My mom is ill and I needed a way to transport her in a wheelchair. This is a new experience for my family. I called Bussani because they seem like they knew it they were doing. Boy was that an understatement. I worked with Darlene on my first ever rental and it was simple and easy. Darlene was really kind and understanding. She explained everything that I needed to know and was patient with all my questions. The fleet is brand new which is always nice to see, but what really surprised me was that Darlene came out of the office and showed me how to work everything on the vehicle. I've purchased cars and had less explanation on a vehicle, that's how good Darlene was explaining to me how the equipment worked. Obviously I'm not going anywhere else for my needs anymore. Really grateful to Bussani, and Darlene who was really understanding and patient with me. Thank you all. At

Mike was courteous & extremely knowledgeable on the phone. It was like talking to a friend giving advice. Both sorry and happy he's got plans to retire to do more travels. Highly recommend the Bussani team.

It is so reassuring and reaffirming to deal with a company that is not only top tier in the product and services they offer, but whose people all seem to embody the best core belief of treating people how you wish to be treated. When you are already feeling a little vulnerable and find yourself in an emergency situation, it's amazing to be able to turn to a company with values like integrity, accountability and just old fashioned human kindness! The owners of the company clearly hold themselves and their employees to a higher standard, as Nathan exhibited recently by going above and beyond in handling a sticky situation we had. He was gracious and respectful and professional, and I want to thank him and the company for not just the quick resolution, but for the wonderful way in which they conduct their business! You guys are a ray of Light... keep shining!

I was very empress with Carl and Elaine about how they handle my installation of hand control on my new car. They make it possible to find paper work on file from a while back on another car of my that was going to be replaced and also made it possible for my car to get in shop before date of delivery. I was very grateful to all people involved in my. I will always recommend Bussani to anyone that might some kind of installation on there vehicle.Your trulyAntonio Munoz

This is the second time I ve used Bussani and I m always pleased with their work. They keep you updated of things that arise good or bad something we totally appreciate. Our van was completed in a timely manner we love their customer service and would use them again without hesitation.

A fantastic car buying experience. Jordan and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about the BraunAbility/Toyota products. The entire process went very smoothly. If you need a wheelchair accessible vehicle, I highly recommend Bussani Mobility!

Bussani installed an in-car lift in my CX-5. I was consulted on every aspect of the installation. Communication was excellent. The installation of the lift was neat and professionalin every way, I was very pleased with their installation.

I'm already on my 4th van from Bussani. They're always very professional, courteous & attentive to the customer needs. Got my 1st van back in 2003. Definitely recommend them for when it come to purchasing a wheelchair van.

From the drop off to the pick up the experience was amazing. Everyone is so friendly, kind and compassionate. Christopher was amazing in helping me understand the use of the controls. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a modification to their vehicle.

I had a good a time shopping around for a tlc mobility car at Bussani, everyone there is always friendly and they welcome you with a positive smile when you walk in. Mr. Elway was the one who helped me out with my car and I must say he treated me like family from the first day i walk in till the day I took my car home. His positive attitude and customer service is so top notch and yet still professional and when he says he will do something he always keeps to his words. He is the best if you are looking for a tlc Mobility car in Bussani. I am so blessed to have him helped me and I want to thank him for all his help at Bussani Mobility, God bless you.

I searched high and low for a wheelchair accessible van rental. I googled searched and found many companies. I hit so many dead ends in my search. My grandparents were married for 64 years. My grandmother passed away. I knew how important it was to get my grandfather around for the service. After many dead ends, I found Bussani.The customer service at Bussani is GREAT! My interaction with them was quick, professional, and seamless. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have found this service. The price was also reasonable. I definitely look forward to working with them again in the future. And I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wheelchair accessible rentals.

This is my second van that I have purchased at Bussani. The service department has always taken care of any warranty and non-warranty repairs that needed to be done on my first van. They sold it for me and I purchased another one. There were some issues with the new van, but they were all corrected by Bussani.. I am very pleased with the service they have given me.

Have been fighting off getting hand controls for over a 1-2 years. After two close calls time to get evaluated and time for hand controls. Push/Pull controls and now I'm sorry I didn't have them installed years ago. Now I feel safe again out on the road and don't need to worry about feeling my gas/brake peddles now. Price wasn't bad either and it took only a few hours to have the car converted. Thanks BUSSANI MOBILITY....job well done.

I went for get information to buy a TLC wheelchair access. But Sales Man behavior was Very Rude and unprofessional. He didn t give me information properly.

I have been working with Bussani Mobility for over 3 years and had a very positive experience. Dan Bussani (The Owner) knows more about mobility vans that possibly anyone else on the planet. Darlene over there is so friendly and helpful 100% of the time. I would recommend these guys to my own family members any day.

John Bussani Mobility is simply the best resource around to enable people with disabilities to drive. My Chevy Equinox received an expert installation of push-pull hand controls.spinner knob and accelerator guard from Mark.Carl Surface has been extremely helpful and informative whenever I ve spoken with him.My only suggestion for improvements would be that I hope Bussani Mobility can expand its rental fleet to accommodate the mobility needs of people like myself who do not need to use a wheelchair.For anyone who does use a wheelchair and has a car/driving related need Bussani Mobility is absolutely the best option. Their phone manner is professional, and the craftsmanship of the mobility specialists is second to none.James Denson

Very helpful dealership for wheelchair accessibility. Michael has been really working hard to be there for us in selecting the right car.Im only giving 4 stars however because they don't have ability to whhel chair user to test drive the cars with available hand controls and they don't have much inventory ( for instance cars to try with transfer seats for the driver) These points may be out of their practical control given a small market niche, but are still very problematic.

I love Bussani Mobility. They put a wheelchair lift on my car years ago. I can't tell you how helpful & awesome that is. Wheelchairs are heavy but not anymore. The service is great & staff are very friendly. Thank you so much
