Slow service, when they finally realized I was there, someone rushed to the counter. He was friendly, however, this is an all too common complaint many people have. One tech is busy with a customer and doesn't call for help. A self service check out for the item I knew I needed would have saved me the 15 minutes I had to wait even to be acknowledged.

The staff went above and beyond in helping me get a replacement rear windshield wiper for my hatchback! I was blown away by how willing they were to go outside in the cold (after dark as well) and install it for me. They even took the time and asked me to turn my car on and give it a go to make sure everything worked ok! Absolutely phenomenal attention to customers. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need help with anything else. Thank you!

I bought some windshield wipers from them at first they couldn't help me put them on because there was only one worker available. I was having trouble getting them on so I went back in to get help. The man was very helpful and came out and helped me get the wiper on. I'm very happy with the service I got.

Quality of service has gone down hill would not recommend this location. Current employ has no idea what there doing.

The two guys that helped me tonight are absolutely AMAZING! I came in at 9:50 p.m. (they close at 10:00 p.m.) I asked them to replace my battery. I explained to them I just left the NICU and realized my car wouldn't start. I also told them my baby was in NICU and it was important for me to be able to drive just incase I get a call to come up to the hospital. The guy said no worries and replaced my battery with no problem... THANK YOU GUYS I REALLY APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU'VE DONE FOR ME

Needed a head light bulb and they were happy to help me find the right one. They are serious about keeping people safe with plexiglass and 6ft separation at every counter computer terminal.

Absolutely horrible personnel. Literally stood at the counter in an empty store the lady refused to acknowledge I was there and once she did acknowledge me couldn't even be bothered to help. Would highly recommend auto zone two stores down.

Nice customer service a quick to help if it was needed. ^_^ I've been to several and I've been treated the same; with a smile and a greeting. I'd recommend it.

Well this was the only place that I could find my radiator in stock, which was surprising in itself. Then the price was excellent! I couldn't be more happy with this Advance Auto!

Nice variety of products. Checkout wait time was longer than it should have been. Friendly staff answer questions quickly without bothering you by following you around constantly asking if you need help.

These guys are always helpful. I was there to witness one of the counter guys be extremely patient with a phone customer which i found to be very satisfying. They could use a couple extra hands tho.

You know I've always leaned more toward advance instead of AutoZone but recently I've either been treated poorly, not helped at all or been told I'm SOL on whatever I'm looking for. AutoZone had my back all those times. I may be switching loyalties

Terrible inventory system. Drove out of my way because they said they had a part in stock. Got there and they couldn't find it but told me a different store had it in stock. Cant really believe them since this store said they had it and didn't.

I come here for the parts for my van. I usually order them off their website and pick them up in store after 30 minutes. They are friendly. They usually give me some sort of discount online. They are a little expensive but then again so are parts for cars and there is no way around that. I won't go anywhere else.

Website said they had what I needed in stock at this store. I get there, clerk looks up part # I give him, his computer says none in stock. Wasted trip. Ordered from Ebay, parts will be at my house 2 days sooner than if I had Advance Auto Parts order them. SMH...

Ordered something online to be picked up. They called me to let me know they didn't have it, but would have it delivered from another store and have it ready to pick up by the time I got there. Saved me from chasing it down around town.

God good parts and good deals price our little bit high but they don't honor any of their warranties and if you've gotten your warranty on or through them awesome over the years they've never answered any of my warranties

The inventory never matches what is online! I can't tell you how many times I've ordered a part online for store pickup only to get there and have them say it's not in stock. It's completely frustrating. Especially since I'm usually without a car hence the reason I'm there is to fix mine!

They tested My battery, had The battery I wanted in stock.then installed it for me and took the old one.
