. When I went there they were on top of this problem and they put everything in my car. I just moved up here and have no tools and they said they would take care of it. Job well done. I recommend this store for help when needed.

Matt and Xavier really went above and beyond to get my battery changed in the rain despite a totally stripped and acid-corroded bolt. Very kind and helpful in spite of the tough combination of circumstances.

Ripped up my windshield wipers, and had no idea how to replace them. I know a lot of things but that isn t one of them. Jeff, one of the managers, was happy and helpful, and changed my wipers for me on the spot! Very pleased with this. Thanks Jeff!

If they don't have it they send you to an auto zone that does! With directions if you have no idea about Binghamton and a slip of paper for easy retrieval! Instead of making me buy new wipers, they fixed the ones I had that I thought were broken. Totally NOT a rip off!!

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and always willing to listen to your concerns and help you figure out what you need for your given project. Lastly, they are very reasonably priced.

I haven t written a review because I wanted to give them a chance. But after 4 visits now I can t help but say this is a group of unhappy, unhelpful, and unkind staff. Every question I ask is interrupted rudely by the staff (seems to be an attitude with most of them), and your the biggest inconvience to their day (besides the next costumer). I have seen them throw a carpart after they got upset with another customers ignorance. It is the most unpleasant Autozone staff culture I have ever experienced.Drive to Penn Ave or Main St in Endicott/Endwell if you want a better interaction.

Free diagnostic is extremely useful. Employees were quick and they ordered the part I needed to fix my car. They also recommended a good shop where I could get my tires rotated

Good store good prices. They usually have the parts I'm looking for in stock. Employees are friendly. Manager with the gray goatee is kind of a know-it-all though.

These guys replace windshield wipers, I cannot figure how to do it myself. Bought a battery for the car these fellows changed it out. Friendly and fast service.

Jeff the manager is miserable on his manner and the way he treats people very rude old man . Last few times i went to the store he's the same way like he's better than other person . No more stop from me in that store.

The employee was very nasty, he was eating while speaking to us and didn't even want to look at our item for return cuz he saw we different race n we went to a different autozone n they took it no problem.. I would not Reccommend going to this autozone. By the way the employee that gave us issues his name is josh.
