Griffith Energy backed by Superior rocks! Friendly & competent & complete service! Today's service by Blair continues a legacy of office persons who parade customer service focused upon the CUSTOMER! Tina, Cathy, Julie & Terry all preceded the current folks, and their excellence continues in them. Been with Griffith for over 40 years - way to go GRIFFITH ENERGY!

I was a customer for several years. My service was excellent then. I moved to North Carolina for 10 years,of course had to get another provider I returned to New York in 2014 and called Griffith Energy for service. They came and filled my tank the next day same wonderful service.

The staff at Griffith Energy always put forth polite, caring, sincere customer service! They try hard on every level of service, to make sure, even when the storms come, that we get the service we need and FAST!

Told them numerous times I do not want to be on a month to month delivery but they would still show up charge me a hazmat fee and just top my tanks off with 20-30 gallons here and there. Customer service would always say they would take care of it and nothing would ever change. Will be changing companies this year

Multiple service calls because the guy before "forgot" to do something. A filter on a new tank causing the nozzle to clog, not letting the water back into the radiator lines after service, canceling auto delivery for a new tank install and not reinstating it, leaving parts off the furnace. The most unsettling part is that each time they come, they just let themselves in without knocking on several occasions. Even in the middle of the night for emergency calls, they just let themselves in and never say a word about being there. They are just plain rude and disrespectful and creepy.

Highly recommend Superior Plus Propane. Great service, friendly and very helpful and always goes above and beyond to make an amazing experience. Over 10 years of service with them so far and would never go anywhere else :)

Griffith Energy customer service is most important to me. If i need anything I call Carrie and it is taken care of.

had Griffen for over 5 years and have never run out of Propane or fuel oil, no hassle budget payment spreads the cost of winter heating over 12 months
