I have been using Jimco for quite a few years now and have always beenvery happy with the service I received. They are very trustworthy and honest. I would not go to any other shop for my car repairs.

Took my car in for a spark plug and ignition coil change job that probably takes less than an hour but was being charged $550 which is ridiculous and so I decided not to give them the job and he asked me for $50 just for checking my car out which wasn t mentioned initially when we spoke. Don t be fooled by the rating of this shop. It was a huge mistake taking my car there

As an out of town customer, I cannot say enough good things about Jack and the team at Jimco. They were responsive and helpful and, most importantly, honest and fair. It was a unique situation that I had to have a car towed to them and we dealt with everything by phone. While they could have easily convinced me to spend $2,000 or more I was advised that the car was not worth that investment. Their assistance in getting a salvage yard to pay a fair price and pick it up helped control my loss.This shop treated me as well as the local shop in my area that I have been using for 30 years. Anyone living in or near Bethpage should consider them for their car service needs.

John and his team are really wonderful. It is not always easy as a woman to feel comfortable in an auto repair shop but they are honest, respectful and get the job done. Highly recommend.
