Needed windows repaired after the seals had gone bad. They made it easy, once the replacement glass units came in they fixed my 3 windows within a day.

Went there to get some glass and sign work done, talked with one gentleman first time . Even left all the measurements. Assured me they would get back with me . Never even called me even after I called 2 weeks later to check for my quote. (Left a message with a lady for the gentleman to call me back that I was waiting to hear about the cost of my replacement windows and signs ). Note..I know the names but it's not my place to place them on the web .Personally to me it was bad business, lack of communication on their part. And leaving me hanging for over three weeks waiting to hear back on a quote. Took my glass order to another local.. business...

I needed a small piece of glass for a door. I called at 7:30 at night to find out what the hours are so I could be there in the morning. And believe it or not someone was there and they were ready at 7 o clock in the morning for me. I walked in, handed them to the glass, three minutes later I walked out. What a great experience, locally owned, professional, and very nice.
