I had the pleasure of buying a used car from Honda City, although I had a budget I also had my preferences and wish list but my sales person, Samantha, was able to keep both of those in mind while helping me find the right car. I left in my new Infiniti with a payment I wanted with the help of Marie the finance manager and Samantha. Would recommend these amazing women to anyone like myself looking for a pleasant experience where you can trust who you re working with.

Having Sam Brigandi as our Sales Associate was a great experience when we purchased our Honda CRV Sport L. She is very knowledgable in all aspects of selling a car. Very patient and polite. It was a smooth great experience. I was very particular in what I wanted in a car and she satisfied all my wants in the car she sold us. I absolutely love it! I would recommend Honda City and Sam as the Sales Associate.

After a rather unpleasant visit to Baron Honda, more specific their used car center, I went to Honda City to assess possible new car options. I met Salesman Logan who I felt did all he could for me and allowed me to be as involved in the process as possible. Only because of how well he facilitated everything, was I able to leave the lot same day. Thank you Logan/everyone at Honda City that made my day happen, and got me behind the wheel of my 2024 HR-V Fabienne

I went in today to purchase a 2024 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback and I told them from the beginning to give me actual numbers so we don t waste each other s time but they made me fill out an application and give a 500$ deposit. Made us wait excessively only to get to the finance manager and be given a ridiculous payment amount and then did not even try to negotiate. The sales person was nice but the manager was very mean and unprofessional and yelled at us for wasting his time when in fact they wasted ours. We left from there to Huntington Honda got awesome service and an amazing deal on the exact same car.

ONCE AGAIN... I am a SATISFIED customer!! This is my second time making a purchase from this dealership and my second time being more than satisfied. I had the pleasure of working with Eduardo Orellana, who was absolutely wonderful. Excellent with his knowledge for the vehicle I was looking at (2020 Honda Civic), super friendly and pleasant to talk to. Wasn't overly pushy or acting "thirty" for the sale. I am definitely going to continue to refer folks to go to this dealership for service, and now, I have another salesperson's name to provide them with. GREAT JOB Eduardo!! Keep up the great work!

Samantha Brigani is an absolute pro!I am in the business as a salesman myself and needed to get my in-laws set up with someone who would make the process easy and seamless. Through my contacts at the dealer they got them set up with Samantha. Needless to say she blew our expectations out of the water. My in-laws raved about their experience from the moment they met, to the moment they took their new car home.I recently had the pleasure of working directly with her as well and am thoroughly impressed.Not all car sales people are the same. There are those who excel and do it the right way, that do good business. I highly recommend Honda City. They helped turn a potentially stressful situation into positive experience all around. I had initially purchased a used car that turned out to have many problems (not a Honda). When I reported this to the salesman he quickly involved his manager and the owner. I brought the car in to service where I was immediately put into a rental. Once the car was inspected by service, I received a call from the owner Dennis who offered to get me into a new Honda applying the money I had already paid. I am very happy with my new 2024 Civic and I wanted to leave a positive review especially for the salesman Matt Labeck, the owner Dennis and Tom and Ralph at Honda City Service. As a business owner myself, I have to say that I am impressed with the customer service I have received and I will return for my next car when the time comes. Thanks Honda City!

Honda City is excellent! Armani is such a great sales person, so professional and great at explaining all the features of the car!! Wayne was so nice walking me through all the documentation and so kind! I highly recommend Honda City, and thank Armani & Wayne for such a great experience!

Today 8-10-23, 200pm...I have and oil change and some recalls on my Honda Odyssey....I am very disappointed on the facility itself.. NO AC....they have about 4 fans trying to keep this place cool. No snacks, empty vending machine..NO complimentary ANYTHING. No coffee no snacks no AC.. This is unbelievable, this is one of the worst service centers I have ever been to. No TV...im guessing it's not working cause it's off....This place is definitely not customer friendly.

I had great experience at Honda City Ammar rifae the salesman Gave me a great customer service showed me the car we sit down we worked out a great deal an hour before they were closing highly recommend Honda city. They are willing to work with you and sell you a car. Great staff great experience and a big thank you to Ammar rifae for taking care of me. I came in with son last month to help him but his first car. Stella was super helpful, and I have nothing negative to say about him. It s when the other employees get involved that things change, like you need to take a minimum of a $10,000 loan to get the price we ve been discussing. Side note, if you re reading this BFCU has better rates, and only require $3,500. We left after giving a deposit of $500 and never heard from the dealer again. Today I received my credit card statement to find they never gave me the money back. I was told the car was sold, which I have a paper stating we left a deposit on, and that I have to drive in for a refund on money I m paying interest on. By the way, any price advertised or discussed is if you take a loan. If you pay cash or with outside funding from a bank they didn t get a commission from, the price is an extra $1,000. That s what charge backs are for. Not my problem anymore, and we certainly won t be shopping here for another car.Edit 11/13/2023In response to the generic and oblivious response made to my review, my gripe had to do with the financing minimum loan amount. We would be in the car today if games weren't played. Your response is an attempt to justify pricing, when that was addressed at the very end of my review.By the way, Babylon Honda has been a pleasure to work with.

It took me some time to decide leaving this review. I went to this dealership to lease a new car, and I wanted to return to Honda for a handful of years. I came to this dealership because my late father enjoyed his experience. I cannot say the same. I met with sales rep Armani and a woman in finance, I don t recall her name, she has blonde hair and middle aged. I expressed what I was looking for and was hoping to negotiate. Long story short, they both made me feel like Julia Roberts from Pretty Woman. They both basically looked at me and were like we don t want to waste any time. I was shocked there was zero conversation or negotiation. The dealership was not busy at all and I was the only customer there, so to turn me away so rudely I could not believe it. They made it very clear they did not want my business and I am very happy with my new Jeep from Town and Country in Levittown and the service I received there.

Logan took such good care of me. Usually the process of switching over a lease is like waiting at the DMV all day, but Logan and Honda City made the whole experience easy and fun. This is my 5th Honda and I will definitely be getting a 6th!

This review is purely for the sales representative, David, who helped us today as we were looking for a new car. While we didn t end up making a purchase, David was extremely helpful in hearing us out, understanding our financial situation, and giving us a great experience while test driving the car. Not once did we feel pressured and he seemed to really work with us to try and meet our price. I highly recommend going to him personally if you re interested in buying or leasing a new car!

So done! I have exclusively owned Hondas for years. My 2019 Pilot was bought new and has been in and out of Honda City service now many times with out of pocket cost a few thousand dollars. Today, I went for yet another recall. Drove up only to be told the part is not in stock. No call nothing. I drove back home and still waiting for a call back. Honestly this is the WORST service department ever.

Unpleasant experience. Although the salesman was nice, the owner/manager stepped in and kept giving me a price for the car I didn't want (I explicitly said I don't want it multiple times). Moreover, he was rude, loud, and ignorant. Go to any other dealer or brand to save time and money.

My time at Honda City was the BEST dealership experience I ve ever had. This is my third consecutive Honda lease. I actually have a Honda dealer 5 minutes from my house but the salesman was extremely nasty. My salesman at Honda City was David M. David was EXTREMELY patient with me. From test driving cars, to giving different quotes for different models. I was given an extremely competitive rate (I still can t believe the deal I was given) that I couldn t say no to. Unfortunately, they didn t have color I wanted (civic ex) in stock so the dealership requested I put a down payment to secure the next incoming car. I was VERY skeptical because it was such a big deposit but within a week and a half, my promised car came in. The initial quote I was given was EXACTLY the amount I paid. Anyone who has leased a car knows that the next step after the salesman gives the quote is speaking to the finance department. This is where things can get hairy and magically the quote goes up. I dealt with Marie in the finance department and like David, she stayed true to her word. I would rate my overall experience 10/10. I highly recommend salesman David Marte.

Ryan Garcia is an outstanding sales person. I have purchased my Honda because of his warm and welcoming personality, Ryan is knowledgable and answered all of our questions with care and took the time to explain everything. Ryan was thorough, friendly, and gave me excellent customer service. He even came in on his day off to make sure that the process went smoothly and effortlessly. Had a great no pressure experience today at Honda City. Came in to cross shop a Civic hatch with a Corolla and they were very accommodating, letting us take a test drive and doing their best to locate a specific trim. Ultimately the one we wanted was not in stock but it is a win for the Brand because we will definitely buy one because of our experience today. If you are going to spend your hard earned cash with anyone, this team deserves your business. Thank you Logan and the Sales Manager as well for trying to make it all work and taking the time.

I went into Honda City looking to make my first ever car purchase. I was instantly greeted by David and he guided me through the process. He told me everything there was to know about any car I looked at. I m not sure if the experience would have been the same without David leading me through it. One thing that stands out to me about him is that he isn t pushy. I never felt pressured and he let me take my time to make the best decision for me. I would recommend David to anyone looking to by a new or used car. 10/10

I been with honda city for 12 to 15 years l have purchased 4 cars from them .......sales dept. Very well ran service dept.what a joke.... not only do they over charge you on labor and parts the service is terrible my 2012 honda went back three times ..,... the place is ran by children. I had 2 tire valve installed 20 lug nuts put on and they replaced 1 stud $1900.00 9 hours labor are you kitting me l will never purchase another car from you people nor will l ever send any one l know to you ...so you loss a good customer

Hi - I was at the service center today to get the oil changed. Last time I was there was in May. When I was there in May the multi point inspection said that I needed to get the In Cabin air filter changed, and also the Engine air filter. I didn't get that service done.Today after the oil change the Multi Point inspection had the cabin air filter as GREEN and also the Engine Air Filter - which had not been replaced since May.It gives me an uneasy feeling as I feel the inspection wasn't done properly or it wasn't done at all...for the work done today I paid 259 dollar and I just hope that the oil change and the rear differential fluid was changed properly.The reason I chose to go to a dealership is for peace of mind but having looked at the multi point inspection today I left with an uneasy feeling.Happy to share the inspection reports should you want to see them.

Sold me a new car with issues from day one. The entire climate control and console buttons would not illuminate. Now my five day old car needs to have the entire dashboard and center console taken out. They will not provide me a replacement vehicle. This car should ve never left the lot and should ve failed pre-delivery inspection. Buyer beware, ensure you check every detail as I can attest they do not do a thorough inspection of their new vehicles.
