I met Nelson through a friend of mine named Anthony F. And what a gentleman he along with his wife is . Did my inspection in and out and no wait or nothing . Definitely use him for all my cars because he s a straight shooter and a honest guy to deal with and need good honest people like him and his crew

don't trust this people they are thieves, my boyfriend took his car for inspection first they told my boyfriend to run the car for 40 miles after he said to run the car more than 100 miles ( by saying run the car 40miles more 30miles more) that he said he need to do some changes I don't remember specific what but we have proof. My boyfriend spend more than $2000 and they did not do the job right. we went somewhere else and inspection past right away.

Good for brakes oil change he can t handle any job thats not simple he doesn t have a alignment rack yet he still does alignment with a string not the right way to do it all his tools are out dated if u someone that wants to get away with a nysi when you know you won t pass go to him I ve seen him pass cars that should not be passed he pass cars with bad tires and suspension don t recommend going to him stay far away from him

I have been informed by an alternator repair establishment that the previous alternator in my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu was found to be functioning properly. However, Nelson Auto Repair recommended its replacement. Subsequently, even after the installation of a new alternator by Nelson, the persisting issue remains. We recently experienced very poor customer service as a result of misdiagnosed issue. He charged us for a service and part that was never the issue and upon payment he refused refund or a resolution to the issue. We are left in a worst place than initially.

Have been going to Nelson's since 1986 and work done has always be of high quality and pricing fair. Nareen will only perform work that is needed and is very trustworthy. I have recommended him to many people over the years and they have had similar experiences.

I have been going to Nelson's since 1972 when the shop just opened and it was just a little garage. Nareen is honest. The best. Over the years I have recommended Nelson's to friends and they have had nothing but positive experiences. A good mechanic is hard to find, and Nareen is the best!

Nelson has been fixing my vehicles for 40 years. He is honest, fair and very good. I never worry that I will be ripped off. I highly recommend him, and I have, to all my family and friends.

This place is a SCAM. I took my BMW 325xi there in August for an alignment and when I got new tires and rims in early December I had the alignment checked at Mavis Discount Tire. I watched Mavis put my car on the machine and they showed me the computer which clearly said the alignment was WAY off. Also my old tires were worn unevenly and the car pulled left slightly. Nelson's accused Mavis of scamming me and than after that said that they use Mavis for all of their alignments. This place is a scam. Don't go there for anything cause you will just find out in the long run that you were ripped off or completely scammed. Luckily for me my tires were on there way out so I was not too upset since I had to get new tires anyway.

This guy was terrible, complete fraud. I paid to get my fuel pump fixed and he failed to do the job. Took full payment, only to take it to firestone that found a screw driver Nelson left inside the car. Incompetent and Disingenuous.

Called them to have engine replaced under warranty they told me they could pick the car up less than a mile away at a different shop that had diagnosed it but couldnt repair it... Called the next day they couldnt do the work charged me cash for the tow instead of the warranty ,charged me to diagnose it a second time and storage for a day when orignally he said it would all be covered under warranty... Told the dealership they couldnt pick my car up untill i paid for it so i lost another day and they charged me $70 again for another day... Multiple problems rude staff and owner good luck ripping the next dude off now nelson
