I brought my truck in for body work after being in an accident. The service was excellent and they had my truck fixed quickly and efficiently. All the staff is very friendly and accommodate to your needs. They are professional and get the job done.

I went to Cannon Collision with an old insurance claim to repair my BMW and they were more then help accommodating. Paul, the owner, worked out all the insurance details and had them reopen the claim and added more repairs missed in the original claim. End to end my experience was seamless from getting a rent-a car to repairs and insurance claim and pick up. Marla the office manager was pleasant, thorough, very communicative and capable, I felt like I made a new friend! I would highly recommend this body shop! In a world where customer service has been lost, Cannon has become a model for a great customer experience!!!

Great Great Great service. I went in with my suburban for detailing and some body work. I can't recognize my own car . Everyone is just superb, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Will use them more frequently with family and friends. Thanks again guys for such a wonderful service !!

Wow! Actually amazing! I went to the Hicksville, NY location. They turned my dull, scratched, dirty 2015 Ford Fusion on 10/12/23 into a beautiful, shiny clean car. It looks like it did when it was new. Joe was helpful, personable and impressed me by being so helpful. I will use them again and so should you!

This place is amazing. They helped me more than I couldn t even avast. Helped me with my insurance claim fix the car put it in better condition than I even requested. Best bang for your buck.

I had Great experience with Cannon Collision. Reasonable Princess and Excellent service my car looks new again. It s hard to believe that Paul was able to negotiate with insurance inspectors and make them change their offer and pay for new tailgate instead of fixing it!I my car was ready on time . Cannons collision was extremely helpful. Getting into an accident could be very stressful and unpredictable. We brought the car to the shop. They took the car in right away and set up a rental in the matter of five minutes. The owner an the staff was extremely friendly and helpful They gave us updates often. We just picked it up and the car and it looks flawless. I would recommend Cannon collision to anybody for a stress free repair. By far the best shop I been to.Service: Body & Trim

Had an accident in my subaru wrx. There was a good amount of hood and front damage, thankfully not totaled. Paul had the guys from the shop picked up my car that day, had me lined up with a great rental. Paul's team has nothing but the best professional team and took care of all the insurance work and kept me updated on the car. My car is back and looks brand new again like nothing ever happen! AMAZING WORK ALL AROUND!!! Everyone at cannon collision was so helpful and calmed me of any worries when needing to replace my bumper. This shop is used throughout my family as well. They guided me through the process and took great care of my car! The work turned out great and they even cleaned up the inside, like brand new. I had used Cannon Collision a few years ago when I had a Groupon for car detailing. They did an amazing job. I had a few repairs needed to my SUV which they thought I was there to repair that so they gave me a quote which was very reasonable. They did a great job.Fast forward to about a month ago and someone rear ended my brand new Toyota Highlander and I needed a whole new tailgate, bumper, repainting and logo done. I thought of Cannon since they did a great job last time.Paul was amazing to work with and got everything done for me. He even helped me get a rental car from Enterprise while I wait for my car to be done. It took some time because of parts delay but the overall job by Cannon was excellent. Jose was great as well. They were so accommodating and very responsive to my texts and concerns.Highly recommend!!!!!!!!Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

What an amazing customer service experience, I needed my rear bumper replaced for my Jeep Cherokee. With in one day Jose had ordered and received the bumper, I dropped my car off at 9am and by noon the new bumper was on the car and I was out the door at a fantastic price. I am so happy how simple this process was, if I ever need more body work I will 100000% be going back and sending my friends to this business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Johnny and the team at Cannon Collision are the best! They took such great care of my car after an accident. The body work was top notch and Johnny was our advocate when it came to working with the insurance company. I am so happy to have my car back and looking just like when it left the showroom a year ago! The car was also detailed which was so great!!!I had another minor car accident. There was no doubt on where to take my car. Johnny and the team at Cannon once again did an amazing job and had my car looking brand new in no time at all! They are the best!!!

Cannon Collision did an excellent job fixing my Lincoln Town car a few years ago after it was side swiped. The work held up great and I had no issues selling it when it was time for me to change vehicles. My 2018 RAM 1500 was recently hit while parked on the front passenger side with a lot of damage. I did not hesitate to bring it to Cannon Collision. They did an awesome job! It looks like it never happened. Paul and his team was a pleasure to work with and they took great care of me and my truck. Great customer service, the Truck looks fantastic, like it never happened, and they had a quick turnaround. What more can you ask for!

My dad makes fun of me for the "new scratches that have appeared out of nowhere" so needless to say I've brought my car in on multiple occasions. First off, the detailing done here is phenomenal! My dad was even impressed. (For a girl with a baby and a puppy- my car needed a LOT of TLC.) I got it back without a speck of dust.John make sure that the job is perfect and the customer is happy. He knows a safe car is the ONLY car that should be on the road. He keeps in contact in regards to the progress of the work and notifies you as soon as it's done.IF you've had horror stories at collision places not taking care of your car, like I have...(with faulty repair work, a paint job that doesn't match, or a car coming back with an extra 3,000 miles miraculously added into the car. That shouldn't happen to anyone)... then consider coming here. They do it right the first time- and in a fast turn around time. Thus why this is probably the only shop I'd consider bringing my car too.

Extremely professional in every aspect from helping get my rental car to the way they detailed my car before I picked it up. I would recommend them to everyone. After my father was rear ended, I took his 2001 Chrysler to Cannon and could not have had a better experience. John took care of all the insurance nonsense that we were dreading having to deal with and immediately set him up with a rental car. The car was repaired quickly and looks better than it did before the accident. (Even the interior was cleaner than it had been in years!) They took all of the hastle out of dealing with the unpleasantness of having the car repaired. If you're looking for an honest quality repair shop, this is it.

Trust and customer service are so important. We've brought all the family cars to Cannon. Anytime I call, the phone is always answered by a live person. If I send an email, John always responds in a timely manner. I recently brought in my jeep. John helped me navigate the insurance, appraisal, and rental car process. All the guys at Cannon are polite, professional and do quality work. When I picked up the jeep, it looked as good as new. Thanks -- it's a pleasure doing business with you.

From beginning to end, I could not be happier with the service I recieved from Cannon Collision. When I called the shop and told them I'd been in an accident, the first question they asked was if I was OK. I knew from our first conversation that the staff at Cannon Collision is unique in their kindness and professsionalism.My car was repaired quickly, and I am very satisfied with the work they did. They even cleaned the inside of it for me. It feels like I'm driving a new car!I highly recommend this place, without reservations.

I was recently in a rear end collision with my Jeep; getting into a accident is a terrible thing, especially when you're not the cause. John over at Cannon made the process of getting my car fixed and getting me into a rental car seamless. He helped me deal with insurance agents and made sure everything went smoothly. When I received my car back, I don't think it has ever looked that good. The work he did was amazing I couldn't tell where the car was damaged. Thank you to everyone over at Cannon Collision, especially John, for making what normally is a terrible experience into a enjoyable one.

Just picked up my car after being fixed by Cannon Collision in Bethpage. I am amazed by the work, manners and service of this place!!! My car looks better than when I got it brand new!!! John Flynn was amazingly helpful, handled everything from insurance to rental. I am so grateful. Highly recommend this place. Thank you John and crew.

After my car was involved in a hit and run overnight, I decided to take my car to a body shop. I searched and found Cannon Collision on google. Decided to stop by since I worked down the street from them. Met John and from the beginning he was very professional and helped set everything up from the insurance down to the car rental. They fixed my car in a timely manner and it came out great! I would highly recommend them!

My brand new car, not even a year old was hit on Hempstead Turnpike by a Dump Truck. I was sick. After going to visit three other body shops I decided on Cannon Collision. John was professional AND courteous. I couldn't say that for the others. He took care of everything, from the beginning (insurance, rental car etc.) My car came back to me just the way it looked when I took it out of the showroom. I was more than pleased and would recommend Cannon Collision to anyone who needs professional body work. Terrific job. Thank you.
