3 times and you are OUT! Took Honda Van for a battery, tested said tester didn't work, got a different one tested, nope can't do it. Ok. Took truck for battery and even though battery old, and not starting many times told go home and give a good charge. Took back for battery sorry can't get battery out.

Always polite but the last time I went here the guy at the desk told me they had something they didn't so I drove there for nothing. I wasn't really too upset because I don't live that far away but that was my solution to my problem and I got there and they didn't even have it and I only showed up maybe 10 minutes later. Other than that never had a problem here they're always polite and helpful.

Used to be great going there and would have given it 4 stars. However today I went in and the employee Andrew was standoffish and quickly turned nasty when asked a simple question. Went across the street to Auto Zone and was met with friendly staff that answered my question and had me out the door in about 2 minutes. When I returned to speak to Andrew I was met with aggressive hostility and was even told to show up after his shift so he could settle this man to man . Rude, unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable I will be going to AutonZone first from now on.

I knew what I was looking for. So they really didn't have to do much. They were very nice and the only parts store in town that had the auto seam sealer that I needed

Was 5 stars but that was months ago. It used to be the best around imo but my latest visit was underwhelming. They didn't have the part and the staff didn't seem as knowledgeable as in the past. Ended up going across the street and got the part in 5 minutes.

So u got parts a week ago very helpful and got all the parts that all fitted my vehicles but also they did a fantastic job with customer service throughout my visits

They are awesome.I needed windshield wipers. I had no interest in looking through the book saying what I needed, then trying to find something called "A6 2'S".I said "Honda Accord, 2012". The guy said showed me 3 different ones. I let him choose. Done deal.Oh ya, they also put them on for free.

I think the employee that helped me was named Jordan? The youngest employee there tonight. He was excellent! Very knowledgable and attentive. Will definitely make this my #1 Auto Store!

Have only gone in knowing what I want. They do seem helpful and friendly though.if you order online don't expect it to be ready in thirty minutes. Most likely will have to pick the items for you when you arrive.

Very good service.Also they have a 10% veterans discount on all non - sale items which i was eligible for from my service in the USMC in the middle 1970's.

Daughter went in for rear drum brake pads came out with front disk pads. Went back in and they sent her home with just the drums... NOT the pads she went in for !!!!

We do not go here any more do to bad experience with the store manager. With did not care and did not want to be bothered us so we now shop across the road :)

You don't stand behind your parts and saved about 50 dollars at auto zone for front brakes and rotors I don't think I'll be going to your store anymore I've bought a lot of stuff from you in the past

Guys and gals always helpful. Returned to get help putting steering wheel cover on. Maybe they'll do the seat covers, too
